18/05/2026: What a disgrace! What kind of world is this where we pay out of pocket and are humiliated like that? My disappointment, Downtown! I called and ordered food around 6:30 PM. I ordered three pizzas and a large box of fries. They said they were extremely busy and that my order would arrive in an hour. I said okay, but it arrived at 8:00 PM and it was cold. They also gave me the wrong pizza. I called to tell them this and a person who didn't understand Danish answered and asked me to wait a moment. He then passed me on to someone else to speak to. I explained the problem and he said they hadn't made a mistake and that the correct pizza had been delivered. I asked them if that meant I was lying. After we talked, he said, "Okay, I'll send you a new pizza, but in an hour." I told them, "No thanks. I don't want anything, and I won't order from your restaurant again."

30/03/2026: The food from Downtown was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The taste really stands out, and the quality is always consistent. Fast delivery and great service make the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

19/05/2026: Just been there for lunch, some of the most miserable food I've had in the segment, served orange juice that's out of date, dirty service in long lines, a lunch buffet where half the menu didn't come until we were on our way out the door, terrible all the way through, even the water jug ​​was soaked in limescale. Add for a spoonful

29/03/2026: We felt very welcome. Really good service and cozy atmosphere. The food was just as you would expect for the price and the concept. Will definitely come again!

09/01/2026: Very bad food, cleaned with the same gloves he uses to touch food. Stacking/building a kebab is something he has never tried and eating his own from. The point is, it's a mix of food and not kebab greens, just 6 pieces of salad. God, how bad was it?

13/12/2025: Arriving in Reffen after the summer season but before winter hits meant it wasn't too busy, so I got my order in at Cheesy Dreams without queuing. I went for the duck confit sandwich with waffle fries, both with hot raclette cheese. The sandwich was fine, with a decent portion of duck inside a thick roll of bread, but the flavours were a little muted. The waffle fries were good, but tasted like they could have come from any decent frozen pack. Cooked perfectly though, and, of course, drowning in hot raclette cheese. It was all perfectly good, but stopped short of 'wow'. The price was a wow moment, though. There are no surprises, as the prices are very clearly laid out — I knew what I was getting into — and yes, Copenhagen is pricey, but £29 for the above stung a little!

24/11/2025: Hopeless place. They always sell out 2/3 of their items. The quality is okay, but not better than other bakeries in town. Find another place to shop if you have the chance.

04/07/2025: The coffee is terrible, the food isn’t much better. It is not immediately apparent that you are supposed to take a number, since people que-up anyway and the number machine is small. If you don’t know to take a number, the staff won’t inform you, instead they ignore you and look right through you as if you were a ghost.

16/08/2025: So… The Lagkagehuset in Viborg. It’s a bit like going on a date with someone who has their hair in order but has completely forgotten to bring their personality. 🍰 The bread? Sure, sure – it’s nice enough, but at that price you almost expect it to be baked with grain from a secret field, where the grain stalks have been massaged and sung lullabies by Mozart. Instead you get a “meh” bread that most of all looks like something that’s a little tired of its own life. The selection? Narrow. As in: “Hey, we have four kinds – choose or die.” And you always end up taking the same one as last time anyway, because the second one honestly looks like it was baked by an intern on day one. But the worst thing is the staff. Damn it. You come in, smile and think: “Now I’m going to enjoy myself with a bun and some cake.” And then you’re greeted by a look that says most of all: “What are you looking at, loser?” I once tried to send a small smile – I got a look back as if I had planned to rob the entire store with a butter bun as a weapon. 🥖🔫 I'm not saying they're not nice – I'm just saying that if smiles were currency, they had staff who owed RKI. So yes, Lagkagehuset in Viborg is a bit like that experience: You leave with a bag of bread, a slightly empty wallet and a feeling of having been looked at askance. It's not that I'll never go there again – but it's more like: “I need to psychologically prepare myself to be talked down to by a croissant-serving upper-class general.”

02/01/2026: Seems like bad service and conditions. I'm in a wheelchair and had to wait 18 minutes for them to open some doors/gates so I could get through. When my children were with me, they didn't come in when they were supposed to, with an adult. They don't care at all. There were some older children who were so violent and they didn't do anything. Way too expensive and no service.

30/07/2025: I don't know if Aladdin behind the counter had carpenters or lost his flying carpet.. He seemed totally depressed and like someone who just wanted to get on with Tik Tok. The food was surprisingly good though, hot and freshly cut meat. Solid meat-binoculars with food in it for a grown man.

30/07/2025: A burger for 69 kr. That's just sloppy and slapped together. At that price, you definitely expect something more.

28/07/2025: Absolute delight to try a kebabpizza here. It is not as fast as a pita wrap, but it was so worth it for the unctuous crunch of the crust, the balanced sauces, flavorful kebab and fresh, crunchy lettuce. 10/10 must try

02/10/2025: Great variety of pastries but the staff could be a bit more polite.

14/08/2025: Worst service ever! When I walked into this store this morning, there were four salespeople there. One was eating behind the counter, and the other three completely ignored me, even though I was standing right at the checkout counter. A customer who arrived significantly later than me was then given priority... I've never experienced anything like this before! I definitely won't shop here again!

07/02/2026: Not worthy of the name of the Lagkagehuset. Mainly staffed by young workers who are incapable of making an independent decision, but are just there. In addition, they cannot make a sandwich, as for one reason or another people are not allowed to undertake such a big task if they are under 18. Make sure to visit a Lagkagehuset that bakes itself, where the quality is usually somewhat higher.

26/12/2025: “Click and wait” impressive you can't manage to have just one French bread ready for pickup on time. Instead you have to stand and wait 15min past the pickup time because only two out of 6 at work can use the cash register..

28/12/2025: If you want a bad coffee with yesterdays pastry , this is the right place.

19/12/2025: This excellent Starbucks is located inside Copenhagen Central Station. It's the perfect place to take a break during your journey, whether before boarding the train or upon arrival in the city. The coffee is very well prepared, with that familiar flavor that's so appreciated when traveling, and they have a good selection of both hot and cold drinks. The service is quick and friendly, even when it's busy, and the atmosphere is comfortable enough to sit for a few minutes, relax, plan your trip, or simply enjoy the moment. It's definitely a highly recommended stop for travelers looking for comfort, good coffee, and a pleasant space in such a busy environment.
