23/08/2026: Ok food 😊 But I think the kitchen was a bit too generous with the oil 😅 It all turned out a bit too greasy, and the oil taste lingered long after the meal. With a little less oil, the ingredients would probably be allowed to come into their own much more – and then it could be really good 👍😊

05/09/2026: Nice place if you want a cold steak that just gets a trip in the microwave or if you think it's fine for kids to run around with their bare asses. The fries were the highlight of the meal along with the gravy. Unfortunately does not live up to the reputation. The chef thought the food was as it should be.

04/09/2026: Small but excellent restaurant. Everyone loved it. The fish and chips were delicious, the pepper steak was tasty, and the burgers and mussels were also great. We highly recommend it!

09/06/2026: We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Koldingfjord. Everything was top class! From check-in to check-out. Staff was very nice and friendly, rooms were clean, food at the restaurant tasted fantastic. There is nothing negative to say at all. Huge recommendation from here. Hotel Koldingfjord helped make our wedding day even more fantastic!

09/06/2026: The hotel is beautifully situated down to Koldiing fjord with their own bridge where ships can dock. The food is really good and varied. The buildings are historic and really beautiful.

16/08/2026: Here you can buy ice cream that is in a whole new league in terms of taste and variety.

11/08/2026: The blackcurrant ice cream with chocolate pieces is simply the best in Denmark😀 Normally I opt out of the Guf but the Guf Søsters ice cream makes is in a class of its own👏

30/08/2026: One of the best kebab wraps I've ever had 🤭 and very reasonably priced for Denmark. 100% recommended. Plus, the staff were very friendly!

30/08/2026: One of the best kebabs I've ever had. I definitely recommend it. The set menu is around €15. They spoke perfect English and a little Spanish, and were super friendly. Delicious!

20/08/2026: During the holidays, you have to take a number in the morning. Long queues at the typical bread roll time. The rolls, sandwiches, and cakes are excellent.

22/08/2026: Unfortunately a sad experience, have been here before and had good burgers and fries. This time Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers with fries. There weren't many people on this rainy day. The bun was dry, the fries overcooked in the fryer, the burger tasteless. unfortunately so sad, I ate 2 bites and left the rest. Will not come again. Their toilets need a serious cleaning. Didn't look like they had been cleaned for several days.

15/08/2026: I have had a summer house near Lynæs for the last few years and have been to the Surfcenter countless times. Overall, it is a nice place with a good atmosphere, it is hard to beat the shallow water in the bay for families. It is also clear that more people have come over the last few years, and this has had an effect that means quality has decreased and prices have increased. The burgers are served a little too quickly and lack quality assurance, the salads are typically a little boring (cabbage & edamame seem to be 90% of the surfer salad) - and this is despite the fact that the menu has not really changed over the years. The coffee has an automatic milk steamer, and in general there is less attention to detail across the board. Now comes the question: can the location and the lack of selection in the immediate area compensate for the food that is only slightly better than average, and the price level that is on the same level as, for example, Gasoline Grill in Copenhagen or Københavns Bageri in Carlsberg Byen? The conclusion from my point of view is that the food at Surfcenteret (and unfortunately also Madbaren) can no longer justify the price level. But fortunately for Surfcenteret & co that there are not many alternatives nearby. I hope they will come in the future. And until then, I will probably come back every now and then - if only to get out into the bay on a SUP.

22/08/2026: Absolutely lovely cafe, great seating. Cozy atmosphere and there was also a children's area with games, books, and coloring materials. We had to wait a while for our order, so we ended up ordering at the counter ourselves. It was quite busy though… The food and drinks were delicious :)

19/08/2026: This is one of the best coffee places I have been, The coffee was great and the staff is nice! We also ordered some cakes, this was so delicious it caused even a small fight with my GF for the last bite... thanks:p

08/07/2026: Poor nail prep and the acrylic touched the skin many times and even when I asked her to remove it as it is extremely dangerous she didn't. She made me bleed several times

26/05/2026: Had a pedicure with shellac and a foot massage. I think the hygiene is really bad, files are reused, I have doubts about the other tools - everything seemed dusty and dirty. You get some flip-flops, again - are they cleaned between customers? The kitchen is right next door - and of course you have to have lunch, but it ruins the relaxing atmosphere a bit when it smells of food out of the blue 🤣 The nails were nice, thorough work there. My friend also got acrylics done on her hands, they don't use ventilation at the tables, it was a bit unpleasant with acrylic dust and the smell from it too. All in all, a disappointing experience, but the staff is super nice and accommodating, they were nice and got us in at the same time even though we had booked in advance, and they should be thanked for that! But unfortunately we won't be back.

15/01/2026: Excellent atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, and superb pasta. I highly recommend the Tartufo! Portions are perfectly sized, and absolutely delicious. It’s nice to sit at communal tables and enjoy the laid back aesthetic. Will surely be visiting again!
