06/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kaffe Buttler in Aabenraa – our absolute favorite place! ❤️ Kaffe Buttler is without a doubt one of our absolute favorite places in Aabenraa, and every time we go out to eat or just treat ourselves a little, it is a place we always return to. Here you simply get a very special experience from the moment you walk in the door. The service is fantastic. The staff is so smiling, friendly, attentive and welcoming, and you feel really welcome. It is clear that the employees work really well together and have a lovely harmony with each other. It gives an incredibly nice and relaxed atmosphere. The place itself is really beautiful and thoroughly decorated. The decorations are so beautiful and harmonious, and even the small details have been thought of. Even the toilet is an experience in itself – clean, beautiful and incredibly nicely decorated. That says a lot about how much is done to the place and the guests' experience. The music in the background fits the atmosphere perfectly and helps create the cozy atmosphere without taking over. All in all, a super nice, cozy and harmonious place with fantastic service and wonderful staff. You can feel that love and care are put into everything. Five stars are simply not enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kaffe Buttler is our regular choice when we go out to eat in Aabenraa – and definitely our absolute favorite place. We are already looking forward to our next visit! ❤️

The owner, a friendly Iranian who has been working in Denmark for seventeen years and enjoys Turkish conversation, also tried to help us by providing general tourist information about Denmark.

26/08/2026: Had a good experience on Saturday when I went on a trip with my good friend Gert - we ordered a classic beer 1 fl. Ripasso and a 3 course menu, we didn't like the starter, but you can't blame the restaurant or the chef for that. In return we got a beef tenderloin in port wine sauce that was so tender that it could be chewed with your eyelashes ;), I was so unlucky that I spilled a few splashes of the sauce on my shirt and BOOM the waiter had spotted the problem and stood there quite uninvited with some warm soapy water and a napkin so I could remove the splashes - I just love a service-minded waiter who can think for himself, so 5 big stars from here. For dessert we got 4 different cheeses. So a thoroughly good experience. The price was also okay with a tip (10%) it was DKK 1,650,- and it wasn't too expensive at all.

Don’t be fooled by the slightly unfortunate pictures of the food. It’s bad pictures with good food, not the other way around. Order a burger AND some fries. The fries are too good to skip. Order wisely: even the smallest burger has a lot of meat. Grab yourself a drink from the fridge. Make ample use of the napkin. You will need it. Use your cutlery. This is not a hands on burger. Wash your hands, the bathroom is nice and clean. Repeat. We stumbled upon Amelie’s Burger while searching for dinner. I was surprised to see such a good rating for a burger shop in Faaborg, of all sorts. However, the food is excellent. The burger meat has not been frozen, so the patties are fresh and juicy. You cannot compare that to the dry, grey matter that you get elsewhere. Burger buns are toasted and fresh, they go along very nicely with the meat. The burger is a good combination of different flavors. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating. The atmosphere is not particularly stylish, but inviting and clean. Definitely a gem in such a small town. Be sure to visit this place!

09/08/2026: Amelies Burgers is the place to be if you're in the mood for a delicious burger. The staff spoke good English since I don't speak a word of Danish. The food was carefully prepared and well served. I ordered number 8 at the counter (Chicken Burger menu). The food was served quickly at the table. The chicken burger was delicious; a good, tender chicken breast burger, good flavorful bacon, and fresh vegetables. With plenty of homemade sauce. The fries were a bit too salty in my opinion, but otherwise tasted very good, golden brown and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We sat comfortably inside as a group; the atmosphere was cozy and there was nice decor. So if you are ever in the area and are in the mood for a good burger, you should definitely stop by.

19/08/2026: Truly a fantastic experience at Mevlana Restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious and flavorful, and you could really feel that the details were taken care of. The service was super good and the staff were both friendly, welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I would like to come back to and can highly recommend!

29/07/2026: A very good French restaurant in the center of Copenhagen. It's a small restaurant, but very well laid out with a cozy atmosphere and excellent food. Highly recommended.

28/07/2026: Unfortunately, this is the biggest culinary disappointment in Copenhagen so far. Very friendly service, a nice French atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pancakes were a complete disappointment. The only positive was the thin and crispy batter. That's it. The pancake itself was tasteless. A few ingredients were placed in the center, the rest was dry and empty, with a token amount of cheese scattered throughout. No sauce, either on the pancake or on the side. A completely tasteless and unseasoned dish, which is a crime for the palate. Just tossed ingredients in and that's it—none of them—and potatoes, too, were one of the main ingredients in the pancake? For those who enjoy unseasoned, tasteless food, this might be a nice place, but unfortunately not for us.

26/07/2026: A most charming place. Tasty food, comfy atmosphere, and a most wonderful host making you feel welcomed for every second of your stay. A playing corner for the kids made it a wholesome experience as we could enjoy our meal while our son could also enjoy the food and explore the toys without being tied to the table. A great place.

23/07/2026: Stopped here on the way to Stevns Klint for a quick lunch, and it almost became the highlight of the day! Tasty food, super friendly service, and cozy decor with all second-hand items and furniture. Highly recommended!!

20/07/2026: We went there for breakfast on Sunday morning and had incredibly delicious pancakes. The atmosphere was great and everyone was very welcoming. Our dogs even got a small piece of roasted ham as a welcome gift. The owner of the bar knows how to handle dogs, and even our Border Collie didn't seem to mind him. He usually doesn't like it when strangers approach him too quickly. What can I say? It was simply a fantastic start to the day. Thanks again!
