30/07/2026: Beautiful store, so cool with parking on the roof, and yes, a pharmacy in the store.

09/07/2026: The pizza base needs about 3 more minutes in the oven, the kebab is bought frozen in the supermarket.

09/09/2026: Just arrived at Dragør and in search of a coffee to start my adventure in this very adorable town. And can happily say Cafe Hallöy did not disappoint. The ladies behind the counter were so nice and welcoming. The place is super cute (I chose to sit inside but outside is very pretty too). The coffee was very good (didn't need any sugar added!) and I grabbed a cinnamon roll since I wanted to see how it compared to the one I had in Sweden. No comparison, both very yummy and gladly would have either! So if you happen to visit this town and need some caffeine, don't hesitate to stop here.

18/08/2026: A lovely stop right at the harbor in Gilleleje. For starters, we had shrimp on toast – fresh, well-seasoned, and generously topped. Then came the Bar Burger: juicy, cooked perfectly, and expertly prepared. It was accompanied by a homemade lime-mint lemonade that struck just the right balance between tartness and refreshment. The service was consistently courteous, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable choice – we'd gladly return.

18/08/2026: Super delicious food, we had 2 users who were a bit out of their "normal menu" but it was well homemade and really filling, tasty and good. Homemade steaks, mayo etc. There was a little goodie bag with homemade bread from the kitchen. Good service, which was about it and generally nice surroundings

28/06/2026: Good service, nice owner. Gave a new kebab for free when my kebab was stolen by a seagull.

29/03/2026: The bacon and cheese burger was fantastic; I haven't had such a delicious burger in ages. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the salad was incredibly fresh. The dürüm and the regular döner were also excellent. The man was very kind and perfectly accommodated our special requests; he was also very friendly and helpful.

11/07/2026: I would happily return to Hotel Royal in the fall, winter, or spring. The building is charming (the glass-domed restaurant off the the spiral stair case is a dream), and the staff is warm and attentive. Caveat: air conditioning is not as advertised. The room we paid a premium for had a non-functional unit, and when we went to the desk to report the issue, we had to wait behind guests there to discuss their own malfunctioning A/C. We were offered a credit, but the night of sleep was mostly a loss. It wasn’t an ideal experience, but enough was great that the next time we’re in Århus during a season when the probable high is 20° or less, look for us at the Hotel Royal.

13/09/2026: We had the great pleasure of enjoying the breakfast offerings, including yogurt and granola, in September 2026. The incredibly delicious rolls were still warm and so substantial that the croissants had to wait until later. We were quite annoyed that our freezer compartment in the campervan wasn't big enough to take the pre-baked sourdough rolls home with us. They were simply too good! The ambiance perfectly complements the location; you can see into the bakery and the seating is very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. If we ever visit Denmark again, we will definitely come back.

13/09/2026: Been there twice. Best cappuccino on Møn, the croissant is just like in Paris. Great concept. Café and open bakery in one. Everything is homemade. Hygge!

12/08/2026: I had a Croque Madame with some escargot to start. The food was wonderful. The service was also excellent -- attentative without being intrusive. Very nice atmosphere. Even love the music (I heard a French language version of one of my favorite songs, the Waters of March). I hope to return to Odense again just to eat here :) ----- 2026 2 years later. I did make it back, this time for dinner. Still amazing. Escargot even better than I remember. Perfect meal.

05/06/2026: The food was really good and delicious. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we only found out when paying that they only accepted Mobilepay (which we didn't have as tourists) or cash. We were very surprised by this, since you can usually pay by credit card at any small village bakery. So we had to pay in cash with euros. Luckily, we had some euros with us.

26/06/2026: Wonderful And mouthwatering food here. Specially, Shrimp salad is at its best. Ramen was so perfect and perfectly made according to our request. And, most importantly, the service was mind blowing. The staffs are really nice and warm. Coming soon again..

19/06/2026: This is genuinely my favorite restaurant, period! Specifically the one almost next to nørreport, I am not completely sure if there’s more than one, but if so I haven’t tried them. Either way, the one I have tried has amazing tasting and looking food, amazing service, and it’s the coziest place ever! Whenever I go to Copenhagen I always make sure to stop by!

03/05/2026: Super cozy place. Nice seating both inside and out. Polite and quick service. Good food and drinks at fair prices. Worth a visit. They also have good ice cream.

24/07/2026: It is without a doubt the worst durum I have ever tasted in my life. I ordered a durum with chicken kebab, while my friend got one with a regular kebab. Already at the first bite it was almost just pure fat, and the rest of the durum really did not taste good. The bread, if you can even call it bread, seemed like ordinary tortillas from Netto, and they had not even been warmed up. The result was therefore a completely cold durum when I got it in my hand. It is simply not okay. As if that were not enough, the toilet also looked like something that was a lie when I went out there. All in all, a really bad experience, and I will definitely not come back.

31/05/2026: The food was decent compared to prove. Service was minimal. Atmosphere was stressful. I recommend takeaway and then eating at the park bench 50 m away.
