04/08/2025: I ordered a nachos for 90kr from leziz konya with chicken kebab. The nachos are completely soft and the chicken smells and tastes strange, like bad meat smells. Really a disgusting taste experience. I call them in a friendly way to make them aware that we have just been to pick up food and that the nachos were soft and the meat was not good. They answer that the nachos are soft because it is made in a microwave (have often ordered nachos that are not soft), and have never been served such chicken with my nachos, smells like old meat and tastes accordingly. In general, a flabby and incomprehensible way to meet their customers. I would never dream of calling them and making them aware of this if it were not true or simply because I did not like the food. 19/02/2026: Staff is rude. They give you a lecture. The melting ice cream is served in small containers leaking everywhere. Ended up throwing it out as I was getting it smeared everywhere. But the rudeness is the worst part. I will never spend my money on their products again.

21/05/2026: I would like to complain about a very unpleasant experience I just had at Pixie Café. We had otherwise had a really nice evening and a good meal, but the end of the visit was so unprofessional that I am still shocked by it. After we finished eating, we sat for about 40 minutes waiting to be allowed to pay because no waiters came to the tables. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced long waits, but this experience was way over the line. Finally, I went up to the bar myself, where there was no one. However, I could see our waiter sitting at a table in waiter's clothes, where she was reading a book and clearly taking a break. I said several times "excuse me, can I pay?", both into the room and out towards the kitchen, but without any reaction. Finally, I went right up to her and asked directly if I could pay. She replied briefly that she was taking a break, after which she completely ignored me. I then asked if I should just leave without paying. Only then did she get up, very irritated, go up to the bar, get the Dankort machine ready, and immediately sit back down to continue reading — without a single word. The machine was not set up correctly for payment, and I could neither see the amount nor complete the payment. I therefore had to go to her again and say that I could not pay. She replied irritatedly that I “just had to use contactless”, after which she turned the terminal towards me. The problem was not contactless payment — I simply could not see the amount or understand where in the process I was. After paying, she went straight to the kitchen and disappeared out a back door before I could ask for a receipt. After some more waiting, I had to go around behind the bar myself to find out how to print a receipt. Meanwhile, more guests came in, who also could not get help at the bar and ended up leaving again. I found myself in the absurd situation of having to explain to them that I did not work there, but was simply trying to get a receipt. It was both embarrassing and extremely unpleasant. This could have been avoided with a simple apology for the wait and a normal professional handling of the payment. Instead I left the restaurant shocked by the treatment we received. I really hope you take this experience seriously, because it completely ruined an otherwise great evening. /evening May 21, 2026

09/07/2025: I ordered a Pizza and fry to take out. I went there on time to collect the food. But The food was not ready. I waited for 25 minutes and then I decided to go without food as I have some other things to do. I request him for a refund and he got furious. He replied me in a bad way which I didn't like. And then we had some hot conversation and left the place with a promise not to going there anymore.

01/03/2026: The taste was ok, but there was far too little chicken in the dish (panang curry with chicken). You had to look for the very few pieces of meat that had found their way into the dish.

08/05/2026: Quick preparation of fish fillet and fries, for pick-up so it could be enjoyed with friends at the summer house. The fish tasted bad despite the intense deep-frying it had been given. No recommendation from here

08/12/2025: would give 0 stars if i could. not only did they forget to hand me my takeout order and had me waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes, but i also got extreme food poisoning from the sweet harvest bowl. absolutely awful. i would avoid this place.

04/12/2025: Not only have they made big mistakes and given me something different than what I ordered 2 out of the last 3 orders I made, this time what's supposed to be the vegan sandwich is filled to the brim with mozzarella. Could be the serrano sandwich. And you can't even call them. They also removed half the salads as options, including the vegan one. It's very disappointing.

17/03/2026: The price outside is not the same as what they ask. The homemade is supermarket plastic type. The quality of the ingredients is not up to par to call them ingredients. Even the dressing is watered down. Impressed that they even exist as a business. Since it should be impossible to run a business at that level unless the turnover is phantom.

01/01/2026: Unfortunately, I got a flat stomach after eating a pita bread with their so-called lamb. The one star is for their dressing. Doesn't taste good.

18/10/2025: There are two EspressoHouse at Fields Shopping Center, this one is situated at level 0 near Bilka supermarket. I prefer to sit here at early morning when only Bilka is opened. Cosy place with a row of seats facing the counter. Nice employees, always smiling.
