13/05/2026: It was our first time here. We walked in at 8:40pm and there was only one other table with people. They close at 10:00pm. Immediately the owner says “it’s a little late and close to closing.” We should have left right when he said that but we wanted to give him a chance. We assured him we would order quickly and nothing complicated, so we quickly ordered 3 beers and 3 pizzas. Beer came quickly, then 10 minutes later the owner comes over and asks us again what were the 3 pizzas we ordered. After telling him the order again, the pizzas came 30 minutes later. One of the three was the completely wrong pizza. When we told him that, he didn’t apologize or anything, he just abruptly took the plate, walked back to the kitchen, yelled at an employee, and threw the plate. We heard all of this, since we sat near the kitchen and no one else was there. After that behavior, we told him forget about making that third pizza, we’ll just eat the two we have. The two remaining pizzas were so sloppy and greasy, and way too much oregano. We ate what we could of them, paid the bill, and left. No apology, no explanation, nothing from the owner. Terrible, awful service and sloppy, gross food. Never coming back.

12/05/2026: Super welcoming, top-notch food. Stepping through the door, I felt like I'd gone from Denmark to Italy.

06/06/2026: Super delicious breakfast 😋 I was visiting the city for a one-night stay and this bakery seemed promising! It definitely did not disappoint 😁 Sweet service and delicious buttered bread roll! And a lovely crunchy cinnamon roll 😋

11/04/2026: Really good bakery prices are okay too.

14/06/2026: After they moved into new, beautiful, bright premises, it has become a more cozy place to come, where you could also want to sit down and eat your food, unlike the old location. There is an okay correlation between price and quantity/quality. They make nice pizzas and burgers, for what they are, not something you will be overwhelmed by, but definitely not disappointed either.

11/05/2026: Have ordered from them many times before, especially their baked potato. The menu says: “All served with salad…” and normally you get a baked potato with salad on the side. But now suddenly you get a salad with potato pieces instead. I don’t understand why it’s not listed under “mixed salads” when you no longer get a baked potato. I called and complained and asked if it could really be okay, since I’ve ordered it many times before and always got a baked potato with salad on the side. But I was just told that “that was the old way” and then they hung up. Then you end up with food you didn’t order and you’ve wasted your money.

24/11/2025: Delicious dinner with magical flavors — the chicken curry was especially good. Friendly staff, generous portions, and you definitely leave feeling full. A really nice place for great Chinese food.

20/12/2025: Ordered a classic burger alone without fries or drink, waited 32 minutes and still had not gotten it, asked for a refund and left

24/11/2025: I ducked in here this morning because it just looked welcoming (and the sleet was getting in my eyes). What a great chance encounter! Awesome flat white, super friendly staff and that bun….!! I may bring my work back here later.

21/11/2025: We came in and sat down, and went up and ordered, AFTER we ordered, a completely disrespectful young lady who worked there came and said we couldn't sit down, but we had ordered, so we were welcome to. The coffee was very bitter and overall a very bad experience with service and food, but it's an okay nice and cozy place to be, but just make sure it's VERY obvious that you've bought something, otherwise you'll get some very disrespectful behavior from the employees.

27/06/2026: Upon arrival there was only one waiter and we had to wait to be shown a table which we had taken ourselves as we sat outside. When we were finally served I was given a menu and told that I could sit outside and that someone would come out and take our order, but nothing happened, only when I called the staff who were present did I find out that we had to order inside, I knew we had to pay before we started eating, but I was surprised to be told one and then the truth is different. The food this day was nothing to write home about, dry, lacking, and there was still food from the lunch menu left.

08/05/2026: We had wonderful fish and shrimp with eggs. The portions were large and filling. The waiters were very attentive and the service was excellent. Mr. Bülent was especially helpful; we had coffee after the meal and that was also wonderful. It's in a central location in the main square.

