15/11/2025: Just picked up the pizza. It’s lukewarm bordering cold ! They said pick up at 17:20 I was here 17:20. Couldn’t you keep it warm if it was YOUR mistake to make it too quickly ??!! I open it and it’s a plain red pizza without ANY mozarella with burrata on top. Another disappointment ! It’s highly unlikely that a pizza that’s right after mozzarella on the menu will be without mozzarella so they should have specified it as NO ONE does it (for a reason) and it’s unusual. Well, I don’t know - maybe to avoid pissing off clients ? Soon enough they’ll charge you 110 kr for flour and a tomatoe - which they basically did here. Pissed ! It was my first time and last one for certain ! With so MANY fantastic places in the area it’s not worth it to waste money, time and taste buds. Btw … that’s how I feel before even trying this. I don’t want to be bothered now. Btw now at home I see clearly how small and burnt it is. Seriously ?! 110 kr for such a small one and you can’t even make it ?! And yes, it’s burnt on the bottom as well. Why do u bother with a fire oven if you don’t know how to use it ?! Never again.

28/10/2025: It’s been 2years i come for my studies to Copenhagen and as i stay near Vanlose station, it became ritual to take pizza from Superbello restaurant and i can highly recommend it,very friendly staff, high quality of ingredients and delicious food , charming atmosphere, very satisfied

13/06/2026: The atmosphere at Nyhavn is simply unbeatable. Just soak up the flair and lifestyle of Copenhageners. The food and service are excellent. Of course, the location and high quality come at a price.

01/06/2026: Great coffee and cake stop on our way from ferry down to Copenhagen. Well worth the visit. Cakes were delicious and freshly homemade. It all felt authentic Italian as possible for a cafe in Denmark. Special mention and thanks for very friendly girl that served us.

While online the establishment is located on one road (Roskilde road; 'Roskildevej'), on the street sign near the hotel there is another road name (Main road; 'Hovedvejen'). Guests had better check with the local government in case of emergency, underwriting, etc. Thanks 🛫💐 March 2026 Thanks God, for you give shelter to the needy! Random hoodlums, possibly urchins were found loitering the corridors near my room....traffic on Roskilde Road was blaring until around 04 AM. There is no locker facility for storage of belongings such as clothes spectacles, etc in the gents sauna. Furthermore, the oven casing is old and the paint on it is peeling off! George the kind receptionist was unable to inform the guest that bottles were not allowed in the sauna. A garbage bag was thrown unattended near the entrance on the inside. A liter of milk was lying abandoned on the front desk counter, a little away from where the receptionists had their set up. Some guests were unabashedly spitting sitting outside the entrance, waiting for a shuttle bus or the similar. We will also like hazelnut milk for breakfast. On the bright side, it was feasible to order home delivery food; the 'Do not disturb' sign was duly and kindly respected the same. 05/05/2026: A large buffet with a variety of choices! The soup wasn't good, but the sushi, Mongolian barbecue and dessert section were really good!

02/07/2026: Convenient location, right next to bus stop 202. Most importantly, it's delicious and cheap for Denmark and Roskilde. Pizza is 99 kroner, and it's good for the price. I tried the pepperoni and capricciosa.

18/07/2025: Worst ice cream experience of the summer. Not only was I denied a small portion (1 scoop), as this is only for kids. I don’t want to have more than one scoop. Why are you discriminating adults? I had to then purchase two scoops, but I couldn’t choose two flavors as this is illegal in this ice cream shop. Why? Sad face

10/07/2025: Ice cream that is made at that time! It is a nice experience to see the preparation of what you will eat! The flavors we tried were all extremely delicious! A small gastronomic paradise! The salted caramel flavor is unimaginable !!!!!!

24/10/2025: A cozy cafe with plenty of seating both inside and out. We sat outside and loved the relaxed atmosphere. The chicken salad “sandwich” was absolutely delicious, especially with the pickled onions that added the perfect tangy touch. Highly recommend for a laid-back meal or coffee break!

11/10/2025: One of the few cosy Copenhagen cafes that work till late and don’t turn into a loud bar. They also have great gluten free dessert and a wide variety of warm drinks ❤️
