01/09/2026: I ordered there on sunday 30/8 on firma internet site. System took order and my 230kr. After arrivial we found closed doors and info that owner is sick. Now afer 3 days google shows place as opened and you can get scammed for money while paying for order. Telephone automatic mail owner is saying he is sick. If i will not get my money back i will info Politi. For sure it is not only me..

01/08/2026: Order for takeaway accepted online, but the store is currently closed. However, the money has been deducted even though we have not received anything. It is certainly not professional.

17/09/2025: I rarely write negative feedback, but my experience at this venue was deeply disappointing. After a long wait in line, I was dismissed with nothing more than a curt “go outside” and a dismissive gesture. There was no explanation, no courtesy, and no respect shown. The way guests are treated here creates a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere. Instead of hospitality, the vibe is arrogant and dismissive. A club should make people feel excited and included, not humiliated at the door. Unfortunately, this place left me with the impression that professionalism and basic respect for customers are not part of their culture. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who values a positive and respectful nightlife experience.

30/05/2026: The service and the atmosphere were so nice. Sitting outside in the sunny weather felt so good. The gnocchi and pizza were incredible, the pizza had the perfect spicy level. We also had a rhubarb desert but for me it was more like apple taste, still was super good.

29/05/2026: “Under all criticism” does not cover this experience at all. This was amateur class disguised as restaurant management. We physically show up 4 hours before pick-up and make one simple change: swap shrimp nigiri for tuna nigiri. It is confirmed face to face, we pay in advance, and everything should work out. Just to be on the safe side, I call about an hour before pick-up to confirm the order and that the change is in order. When we are about to pick up the order and ask about the change, you can immediately see the panic spreading. The clerk turns around, there is a murmur with a colleague, and they literally start rummaging around in the package in front of them. The result? No tuna nigiri. Not even close. They had decided that all nigiri should be salmon. It almost takes talent to get it so consistently wrong after several reminders and four hours of preparation. When we point out the mistake, we are met with the most lame standard response possible: “You can get some extra next time.” Next time? After that? It's like driving into someone and offering free windshield washer fluid at the next service. The only thing they had in mind was taking payment in advance. The rest was a breeze. If you can't handle a single change to a sushi order with hours' notice and two confirmations, maybe you should start mastering post-its before takeout.

23/07/2026: My grandmother and I went to Madison Pizza, really nice when you come in and you are greeted with a smile, but when it comes to the waiting time and quality of the food and the price, it was nothing to shout hooray for because we waited for about 15-20 minutes and when we got the pizza it was so dry, almost no filling, dry bottom, too salty pesto, it could have been done better for 110kr

23/06/2026: Terrible service.. Gave clear instructions that I didn't want tomato sauce on top of my calzone. Was very clear because I don't like it. But still I got my calzone smeared in it. Asked the young man to make a new one. Then the owner came out and said what's wrong with the pizza. Talk to your employee about it I said. Then he raised his voice. And then I said forget about making a new one I just want my money back. No he said. You won't get a penny back and walked away from me. I followed and grabbed the employee who took my order and asked him. What was it that I said shouldn't be on top of the pizza. Had to ask 3 times. The owner then asked him if that was right. And yes it was. And then he got really angry. Asked if I could settle for half of it back. No thanks all my money back. I got it. And never, never buy pizza there again.

26/04/2026: Disappointing! I have been going to this place for years and over the last 3 years I have noticed that it has gotten worse and worse. I was there on Friday and didn't even stay for 35 minutes. The buffet food was way too salty (the meat with gorgonzola sauce), the sushi was very poorly cut, many pieces were repeats, and there were only many trays with leftover fried salmon. An employee came to the table and asked if there was anything I wanted and I mentioned breaded shrimp. I waited over 20 minutes but nothing came – not even on the conveyor belt. Neither pancakes nor ice cream came on the conveyor belt. Bill of 266 kr – very disappointing. I should have eaten at Carl’s Jr.

02/08/2026: Never again in life, their employees are very angry, bad service and the food was not good either, we got rid of 280kr for some crap No one should try this 😡

01/08/2026: Even one star is too much. The service was extremely unfriendly. First, we were completely ignored, then they seemed annoyed by our orders. The service was incredibly slow, unmotivated, and lazy. The orders took forever and didn't look anything like the pictures. When we pointed out that it wasn't what was in the photo, they simply said that the vegetables were on the side and not on top of the fries as shown. But it wasn't even the same vegetables. The doner meat and sausage were overcooked and partly burnt. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet, and they could have easily served us properly. Never again!

28/06/2026: This was the most delicious pizza in Denmark. Thank you for the delicious pizza and the nice and fast service.

22/04/2026: I got a kebab pizza and it tasted very good, everything on this pizza was delicious ☺️

16/08/2026: The place looks very worn, reminds a bit of a camp school from the 60s. Lack of cleaning and leaky doors and windows, the furniture really needs to be replaced. It is not recommended to rent this apartment. But the nature and the beach are fantastic. So 1 star from here.☹️

28/07/2026: The outdoor pool no longer exists, and the indoor pool has been closed since today. The house smells unpleasant. Not recommended.

23/08/2026: It took him exactly 3 minutes to make the best durum kebab we've had in a long time. The bread is homemade and everything works. It definitely beats all the places in our area on Nørrebrogade. The service was definitely a nice experience too.

30/06/2026: There was a mistake in the Uber Eats app, where they listed certain dishes as vegetarian - they weren't! - so the staff drove all the way back with a new delivery for free - even though it was neither our fault nor the restaurant's! That's good service - thank you!!!

18/06/2026: Delicious food and good atmosphere. A little disappointed that the menu's "forest mushrooms" means regular mushrooms, I expected a greater variety in ingredients, but the pizza had a good crispy crust and base. I thought 59,- for sparkling water is a bit steep.

07/06/2026: Super cozy restaurant. A little dark lighting and a little stucco really just makes it more intimate... Super delicious food and just the right amount of attention from the female waiter 😊

17/08/2026: We tried the five-course menu and I was rather disappointed. Tasting portions are advertised, but minimal amounts of food for a group of three to share were rather absurd. The food tasted well enough but nothing that warrants the hefty price of it all, it was bread with tasty dips and a potato+eggplant dish. Still happy about the veggie&vegan friendly idea though!