03/03/2026: Wanted lunch, the food was nicely presented, and most of it tasted okay. But a piece of smørrebrød with a very thin piece of roast pork, dragged the whole experience down. Roast pork with a rubbery or elastic edge, where half was fat, tasted more than rancid, this piece that I took a bite of, I was about to spit out, it tasted of mold and rancid. The waiter who brought plates saw that it was discarded, but did not ask if it was good. Nothing is fresh and special, but the price is also accordingly. If she had asked how the food tasted, and offered a new and different piece, I would have given a different review.

27/12/2025: We had a reservation at PS Grill Bar at 7:00 PM. We were about 20 minutes late and called to inform them of this. However, our table had been given away when we arrived. It seemed extra unprofessional that we called afterwards and asked if there was space – and were told yes, even though we had just been told the opposite on site. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend others to visit PS Grill Bar after this experience.

21/12/2025: Copenhagen’s dining scene often promises a masterclass in "hygge" and high-end execution, but my recent visit to PS Bar & Grill left me caught between a genuine appreciation for the staff and a deep disappointment in the details. The Main Event: The Wagyu Burger At 225 DKK, the stakes for their hyped Wagyu burger are as high as the price tag. On paper, it sounds like a triumph; in reality, it was a tale of two textures. While the patty itself was succulent and well-seasoned—honoring the Wagyu name—the vessel was its downfall. The brioche bun had been toasted beyond the point of caramelization into a brittle, charred state that mimicked the texture of knækbrød (rye crackers). In a city known for its world-class bakeries, a burnt bun is a cardinal sin. It was a good burger, certainly, but far from the "life-changing" experience the hype suggests. Service & Atmosphere Where PS Bar truly shines is in its efficiency. The staff are charming, attentive, and operate with a polished speed that is rare in high-traffic city spots. We were seated, served, and attended to without a moment’s lag. If you are looking for a swift meal in a vibrant setting, the service team delivers. The Dealbreaker However, the sophisticated veneer of the dining room does not extend to the facilities. The state of the restrooms was, quite frankly, inexcusable. For a mid-to-high-tier establishment, encountering neglected and "unclean" toilets is a jarring contrast that lingers longer than the taste of the meal. It is a fundamental lapse in hospitality that makes it impossible to award a higher rating. The Verdict: PS Bar & Grill offers a lively atmosphere and friendly faces, but until they master the toaster and a cleaning schedule, it remains a "once-is-enough" destination.

12/10/2025: The food is nice but the wait time is simply absurd. They say 25-30 minutes but you only get your food after an hour.

11/10/2025: Update: The mysterious charge has gone up, and there's further a fee for eating in the restaurant, which will be applied even when you order takeaway. They also will refuse to give you a receipt. I will not be coming back, and hopefully the authorities will eventually send them to court. The food has also gone downhill in quality, so I might as well. The food is alright, but the prices are not quite transparent, and they will often charge you a few DKK for nothing in particular on the receipt. It will have a line for the food, a line for the bag, and then a line for unspecified. The service is ... effective, and direct. And loud, and might seem very rude to some people. Including myself.

08/12/2025: They talk about respect and how they want to avoid racism and disciminatuon. Yet it’s the only thing they do themselves. A dark skinned guard made the ‘you are crazy’ finger twirl at me, because I mentioned these things and he got mad. Ego and stupidity is what you’ll meet. We just wanted to play along with the rules. Very two faced. Never going again.

07/12/2025: Condescending doormen. Asked about some rules and if you've been there before. When you ask to refresh the rules and are honest about not remembering if you've been there before, you're turned away without explanation. The doorman refers to me in the 3rd person to my friends instead of speaking to me directly. I'm ignored when I curiously ask why we can't get the rules so we agree with them. Where's the logic? It's definitely not a place that's supposed to be inclusive. I'm at the front of the line and ask the other doorman something, I get a "What do you want" he starts talking to the people behind me in the line and when I answer him about the rules, he shouts "I'm not talking to you" even though I first tried to have a nice conversation with him. It's unacceptable behavior that definitely makes me angry. My group and I always come with good energy, joy and respect for others, so being greeted with that condescending tone is very unnecessary and has a huge impact on whether the place feels safe, which comically it didn't. It seems like they have decided to see "enemies" in people on an unfounded basis, which is quite exclusionary behavior.
