31/07/2026: We had a delicious meal; the pizzas were tasty. We sat outside overlooking a small street and enjoyed watching people. The pizzas arrived very quickly and the service was friendly. It was definitely worth the money.

29/08/2026: Mixed food reviews, lots of sauces (you have to like them). Very slow by Southern European standards. Expensive, you're paying for the location and atmosphere.

18/09/2025: Boring bread, both rye bread and regular bread. Always end up at Lagkagehuset to get a sourdough bread - but would rather be able to buy one at Kirstens and support the little ones. Delicious cakes 👌🏻🍓 A cake man for a child's birthday is a must. Really nice and a good price. Why does it smell so strange in there?

16/06/2026: Went to a company party here, it was a perfect place! There was an outdoor covered corn hole course, super fun. The food was delicious, the service was good, good drinks and other beverages. Super cool atmosphere.

03/08/2026: We were in Copenhagen in April and, before our flight to Paris, we stopped in for oysters during happy hour to get in the French mood. We really enjoyed the service. The oysters were large, and the champagne was excellent. And the price was great too. Thanks for the special offer.

31/12/2025: As Germans, it was an interesting experience to go to such a beer garden. The wait was relatively long. We sat there for an hour, "waiting" for the kitchen to serve us, as they were serving a party in the restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't quite know how to handle themselves. Generally, the staff tried their best to be friendly. The tables were dirty, and the dirty dishes were left on them without being cleared. To order, you had to go to the counter and pick up your food there as well – very strange. This was hardly what you'd call proper restaurant service. Furthermore, it was cold and drafty the whole time, so you had to cling to the heater. The food was generally okay, though certainly not German cuisine.

05/09/2026: We had booked a table for 7, when we arrived they didn't have a table for us and we waited about 40 minutes for a table. The selection was fine but the quantity was poor, there were only leftovers left

08/08/2026: I was there last week with a friend and it was such a great experience. Lovely service, generous glasses of wine (so rare in this city), yummy snacks and really really good wine. I will definitely be back! Totally recommended!!

07/08/2026: Good and tasty breakfast at a fair price. Really good coffee. The place is small but cozy. You can bring a dog (dog allowed), which is a big bonus. The staff is always so friendly and service-minded.

21/06/2026: Always on point and home to some of the best canelés in Copenhagen. Their rustic sandwiches, French pastries, and sweet treats are consistently delicious, and the service is always warm and welcoming. A place we return to again and again whenever we're in the city. Highly recommended!
