12/08/2026: What a cool concept. Very cozy; you see the baker at work while you place your order yourself. Sourdough bread soft and very flavorful, rhubarb meringue tart also very tasty.
06/08/2026: The sandwiches are as good as they are generous (ham and cheese and pulled pork), the bread is very good and soft, the cinnamon rolls are among the best I have eaten and a little extra for the sale of local honey (also very good!).

24/06/2026: What a joy to simply be able to buy delicious pastries, bread, cookies, and flour when you have a gluten allergy. Delicious cake, be sure to try the apple variety, the lemon variety, and the cheesecake! both in Aarhus and in Vejle

Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The rolls and bread had an amazing texture and flavor, and the cakes were excellent as well. It’s not easy to find gluten-free baked goods of this quality.
On top of that, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. You can really feel the care and passion behind this place.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding gluten-free baking in Denmark!

05/08/2026: We ate at Mi Piace because we wanted to eat vegan restaurant grade food and Denmark only has a few vegan restaurants. The owner was soo nice and the food was amazing! Thanks for the great experience. We are defiantly coming back again!

When we arrived there was no waiter 🤔 had to wait a little too long
We got a table outside. The food was really good the bread crumbles under the herring 😢
The rest was a good experience
In the end we and other guests had to wait to pay again 😏
But nice there is a bit much noise from the highway and railway

03/07/2026: Wow what a great lunch and incredible service. Bjarn treated us to a lovely trio of smorrebrod, which is an open face sandwich for my fellow Americans, that honestly looked and tasted like a fine dining experience.
My favorite was the slow cooked pork (alongside Bjarn’s stories). Must try if you’re in the area. Hope to be back soon!

10/01/2026: Fantastic cozy café, run by local volunteers. Always an informal tone and the welcoming staff always make you feel welcome and appreciated. The food is good and reasonably priced - the café burger is fantastic 😜👍 A great place to enjoy a beer from the local brewery, live music, play board games in the sofa corner or whatever the evening has in store. I simply can't find anything negative to say about Café Brejning.

They offer us a combo: café+oko-bolle which was a little bit cheaper than separately. Their honesty is a great value nowadays. Don't leave to do that.
The coffee is really good (It is more Italian style than Americana style). So if you like coffee, this is your place.

15/04/2026: Super delicious meat. Five stars. Minus one star for your driver's stupid driving. Teach him how to merge in traffic. The signs in the picture mean that you should merge. Not that you should rush and try to squeeze in front of the person driving in front and force him into the emergency lane
