08/08/2026: We have previously visited the restaurant in Jesperhus several times and remember it as a place where the food was really delicious and where you would like to come back. That is why our latest visit was unfortunately a bit disappointing. We tried the evening buffet, but it did not quite live up to our expectations and was not worth the money in our opinion. The food actually tasted good, but the quality was more reminiscent of that experienced in IKEA – and for the price we had expected something more. On the other hand, it is fun that during the meal various Jesperhus mascots come by and say hello to the children. It creates a good atmosphere and makes the meal a little more of an experience. 🦖🌸 There is also a small cozy area with small chairs and foam flooring, where the children can sit and watch a little Jesperhus TV or play while the adults finish eating. Ordering the buffet and drinks is done via a QR code, which works well and is easy. A small detail is that straws cost 1 krone each.

30/07/2026: My friends got pita, got an extra small free bun with filling. Good service! Can recommend the pineapple in pita.

29/08/2026: Dining at Pirates' Inn was a disappointment. It's worth noting that the food is very tasty and beautifully presented; the salads, meats, potatoes, grains, and ice cream are all of high quality. However, finding the exact same menu for four consecutive nights is unacceptable for a hotel of this category and price. Furthermore, charging exorbitant prices for drinks separately is a serious mistake. Due to the lack of variety and the extra costs, I don't recommend booking the buffet or the all-inclusive dinner at the hotel; eating out is much better and offers more variety.

21/08/2026: After reading many poor reviews, we had low expectations; we just wanted to finally eat something, as nearby restaurants are very expensive and the portions are small. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious (especially the salmon and roasted meats with a choice of two sauces), the kids also found their favorites (nuggets, meatballs, Lego fries, pizza), and we finished the meal with delicious homemade ice cream with a nice selection of toppings.

16/08/2025: What a mess… In the middle of peak season, 7:40 pm… No more pizza dough… How stupid can you be? We were really looking forward to it and were hungry… Hopefully we can find another open restaurant now, this one is supposed to take orders until 9 pm…

14/08/2025: Self-service (which we'll probably encounter elsewhere too) was easy. Choose your pizza, pay, and they'll call you when your food is ready. The pizza was good.

01/09/2026: Without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have ever been to! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The service was top notch and the staff incredibly nice, professional and welcoming. You really feel that they care about their guests and the quality of the food. A real 10/10 experience – I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇸🇪

14/08/2026: So rather a hotdog from the tank. It's a greater culinary experience than eating at Pizzeria Mamma Mia in Hornbæk I ordered the pizza that bears the place's name. I thought it must be one that they have made a special effort with. Maybe it was. Nevertheless, it was the worst pizza I have ever thrown money at. The ingredients were clearly of the lowest quality, because if they weren't, they would have tasted like something other than sticking your foot in a dark cupboard. Even salt was missing. On the other hand, it didn't seem like the owner had the energy to have customers in the shop. I would like to help with that part.

07/09/2026: It is expensieve, but the food quality is really great. This is the best place to eat in legoland.

27/08/2026: The food was very poor. The soft drinks (the syrup content seemed almost excessive) were terrible. There was no dessert or coffee. For the high price, we as a family definitely cannot recommend it.

03/09/2026: I ordered a decaf latte with almond milk. There was absolutely no coffee taste or aroma. It seems decaf is rarely ordered, so the beans are likely stored for a long time, causing the coffee aroma to fade. I wouldn't recommend getting the decaf.

08/07/2025: You've tried a lot of fast food in your life, but what KFC in Herning delivers is unfortunately one of the less fortunate acquaintances. I had been looking forward to crispy, juicy chicken with the famous spice mix and a little Southern magic in a cardboard bucket. Instead, I got a round of unidentifiable pieces that could hardly convince me that they had ever been near a live chicken. The meat was boring, the texture strange, and the whole thing seemed like some kind of leftover meal that had given up on itself. And then it's a bit sad that the prices are on the high end for something that neither looks nor tastes like real chicken. I don't want to throw mud – because the staff was friendly, and the place was nice – but my appetite has quietly retreated and I have no plans to return for the time being. I really wanted to give it another chance, but my stomach says "no thanks", and it usually has the last word.

28/06/2025: The American chain KFC has temporarily closed all 11 of its outlets in Denmark. It was discovered that its employees had been falsifying labels. In this way, they were extending the shelf life of chicken, which was also supposed to be defrosted directly on the floor. The scandal was revealed by Danish journalists. After their publication, the food inspection carried out an unannounced inspection.

19/10/2025: It's closed. There's no point in going. It's been closed for a long time and Google isn't up to date.

01/08/2026: I have never had such a bad pizza/ordered a Pepperoni pizza with dressing that had 6 pieces of Pepperoni on it and again dressing Then I ordered a meat pizza that had several pieces of Pepperoni on it and on that fiery pizza the bacon was raw and then finally a salad pizza the dough was raw And the pizza cutter was not invented in that store either So I would advise EVERYONE not to buy pizza from there I would once give a homeless person a pizza from there because it would be a shame for him/her

31/07/2026: Sorry to say, it's Island prices and lousy food. Really hope it gets changed by then, no thanks from here on out.. first and last time.

23/06/2026: I saw a 4.3 rate and that’s why we ordered but the taste is very basic nothing special plus packaging is like they throw everything inside. Not ordering again

13/06/2026: Japanese original Sushi. Unsurpassed quality in today's Copenhagen. Back to the roots. Take Away with own orders enjoyed more than 20 times. Get flashbacks to Denmark's first Sushi place, Højbro Fiskehus, (near Christiansborg), where Keiko Henriksen - a classically trained (7 years of apprenticeship!) Sushi chef - held court for the Danish elite, who wrote tributes to Keiko hung on the walls. The same standard is Isamii Sushi in Valby!

01/06/2026: A bad experience... got a dürüm, which they advertise as the best in town... it must definitely only be at night when that's the case... because it was really bad... limp yellow salad, cold dry bread and kebab that tastes sour... a few cucumbers and tomatoes were the only other filling - clearly it's just a place that intends to sell to drunk people in Jomfru Ane Street... add, can't be recommended - so better go to bed hungry.

29/11/2025: What a terrible organization. The check-in desk simply says you don't need a reservation, so I arrive at 5:30 PM with my happy face and a five-year-old, and of course, everything is full until 8:30 PM. How can you manage to communicate so poorly within one location? Absolutely not customer-friendly. You're standing there for nothing. Disappointing.

05/11/2025: I'm not sure why this restaurant has such bad reviews? I think the food is good quality. I prefer the a la carte menu to the previous buffet format. Unlike Legoland hotel restaurants in other countries, this one appears to cook everything from scratch

10/08/2026: Really good service, good atmosphere and well-prepared food

08/08/2026: My sister and I ordered cafe latte and hot cocoa to-go from the cafe. We stood outside the cafe and waited for our order after paying. Our children, who had bought candied apples and one of the children had gotten an ice cream from the neighboring cafe, sat at one of the tables while we waited outside. The owner of the cafe came out and asked our children to leave the cafe with the argument that she herself sold ice cream. I tried to explain that we had not received our coffee yet and that I had ordered it to-go. But we simply had to stand with the children outside the cafe until the coffee was ready. Rude and miserable attitude towards both us and the children. I have never experienced anything like it.
