16/05/2026: Great experience. We needed a place to eat near Horsens on a Friday evening in May, the day turned out to be windy and rainy. Amalielund Mad delivered the goods well. Delicious food in reasonable quantities, served with a friendly smile, beautiful view of the landscape, polite staff, who were also wonderfully service-minded and good at guiding a couple of tourists to reach our destination in an easy way. Would happily return there again 🙂

10/06/2026: This is genuinely great pizza! For a chain with multiple locations this is good value, particularly the lunch offer if you go with that! Me and my wife were pleasantly surprised. The spot we went to was out of town so quite quiet and the staff were nice If it were possible to give decimals I would but no venue can possibly get the full 5* treatment 😉

27/12/2025: The bruschetta was below average quality, but the vegan pizza was unfortunately the worst pizza 3 people have experienced in years, the cheese was of extremely poor consistency and appearance but the worst was the taste, which made an otherwise mediocre pizza practically inedible.

14/05/2026: I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food. I work as a taxi driver and this delay cost me both time and money because I was late getting back to work. This is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed and this will be the last time I order from you.

04/05/2026: It's a long... very long wait for your order, and for some reason it's like that every time. It's delicious, but the wait time for one order can vary from 15 minutes to 15 minutes.

20/05/2026: Hi, we got 2 Parisian steaks that were well done, we were supposed to have the dish of the day, which was sold out at 5:45 PM.

19/04/2026: Tried the mayor for the first time. Usually we stay at a different Scandic. But where lucky to get newly renovated rooms and wow. Very nice. The service from Anna in the reception was excellent she went beyond to help us get some softer pillows. We sat in the bar and did a puzzle. The breakfast was perfect had everything you need and very clean and good. If I would say anything it would be the shower the pressure was not that great. And every morning construction outside. Other then that perfect and will definitely be back soon.

20/06/2026: I have been coming to Restaurant VB for more than 25 years - today I come as often to have dinner and enjoy a cold beer. It is 7:10 PM, there is plenty of space on the terrace, and the restaurant is almost empty. I am greeted by a friendly young man who asks what I would like - and asks for a table outside and states that I would like to order dinner - we are interrupted by a blonde lady, who is apparently the young man's superior - no, we do not have room for any more orders today. It is worth noting that there are half-empty tables, an almost empty restaurant, most people have already been served - and 50 minutes until the kitchen closes and a guitarist is just about to start playing... What the hell is going on???
