14/12/2025: We ordered pizza from here, and one of the staff members delivered it to us at the bar across the street. Staff was very friendly, and the pizza Margherita was tasty.

21/03/2026: The furnishing is too cramped and atmosphere noisy. The Hereford burger was okay, but the cheeseburger was sloppily made. They also don't have a refill policy - free or pay - which seems kind of backward.

30/01/2026: Ordered burger menu but never got it because the system didn't work even though I had the receipt from the order and the staff didn't help with it

19/10/2025: We visited on a cloudy damp October day trying to find somewhere to eat and have a drink. This seemed to be the only place around that was open. The young lady serving was extremely helpful and we sat near the window, and ordered some burgers, they were so good full of flavour and tasty. For food and drinks cost around 200 DKK per person. Would go back again. My only criticism would have been nice to have some background music.

12/09/2025: Friendly staff, clean place and high quality food. I have tried Chicken burger, Mexican burger, nachos and cease salad, it was super delicious!

26/10/2025: Had to walk to catch my train because it took over 20 minutes to get two cheese burgers

18/05/2026: Ordered a bowl of salmon. Tasted bland and salty. Asked for dressing, to which I was told there was already dressing in it. No apology, questions or initiative to try to spice up the food in terms of taste. Should have asked about dressings etc.

29/12/2025: While searching for a place to eat that we both liked, we came across "Banken." I immediately chose "Green Neighbour" and wasn't disappointed. The portion was pleasantly filling, my bowl was freshly prepared, and it tasted great.

20/05/2026: They are pulling people in with false promises if you download their app. Perhaps just to increase their numbers. Totatlly disappointing and pure fakse advertisement.

12/05/2026: everything went in slow motion. Coffee got cold before the food was ready. The sandwiches got cold because the guy who was supposed to make them was working slowly, busy talking to the other colleagues. When I mentioned that there were 10 people waiting for their order he said just as slowly as he was working, to look as fast as he could.

07/12/2025: We had booked a stay at Sauterhus Slotshotel for 2 nights, 3 rooms with both breakfast and dinner as part of the celebration of my mother's 70th birthday. The choice fell on this hotel because it had an indoor pool, so that both children and grandchildren could enjoy themselves during the day. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already upon arrival. When we asked where the pool was, we were told that it had been closed for several months and was still not working. We booked the stay already 4 months ago, and we had not received any kind of information that the pool would not be available. That part was extremely frustrating, as it was the main reason why we chose the hotel. As compensation, they offered a bottle of sparkling wine and some soda for the children, which certainly did not match the disappointment - and we therefore politely declined. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was far below acceptable. Maurice, who served us, was both arrogant and uninterested in helping. At no point did we experience any understanding, friendliness or attempt at a real solution from his side. This made the disappointing situation even worse. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations at all, and it was a disappointing experience on a day that should have been special and festive.

07/12/2025: Disappointing. To start with they had lost our booking.. then they said we had to pay again, which we refused. The pool was broken, so you couldn't use it (it had obviously been there for a long time). The room: The toilet was black down in the basin and there was a hole under the very worn carpet so the glass table jumped every time we walked past. The TV could only receive DR1 and DR2 and restarted probably 25 times. At night there was a terrible spectacle because the owner was holding a wild party in one of the castle halls. In the morning we had to ask them to cover for us, as they had forgotten us again. And when we checked out they didn't think they had handed over our voucher... so we had to email it to them and wait for them to print it. Generally unprofessional!! Sidenote. They said it was fully booked, but we were only 2 tables down for breakfast and we didn't see a soul.

19/05/2026: Really good food, good selection, slightly more expensive prices but you get value for money

15/05/2026: Hey BurgerMania, I ordered a burger via Uber Eats. It should have been delivered between 12:00 and 12:15. It's currently 12:30 and my order hasn't been finished yet. It's a bit of a bummer to have to miss my lunch break because you're too optimistic about your kitchen skills. Right now I'm a bit depressed and I'm probably making a very good burger, but I need to optimize it a bit :/

04/03/2026: If you want coffee quickly, unfortunately this is not the place.

06/01/2026: Poor customer service. You come half an hour before closing time to get a coffee to go and the employees act like you are burdening them with an impossible task. Said "good day" and just got an irritated "leave me alone" look in response. Never again.

08/09/2025: We have always had the habit of ending a good day at Bakken with a visit to Café Elverdybet, but this time it was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Already when we ordered, they were missing half of the items on the menu, so one of the children had to choose both new food and drink. When we finally ordered, the blonde girl at the cash register made a mistake (we did get our money back), but you were left with the clear feeling that she didn't really want to be there. When the food came out, we were told that it was a steak sandwich, even though it looked like a burger, which the others had had. She insisted that she was right – until she later came out with the real steak sandwich. The burger we got was dry and bland, and for the price of 108 kr. I don't think it's fair that you have to assemble it yourself with tomato, onion and pickles. When we finally said thank you when she picked up our plates, she just looked at us with a strange look, without answering. All in all, a really annoying experience that detracted greatly from an otherwise pleasant tradition.

07/09/2025: Dry food and fries. Watery sauce. The waiter said she would bring cutlery but never did. Found paper inside the burger.

10/08/2025: Wow! Met them at the Copenhagen Classic Race! Quite simply so miserable!

22/07/2025: We ate at Let's Thai Food twice in late July, 2025. The first time I gave my order to a young employee who obviously misunderstood my order. We waited for about ½ hour, but when we got home we had Pad Thai with shrimp instead of chicken. Too bad because my wife is allergic to shellfish. The dish was very oily and a small portion compared to the price. When we came back a few days later, I mentioned that we had been given the wrong dish to take home. The owner just smiled. I said that it was quite a shame because my wife could not eat Pad Thai with shrimp. Again, no acknowledgement of their mistake or offer to make amends. In general, they use too much oil and too few good ingredients in the food. The second time we got a dish with far too many noodles and almost no chicken/vegetables. We will probably not come back. And I cannot recommend the place. Too bad because it is well located in Ordrup 'downtown'. So better have a pizza down at Ordrup Lounge.

09/11/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Emmerys on Bryggen. The staff seemed inattentive – they were standing around chatting and didn’t even notice customers coming into the store. I ordered two buttered buns to-go, but it took almost 10 minutes to get them. When I finally received the bag, it was covered in butter. When I pointed this out, I was met with a very bad attitude from the staff. Really bad experience on a Sunday morning!

08/10/2025: Ordered a hot sandwich. It didn't even take 2 minutes before I got it. Alas - cold and boring threw it out after one bite

29/03/2026: It's a pleasant park, but we waited to see the show at 9:30 PM, and around 9:35 PM, due to technical problems, the show was cancelled. The announcements were annoying.
