21/08/2026: The tacos tasted and felt stale, as if they were from yesterday. The flavors were quite mid. The chilaquiles were fine. The atmosphere was quite authentic.

21/07/2026: 🔴Raw fries and even worse customer service🔴 I was on the phone with my sister and was listening in when she ordered a kebab box with fries, kebab, salad and dressing. When she started eating, she discovered that the fries were raw. So she quietly went up to the cashier to point out the problem and asked for a new box. What happened next was honestly shocking. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and taking responsibility, she was greeted with the question "What do you mean?" She literally had to pick up a french fry, break it open and mash it between her fingers to prove that it was raw. Having a customer stand there and prove that the food was not cooked properly is completely unacceptable. When they finally acknowledged the problem, they said "Oh okay, so you want it cooked through." No. She didn't want anything special, she just wanted regular, pre-fried fries that any paying customer would expect. As if that wasn't enough, the staff continued with a condescending and sarcastic attitude. They asked, among other things, "How do you want your salad? How do you want your kebab?" in a way that was clearly intended to make it seem like she was being difficult and unreasonably demanding. She wasn't asking for anything extraordinary, she was just asking for food that was cooked properly. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What matters is how you handle them. The staff that day (20/07-26) were completely wrong about it. Another customer who had witnessed the situation suggested that she could get a new box as a solution. He was just trying to help, but was immediately told not to interfere. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and correcting the mistake, they chose to make the customer suspicious, be flippant, and make her feel like she was the problem. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. When you serve raw food and treat your customers like that, it sends a very clear signal about how little you value your customers. Very disappointing experience. We will not be back and unfortunately cannot recommend the place.

25/06/2026: if you like milk then you should come here, if you like coffee... maybe not. The coffee latte is super thin and tastes mostly of milk. I love lavazza, so it's a shame they make it so thin...

10/07/2026: I asked not to have tomatoes in it due to allergy, this was not complied with. In addition, my boyfriend had ordered a chicken steak with bearnaise sauce, the chicken was raw in the middle and the sauce was missing

28/08/2026: I just ordered pizza on costa Smeralda’s website. The delivery person was holding the pizza vertically in the bag. The ingredients slept from the pizza, the pizza are messed up. I called costa Smeralda, they take no responsibility, they want me to call the delivery company. The delivery person told me that the restaurant gave them the pizza this way. At costa Smeralda the customer pays for delivery, they receive destroyed pizza, and they are supposed to be happy about it because it is no one’s fault. I am very sad, I love the quality of the food, but that level of customer service is a shame.

25/07/2026: We just picked up four pizzas from Costa Smeralda and we are quite disappointed. The pizzas were small, misshapen and not very filling. This is the last time we will order from Costa Smeralda. There are many other pizzerias in Farum that are worth visiting.

31/03/2026: We have always loved their pizzas, but after the whole family got sick with severe diarrhea and vomiting, we don't dare to get pizza there again. The only one in the family who didn't get sick was the 3-year-old who luckily didn't eat any of the pizza😅😬

21/08/2026: No whole milk - that's too bad... especially because I ordered an iced latte with whole milk, and the saleswoman tried to sell me barista milk with less than 2% fat. Got my money back, and otherwise generally great service.

03/09/2026: Chaos in the kitchen. Orders are piled up and in everything, way too long. Delivering the wrong food. One person working efficiently, one at half strength and two who just stand there looking active, but doing nothing really.
