07/04/2026: Really delicious food with super good service, all the food came at the same time even though there were 10 of us.

05/04/2026: I stopped by for some coffee and cake, and I must admit that I was disappointed. 89 kr. for a brownie with ice cream, where the brownie is dry and boring, served with a little ice cream in a glass, I don't think it's worth recommending. The place is nicely decorated, and it's fun to see all the old posters they've collected (including a Polish Olsen Gang poster). But it's not enough for me to come back.

12/06/2025: I just have to say that this is the last time I set foot in that store. I went in to pick up a roll. I was the only one in the store. You can hear when the door opens, but at least they couldn't that day. I don't know if it's the wife of this establishment or an employee, but she shouted and screamed at an employee, I opened the door again so the bell rang, but no reaction, I chose to knock on the counter, then I manage to get a hole through. I chose to control myself, and have chosen to share it with others. They actually make some good bread, but what I experienced makes me choose to buy my bread elsewhere.

07/03/2026: Good cake and ice cream, at a fair price🤗 Service is not always great, and clean tables cannot be guaranteed either — had to wipe the table with a wet wipe myself as the staff was busy😬 Otherwise fine if you just want a sweet treat🍨

05/02/2026: We went in for brunch, it just tasted super good. I was SO impressed with the gluten-free Italian brunch. Really good service 😊

17/01/2026: The perfect location in the city, but the room is not cozy, there is a bit of a train station over the experience. Super good fastelavnsbolle, but probably the worst Cappuccino I have had in Aalborg. Probably won't come back for coffee.

15/01/2026: The sweetest clerks and the best rolls, but it's a cold place to sit. It would help to put up a screen, or make a wall between the door and the seating. You can't be supposed to sit and freeze while eating.

05/04/2026: Really nice place. On the plus side, really well-cooked meat can be mentioned. We tried three different kinds, and they all just played. Especially the lamb crowns were cooked to perfection. The garnish was quite basic, but was surprisingly well-cooked. Good, homemade pesto for the bread. Sweet and attentive service. Nice subdued music. Possibility to get a good glass of red wine without having to buy a bottle. On the minus side, plastic flowers on all tables can be mentioned, which gives a rather kitsch atmosphere. The tables were greasy under the placemats. There was almost no carbonation in our soda. The amount of sauce for the saltimbocca was far too small. We will definitely come back.

10/11/2025: We went to Morten's evening menu on November 9. Roast duck with brown and white potatoes and orange sauce and ice cream for dessert kr 199. But I have to say it was not worth the money and left with a very flat feeling. A piece of duck breast that was quite boring and browned potatoes without flavor and white potatoes I think they were glass potatoes they tasted quite boring. The sauce was ok. But it was only lukewarm. The dessert was ok. We will find another place next year.

10/11/2025: Mortensaften, roast duck arh, that's not good enough, a piece of barberry duck breast, in my world not roast duck. Brown potatoes completely devoid of flavor, the highlight was the sauce, it was edible not amazing, but reasonable.

19/04/2026: A very pleasant, clean and beautiful place that suited our taste.

17/04/2026: They have a super nice and big bakery. There is a nice queue culture and you have plenty of opportunity to sit wherever you want. A completely relaxed atmosphere and calming mood. Everyone is having fun, eating and drinking. All kinds of people come to eat well. Everything from school students to craftsmen.

19/04/2026: A really nice place, we were going to a party at the brewery in Skanderborg and since this place is only 1.4 km from there it was perfect within walking distance. Nice rooms, ours was a bit small, but that's what we needed for an overnight stay, since we were only going to sleep there for one night. We came in an electric car so it's really good that there are 8 charging stations 😊 It's a nice and cozy hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff Nice and delicious breakfast that didn't lack anything to get full, and it was organic, which doesn't mean anything to me, but good knowledge for others. Can highly recommend the place, and I'd love to come back.
