23/07/2026: Busy kitchen. You can tell it's popular with locals. Tasty and large portion of Carbonara and a pizza no 99 with Jalapenos. It may seem expensive as some write, but it was quite delicious and plentiful. Unpretentious, humorous and informal: 'No-wifi zone. Speak to each others, like in 1995'

21/07/2026: Very small pizza, just a random assortment of things thrown on it. For example, the menu says it has vegetables, but then there's also something on it. Very disappointing 😕

28/07/2026: The meat tasted really good (ribeye and 2 x strip), but it was really poorly cooked. Like really poorly! We ordered a medium, a medium rare and a rare. They came as more than well done, well done and medium! Peep dry. I don't understand that when the place makes a living selling steaks! We won't be going back there. Super delicious premises and really nice atmosphere though. And the waiters were super sweet and skilled. Just a shame that the chef doesn't know how to cook the meat properly. 🥩

17/05/2026: The reviews I read about Silas are in line with the experience I just had with that business - I accidentally transferred 500 kr (should have been to someone I know called Silas) on Mobilpay. I thought they were easy to talk to, but they weren't, I got a couple of people on the phone who couldn't understand a word I was talking about, finally I got someone who 'could' speak Danish, it quickly dawned on me that he definitely didn't intend to deliver them to the bakery and he concluded by saying that it was definitely not his problem and hung up -- To you Silas, keep the 500 kr. with the reviews I've read about your business, you need the money 😡😡

10/03/2026: Bad night. There were 2 guys who kept cheering and saying they were Nazis. When I went up to the bar and told them about it, nothing happened.

11/08/2026: I ordered 1 pizza with fries, 1 salad mayonnaise and 1 chili mayonnaise. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. The pizza tasted like the ingredients were not fresh, and the chili mayonnaise was full of chili seeds, which made it very unpleasant to eat. The fries were also very burnt. The service was also not satisfactory. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately I will not order from there again.

11/08/2026: There was hair in the food and I was called an idiot when I called in to complain.

04/09/2026: Nice service, but the food wasn't good, 😕Fries were way too salty and we asked for new ones and they were given to us with a smile. Most of them were very good but then the salt level increased significantly again. Not that I couldn't eat more. Hamburger was ok. I think this one has been sitting around for a while but tasted 'okay'. Won't be back.😌

25/07/2026: Me and my friends went to dorsia last night with no expectations, we just saw a long queue and thought it might be a nice nightclub. Can complain about waiting for 40 minutes really since it was a long queue. It was quite expensive to get in since the danish currency is better than the Swedish. Well all of us got in with no problem and it’s kind of a luxury style to the place. Really nice staff and good music. Overall it’s one of the best nightclubs I have been to

31/07/2026: Was supposed to have a pizza with garlic, the garlic was in a plastic box on the side that didn't close tightly. So there was this incredibly clammy garlic oil that got on everything and your hands STINK afterwards. Not just from garlic but from an almost vomit-like smell, like it was too old. And it's impossible to get it off your hands because if you sweat a little, it comes out again.. plus the smell. Incredibly dingy restaurant on top of that.

21/03/2026: The furnishing is too cramped and atmosphere noisy. The Hereford burger was okay, but the cheeseburger was sloppily made. They also don't have a refill policy - free or pay - which seems kind of backward.

30/05/2026: There were 2 people working, but they worked together with the efficiency of a quarter of an employee. Their offer is also a bit of a scam, for example 1 rose bread for 24 kr, 3 for 70 kr. You will notice a discount of a whole 2 kr! It was not entirely clear that you had to draw a number, but fair enough, you did so. However, you also put it on the counter and left again, because after 5 minutes there seemed to be no progress on anything, and there were only 2 other customers who looked just as confused as me. They get 2 stars because they had a nice selection, and supposedly it was supposed to taste good, but I never got to try it.

22/07/2026: Handdown the worst customer/service experience in a long time.

18/07/2026: The place is pretty dirty, all the tables are covered in filth. You walk into the restroom and immediately want to leave; the hand dryers don't work, there's no toilet paper, no soap (okay, just a 99:1 ratio of water to soap), and everything stinks. The service is absolutely terrible; the staff doesn't bring your order right away, and everything ends up cold, or they even forget it, so you have to go and get it yourself. Basically, it's completely self-service: you wipe down the table, dry your hands like a hand dryer would, place your order, and practically have to cook it yourself. At least the food is edible, so I'm grateful for that.

17/08/2026: My son and I were passing through Aalborg on a Tuesday evening and wanted to order sushi. By chance, we discovered this sushi restaurant in the Kennedy Arcades. We were pleased that the restaurant still looked open and started placing our order at the designated ordering screens right outside. Once we had finished ordering and paid by card at the screen, we went inside. There, the server informed us that the restaurant had already closed. When I asked her why she had watched us placing our order and even paying without telling us that the restaurant was closed, she simply said she thought we were just playing around with the screens. We did receive a refund, but it was less than we had paid, as the exchange rate for foreign cards apparently differs for payments and refunds. My main criticism is therefore directed at the staff who, despite seeing us order, failed to inform us that the restaurant was already closed, and for the fact that the order screens were still switched on. This is simply very poor service overall and deserves a corresponding rating.

04/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wasabi Sushi in Kennedy Arkaden. I had ordered sushi for pick-up, but the service was unfortunately very poor. When I picked up my order, I had to make the employee aware that I wanted soy, wasabi and ginger. For 40 pieces of sushi, I initially only got one packet of soy. When I asked if I could have more than one for 40 pieces, the employee said yes, but generally seemed unsure about what should come with the order. I had to repeat my requests for wasabi and ginger several times before another employee came and helped. When I got home, it turned out that there was no soy container at all, and only 3 bags of soy. The amount of ginger was also so sparse that it was almost nonexistent. The quality of the sushi was also not impressive. The pieces were very small, several no bigger than half/the tip of a thumb. The sushi pieces were cut so thin that some of the pieces couldn't even hold their shape or stand up. They were almost as thin as chopsticks. The presentation in the trays wasn't very inviting either. The sushi was lying down in the trays and looked like something that had been placed carelessly, which gave a very messy and unappetizing impression. The most disappointing thing, however, was the taste. The sushi was dry, boring and very tasteless. It didn't taste at all like the quality I usually associate with Wasabi Sushi. Compared to the branch at Østerågade 11, the difference was very clear. Here, both the quality, presentation and taste seemed significantly inferior. All in all, an experience that doesn't live up to 400,-
