It is also possible to get the dish of the day, it can be eaten on the spot or taken home, just like open sandwiches and shooting stars. Lunch boxes can also be purchased. Warm recommendation from here.

31/07/2026: Was supposed to have a pizza with garlic, the garlic was in a plastic box on the side that didn't close tightly. So there was this incredibly clammy garlic oil that got on everything and your hands STINK afterwards. Not just from garlic but from an almost vomit-like smell, like it was too old. And it's impossible to get it off your hands because if you sweat a little, it comes out again.. plus the smell. Incredibly dingy restaurant on top of that.
17/07/2026: Lousy quality. Absolutely the cheapest and worst ingredients in their food. Find somewhere else

06/07/2026: If you order from their own website and choose delivery, you should expect to pay more for delivery when the food arrives, despite the fact that the receipt you receive shows a somewhat smaller amount.
12/06/2026: Their pizza with beef and onion and purchased mushrooms was nothing special, very little filling, it's of course a matter of taste, but there were very few onions and mushrooms. And almost no taste.

31/07/2026: The food is not at all like the pictures, I ordered a pizza and it was very mundane and did not look at all like the picture and the base was as thin as paper and got 4 pieces for 80 kroner, and just when I got in there you got. Just a bad vibe and that there was a lack of hygiene

Their version of half a chicken with fries was completely different than I had imagined and instead a great experience.
It's a place worth eating!
27/05/2025: Afandi is a great place if you are into authentic Middle Eastern food. The quality is top notch – everything is made from scratch, and the meat is grilled over charcoal, which gives it a delicious, smoky flavor. The menu includes shawarma, skewers, falafel, and even the Iraqi specialty masgouf. The place is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food can also be ordered as takeaway. Clearly one of Fredericia’s best places for flavorful food!
