23/01/2026: Solid, restrained, but elegant interior. What immediately caught my attention was the ideal cooling of wines. Separate white and red wine coolers. The presentation and serving of the dishes leaves nothing to be desired. Simple and not artificial. The selection of dishes is also okay. The flavors are very well selected. Kudos to the kitchen and its manager. I will look for the opportunity to have a quality meal there on my next trip.

30/12/2025: The price level is not in accordance with the appearance, taste or portion sizes. It was cold in the restaurant and there was far too little space between the chairs. On the other hand, it was a restaurant visit we will not forget. But unfortunately it is not for anything positive.

26/10/2025: It’s best to reserve a table in advance. I saw customers being ushered to outdoor seats (in the chilly 10°C weather) because the restaurant was fully booked. I enjoyed the flavorful lobster soup, which was the special dish of the day. My husband loved the open-faced roast beef sandwich—it was absolutely delectable—and the juicy IPA from Jacobsen. Our bill came to 1,029 DKK (about €140), and I highly recommend leaving a 10% tip for the hardworking and attentive waiting staff. It’s a lovely Danish tradition—the staff placed a small Danish flag on the table for us celebrating our birthdays. I had requested a window seat, and the staff graciously arranged it.

02/05/2026: The meat and bread were homemade, so that was a plus. The downside was the portion size, which was a bit average for most people. The fries were great, though. They tasted like potatoes, not chemicals. The price was already optimized; the meal with a milkshake was really good, around €20-25.

01/05/2026: Waited 35 minutes for my food. Turns out they were more busy chatting behind the counter than printing the food ready on the screen… so it must have been sitting there for 5-10 minutes before I had to get up and ask. Embarrassingly poor service for that price.

31/07/2025: Ein schöner Abend mit einer Atmosphäre in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Freundlicher Service inklusive, die einzelnen Speisen waren gut, jedoch könnte bei dem Hauptgericht eine Beilage nicht stören. Die Preise sind doch ziemlich hoch angesetzt für das Gebotene und zwischen Hauptgericht und Dessert musste man doch sehr lange warten. Aber mit Sicherheit kein Fehler….

01/07/2025: I am quite sad having been so many times to this restaurant in the past, to the point I’d go to Copenhagen as an excuse to experience it again. Team has changed and I mean no disrespect but it is very different. Wines were ok, most plates blunt. Congrats on the dessert that was awesome and good coffee. Waiter didn’t even bother to ask me if I enjoyed it. For those who didn’t know radio before it might work very well for you. For the others, please consider before trying again

02/01/2026: The best Chinese restaurant I had during my 2025 to 2026 European trip. It’s not about the environment for Chinese restaurant. We always go all out for the flavour and quality of the dishes and this canton restaurant top on both categories. The service is very direct and there’s no need to be better..

25/04/2026: We have missed Thai Kok in Hillerød for many years, it was the only decent place. When I was in Valby today I had to have real Thai food again and it lived up to the high standards that I had been looking forward to.

30/12/2025: The first time I was at the cafe. Maybe the last time.. The coffee was excellent, the bun with cheese (homemade bun) and a small croissant. It seemed like there was not enough staff. The service was on the tables around the cafe. And we had to ask for it to be removed ourselves. I was in the toilet when I arrived. It smelled terrible, there was no toilet paper and the towels were dirty. So nothing to dry your hands with. I went to the counter to tell about the condition of the toilet. A little later someone removed the trash can. 1.5 hours later I went to the toilet. And there was still no toilet paper and nothing to dry your fingers with. When the customer toilet is not clean and tidy. The service and crumbs are not removed from the tables. Then I can't help but wonder if it's like that in the kitchen too? They get 2 stars for the homemade buns. It was good. And then I think about whether I want to go there again..

31/08/2025: Really cozy place, with delicious ice cream and coffee etc. Always sweet and smiling service

18/04/2026: A restaurant should always respect their schedule and their clients. Closing down at 21 00 in a Saturday night when the Tivoli Park is open till midnight is a total no go. Avoid, as they have no attitude of beeing client friendly or client oriented: they simply close the doors when they want. I wonder if there is a Danish Authority for Customer Protection, like in other civilized EU countries because in my country, heavy fines are applied for businesses that behave this way.
