25/10/2025: See another customer also asks for people/staff when arriving at the hotel. In order to order a draft beer in the otherwise nice lounge without pouring a good one ourselves, we had to call the hotel's main phone to get a hold of a bartender/employee? "Staff..Come on in!" 🫣🫠😏 can be an obvious place for Friday beer for the large companies in the area👍

22/10/2025: Hotel rooms are quite dated, bathrooms are disgusting, and service is sometimes quite rude. Update 11 months later: Food is still inedible, ordered food for 30 people and 20 went hungry, parking is very limited, and service is poor.

01/10/2025: A wonderful cafe and shop staffed by young and incredibly friendly people. Greetings to the friendly waitress, whom we invited for coffee in Germany. Delicious pastries and coffee. You can sit inside or on the street. A fantastic place. We'll be back soon. See you soon. 🙋‍♀️🙋

20/08/2025: A lovely little courtyard that keeps out the traffic noise. The barista was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

02/04/2026: I have only been to Vaca once. The place is quite small with limited seating so it can be difficult to find a seat. The food was okay but in my opinion way too expensive for the amount.

16/05/2026: Rude! Had to edit because what the owner replied was not related to the review. I did not ask to use the toilet for free. This place is generally abhorrent with their behavior and power trips. Stay away- there's many good places around to visit that actually deserve your money 🤞

The pancakes were absolutely amazing perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Whether you go for something sweet or savory, the quality and taste are outstanding. It’s clear that great care goes into every dish. A special thanks to Cleve Gustavsen for creating such a warm and memorable experience. The service was friendly, attentive, and added to the overall enjoyment. If you’re in Gudhjem, this is a must-visit for a delicious and satisfying treat. Easily a 5-star experience!

04/05/2026: Well I go out to have fun, talk to friends, it's usually also to talk. Nope not here today, at least, an extremely loud owner who complains and you actually feel more like you've entered his private home in a heated discussion about how bad it is that there are other people's customs than Danes in Thailand and racist comments from an owner. It was impossible not to hear what was said. The pancakes tasted of absolutely nothing and the staff couldn't be happier with the customers and again you felt like you were a burden and had invaded their private space. As an owner you have to make a decision, is it a private affair where he can sit and drink and shout with his friends or do you go to a restaurant. No respect for customers. Worst place I've ever been to eat on Bornholm.

29/03/2026: The best durum rolls can be found here. We bought 4 really delicious 2 chicken, falafel, kebab. Will definitely buy here again.

24/11/2025: The other day I ordered 2 pizzas and they were freezing cold when I went to pick them up with my girlfriend, they told me it would take 15 minutes and gave me 2 pizzas that were already ready 🍕 In one word, it is bad service, bad food, arrogant and chill people😅😅😅😅 I do not recommend it, it was a bad experience and they had very cold expressions as if they committed a crime 😅😅😅😅

24/12/2025: We tried the fish and chips at Broens Street Food Market, the fish batter was very tasty and the fries were good. Honestly a bit too overpriced for a food market and the dips for the fries come with extra charge.

21/10/2025: Located in Broens Street Food market. It's a little expensive but everything in the food market is. I got the Fish and Chips and Calamari and Dip. The fish was battered and fried fresh and was very good. Would pass on the Calamari next time, but that might be my preference.

20/07/2025: You can always bring baby food and water – even on planes – but at Plantorama it is not allowed, neither at the playground upstairs nor in the café area downstairs. When my husband gave our daughter a slice of cucumber, we were reprimanded by the staff, who watched us like police officers to make sure we didn’t use any of what we had brought. We usually spend thousands of kroner on flowers, plants, trees, food and coffee at Plantorama on each visit, but after this humiliating experience – where we felt watched and humiliated in front of other customers – we now prefer to shop online. It is both cheaper and no one violates our dignity. I truly regret all the money we spent there.

03/10/2025: Incredibly poor service. I came home with missing food. When I contacted them I was told that I could get something new so we could all eat hot food together. When I arrived at their Ishøj branch, I was met by an indifferent employee who only wanted to hand over what I was missing. So me and my children ended up with cold food. I can't recommend them in any way.

01/04/2026: It was an unforgettable experience to be at Macdonald's in Hørsholm, it was really bad and the service was very poor.

20/03/2026: I wasn't actually at McDonald's, I was at the kebab place right next door.....don't know why Google thinks I was here? But no matter, the kebab place right next door tastes so much better, probably one of the best kebabs in North Zealand ❤️ Or if you're not into kebab, the burger place right next door can be easily recommended by me, why not get your fill of some quality food instead of junk food? Take that McDonald's.
