28/09/2025: It simply has to be the most delicious cardamom bun I've ever tasted. The coarse balls also tasted really nice. It was on the expensive side, but worth every penny. Yum😍

01/01/2026: Bad service, long wait and burnt food There were two of us who arrived and got a table without a wait for New Year's, which was very nice. However, the restaurant was very smoky and smelled burnt. We started with appetizers, which tasted very nice. The wait for the main course was long and took about 40 minutes, if not more. We both ordered grilled chicken, and it was burnt and dry. The fries were also dry and tasted old. I complained to the waiter at the checkout and was passive-aggressively asked why I hadn't said it earlier. I replied that we had waited a long time for the food. She acknowledged this and gave us a discount by deducting drinks from the bill. The same waiter also came to our table earlier and said that we could tag the restaurant. This is not done as I do not promote burnt food and bad service.

14/11/2025: The staff was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the stake I was served was an old meat and even had a smell. Returned it to the kitchen. However, still wondering how a professional chef could have missed that.

28/04/2026: I have been to many pubs in my life. Not only in Denmark, but around the world. I often think that the service is much better abroad. It is a belief that has been put to shame today. Tina - who was behind the bar - is one of the most service-minded and pleasant hostesses I have met in a long time. I have not been here before, but this is certainly not the last time I will quench my thirst here. I have no idea what she gets paid - but she deserves a raise. Thank you for the cold beers, your mood and commitment.

08/04/2026: A real brown pub. The smoke hit us in the forehead when we opened the door. The clothes smelled of tobacco, that was for sure🤣

19/01/2026: Sunday brunch at Steenbergs.👨‍🍳 Cozy hotel with a nice view of the square and the harbor. Nice selection of homemade buns and sourdough rye bread. Cold cuts from the local butcher. Nice selection of warm dishes. Thise butter and cheeses.🧀 Delicious cake and fresh fruit. 🍇 ☕️Coffee tea and juice. homemade juice. Smiling and skilled staff.

08/11/2025: It's not a real hotel in my opinion. There is no staff to receive you. You are sent a code that you have to use to lock yourself in. In addition, there are disco-like conditions with loud music immediately near the rooms. It's simply a shack - or it won't be.

04/10/2025: They helped me with a last minute cake order. They made it as the picture I sent, and the big surprise is that the cake was perfectly delicious. I never expect fondant cakes be tasty, but this was amazing. Thank you so much!
