05/10/2025: Fantastic environment, own cocktail bar (with pre-set drinks) - can recommend the drink Naked in the bathroom, which is supposed to be a tribute to the hotel's origins as a bathhouse. However, they have a rude, guest-working bartender who lacks common sense. No own restaurant but proper breakfast facilities with classic big hotel breakfast (couldn't notice the juice). Close to the central station. Clean and nice room, a bit cozy. A distant church bell was heard ringing once every half hour.

16/09/2025: A pleasant hotel, close to the city center. A plus: a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Comfortable bed.

17/05/2026: The steakhouse is centrally located in Aarhus, right next to the town hall. We enjoyed delicious burgers here on a public holiday. The service was friendly and the food arrived quickly. Both burgers (one regular, one veggie) were tasty. The meat was juicy and the veggie burger was also very flavorful. The fries were delicious. For my taste, the burgers were missing the classic toppings of tomato and cucumber. They only had iceberg lettuce on them, which seemed a bit uninspired. The chili fries were also tasty, as was the bread served at the beginning. The atmosphere is pleasant. The two of us paid €75 for two burgers and two drinks.

07/05/2026: Dear MASH Steakhouse, I am writing to make a serious complaint regarding a visit to your restaurant on May 3rd, where I had dinner with my girlfriend. My girlfriend suffers from an allergy to chives, and this was made very clear to the waiter when ordering. She ordered your “MASH Tatar” as a starter, and we specifically emphasized that the dish should be served without chives. The waiter confirmed that this was noted and understood, and that there would be no chives in the dish. Unfortunately, it turned out that the dish did contain chives. This caused a serious allergic reaction in my girlfriend, who has subsequently been hospitalized for the past three days. We are very shocked and disappointed by the incident. When a guest discloses an allergy, one naturally expects this to be taken very seriously, as the consequences can be life-threatening — as this case unfortunately clearly demonstrates. I would therefore like to request: An explanation of how this error could have occurred. A statement of your procedures for handling allergens. Information on what steps you will take to ensure that similar situations do not happen to other guests in the future. 08/12/2025: I ordered over 550,- and received the wrong bread x3, the wrong side dishes x2 and the wrong dessert. A lady in the restaurant was preachy, rude and outright lied to me on the phone when I called to say it wasn't okay. DO NOT use that place!!! There are many BETTER Indian restaurants....use them instead!!

03/11/2025: First time visited today, I can say nothing else just it was the most delicious indian food I ever tried in different restaurants in Copenhagen area. Environment cozy and intimate. Portions are big enough.

22/11/2025: Really good sushi. The selection wasn't the biggest I've ever had, but I didn't miss anything, and it tasted so good. What was supposed to be hot was hot, which was delicious, and it all seemed freshly made. They had Melona popsicles for dessert, which was super delicious and different from other Asian restaurants' desserts. The staff spoke English, but that wasn't a problem, and they were nice and smiling. I can only recommend the place, and will definitely eat here when I have to eat sushi in Herning. I'm already really looking forward to my next visit 😊

18/11/2025: Fantastic restaurant experience in Herning!!!! The food is really delicious and very Instagram-friendly 😉. The dishes are arranged in a way that makes it easy and inviting to eat sushi. When you are seated, the staff asks if you have been there before, and if not, you get a nice introduction to the concept. The staff is international, many of them students, but two of the female waiters speak Danish. It is not quite perfect yet, but they make a great effort, and it was nice to be able to speak Danish with them. Both were very welcoming, fast and generally super nice. They also ask about allergies and know the menu by heart, which gives the impression that they take the guests' needs very seriously. The restaurant is cozy and relatively small. It can get a little noisy when it is full, but you can always request a specific table when making a reservation, and they really try to accommodate that. The order is made via tablets, where you can tap on the pictures to see ingredients and allergens, really user-friendly. The food also came quickly. We ordered wine, which was served with free water that you can refill yourself, and we also tried a Japanese soda. We ate everything we could, and almost no leftovers, because everything tasted amazing. The fish was very fresh, the waiter mentioned that the chefs cut fish every day, and you can taste it. After the meal there was coffee, cake and ice cream. The restaurant is very clean, and the same goes for the toilets. They can be a bit cold in winter, but that is quickly over, and the restaurant itself is pleasantly warm. A little extra detail made the experience even better: the waiter told us that the wine bottle she was serving from was almost empty, and instead of throwing the leftovers out, she gave us an extra top-up in the glasses. A small gesture, but really appreciated. All in all, an excellent experience, both the food and the service were top notch. I doubt that any other ad libitum restaurant in Herning can match them. Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: Good location in terms of access to public transportation. A bit old hotel.

04/01/2026: The location was otherwise perfect, but the bells in the building next door rang all night. The room was really cold even though the heating was on full, the room was a bit untidy. The bed was small for a double bed. The bathroom door didn't close properly, it was awkward to go to the toilet if there were other people in the room. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.

11/11/2025: I have shopped quite a bit at Guldbageren in Aalestrup. I have bought everything from rye bread, French bread, pastries to whipped cream cakes. Everything has been delicious without exception. Definitely a good baker.

05/05/2026: Excellent 'all you can eat' lunch for the whole family. Everything was top notch and better here than down town.
