12/12/2025: 1 hour and 35 minutes wait for food poisoning. We came with two children aged 7 and 10. Ordered 4 steaks with sides. We waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for our food with a child hanging over the food and half asleep. The waiter was friendly and apologetic and although we got a discount on the bill, we went home feeling like we had thrown money out the window. Unfortunately we took a souvenir of food poisoning home with us. I have been visiting Hereford since I was a child, but this "new" Hereford is not worth the visit.

20/04/2026: Wow wow WOW🤩 I had an absolutely amazing experience having lunch at Palæo, the food was delicious and the service was honestly incredible, the staff went above and beyond😇 I had a couple of questions and the lovely girl with brown hair was very helpful and welcoming. 10/10, will be coming back!

18/04/2026: Great to have a place that can serve gluten-free, but disappointing. Sad when you pay 119 kr. and it's the size of a mcD cheeseburger, but wrapped worse. Good cabbage in it, too little meat, no exciting flavor and too wet (so much so that it ran out of it because it wasn't wrapped properly). Would recommend going to Bilka's sushi department and getting a bowl (it's also gluten and dairy-free) instead. They weren't even ready to serve when they opened so had to get started 10 minutes later so the cashier could count.

10/06/2026: Want to experiece heaven before death? Atleast we ended up at Dumpling Heaven. Me and my friend went there yesterday and had a really nice experience ,we tried 5 different dumplings, tofu, and the cucumber salad, and everything was great, but the pork dumpling was definitely the best one. The dumplings were fresh, juicy, and super satisfying, and the cucumber salad was also a standout crisp, flavorful, and a perfect side. The prices were very affordable too, with most plates around 65 DKK, which makes it an even better deal when you can mix and match different options. The place had a cozy and authentic vibe, and the ordering system was super easy, just tick what you want on paper and you’re good to go. Simple, relaxed, and actually kind of charming in its own old-school way. Food: ✅✅✅✅✅ Ambience: ✅✅✅✅✅ Service: ✅✅✅✅✅ Overall, a really good spot for dumplings in Copenhagen. Great value, cozy atmosphere, and definitely worth coming back for that pork dumpling alone.

20/12/2025: Really bad experience. Had to wait 45 min to get our table, several items from the menu were sold out and service generally did not live up to expectations. Maison seems outdated, needs an update!

18/10/2025: The food is insanely delicious! You must try the anchovy toast, the perfect steak, and the scallion salad. The service is supremely professional...the prices are fair for the quality of the dishes. Anyone coming to Copenhagen cannot miss it.
