28/06/2026: Great food, accommodating staff and great service! Mixed grill is one of our favourites. The meat is tender and flavourful; pairs well with the mushroom dip. Rice is cooked well and flat bread is especially good! Quite cheap for its price and a relatively large serving per person. Definitely a must try if you are visiting the vicinity. The location is pretty quiet and a bit of a walk from the main road but honestly worth it.

02/09/2026: Overall, it’s an alright place to visit if you’re looking for something convenient, especially outside normal restaurant hours. However, the food, atmosphere, and especially the service leave room for improvement Atmosphere: The atmosphere is fairly basic and doesn’t particularly stand out. It’s a decent place to visit, but there isn’t much that makes the setting memorable Food: The food is quite basic. Nothing was particularly disappointing, except for the fries, which were quite dry and lacked flavor. Other than that, there wasn’t anything that particularly stood out Service: The service is probably the weakest part of the experience. It is just below what I would consider standard and could definitely be improved. At times, the staff seemed as though they didn’t really care whether you were there or not, which took away from the overall experience Cleanliness: The restaurant isn’t particularly bad when it comes to cleanliness, but the hygiene could certainly be improved. Both the tables and the bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained. Price: The prices are a little high considering the overall experience, although they are somewhat understandable given the location and the opening hours Feedback to the Restaurant: I think the restaurant could benefit most from improving the service and hygiene. The extended opening hours are a really great advantage, and combined with improvements to the overall experience, they could make the restaurant much more appealing Last but not least, please do something about the fries! Seriously consider changing the type of potatoes you use or the cooking method.

31/07/2026: Systematized durum (kebab) review. 21 points in total. Durum with kebab cost 72 kr. The bread (0-3 points): 3 points (fine elastic homemade bread, delicious) The salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion), 0-2 points: 2 points (good amount, nicely chopped and really good ratio compared to the meat), see the pictures. Some free extras (e.g. red cabbage, hummus, taboulah), 0-1 points: 0 points The meat (0-5 points): 4 points (the meat is a mix of beef and a little lamb, clearly due to the stripes of dark and light meat. The meat lacked freshness and heat (it was completely cold and clearly some cut meat from earlier). Very well seasoned on the other hand - maybe make it even spicier. The chili (0-2 points): 2 points (good strength and nice taste). The dressing (0-2 points): 1 point (they use a more acidic creme fraiche instead of the milder creme fraiche light. I don't really like the combination). The quantity / how full you were (0-2 points): 2 points (good amount of meat and good size, see the pictures). Service (0-1 points): 0.5 points (very tired man behind the counter, but fast on the other hand) The price (0-3 points, where 3 points are 30-40 kr., 2.5 points are 40-50 kr., 2 points are 50-60 kr., 1.5 points are 60-70 kr., 1 point is over 70 kr.): 1 point 15.5 / 21 points = 3.6 stars —> rounds up to 4 stars out of 5. NOTE! Diarrhea experienced the next day and no other change in my diet besides this Durum —> 1 star out of 5.

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, the sandwiches were the smallest I've ever had, and the portion size therefore did not meet my expectations. On the other hand, the service was incredibly friendly, and the decor was cozy and charming. The service made the experience positive, even if the food was disappointing.

25/07/2026: Attentive, quick service, and tasty Indian food for a Friday evening , what more could you hope for? Staff were also super kind and generous with a smile, and the experience was actually pretty authentic, right down to the copper water canisters. Great place for a laidback meal or to impress your party.

01/08/2026: Cozy place and nice service. The food was well presented. The problem was that the fish was dry. And the tartare was overwhelmed by tomato flavor, so the meat didn't stand out.

11/11/2025: We had lunch at Fortunen after a trip to Dyrehaven. It was a disappointing experience due to boring food and drinks and really bad service. It's a shame because the location is really beautiful.

24/08/2026: The food was good and the wait staff friendly. A huge downfall was the acoustics which made it impossible to have a normal conversation across the table.... terrible.

17/08/2026: Expensive food in small portions, eg. 42kr for fries that could be in a teacup. Noisy room and poor attention from waiters, several including myself, had to wait a long time for waiters even though it wasn't busy 2-3 tables were occupied. I'll find a better place next time

22/08/2026: Good carbonara on the cheese wheel but we had to wait one hour for it. The waiters are nice but the attention to the costumers is terrible.

16/08/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Really good ingredients, delicious tomato sauce and mozzarella and an excellent dough. Maybe a bit too expensive. The service was nothing special though. The restaurant was almost empty and only had one other table with two people, but we were placed right next to them. And we are two men of about 190 cm. When we left, there were still plenty of empty tables. But the pizza is definitely worth it!

09/08/2026: Just wanted to have a glass of beer, nice atmosphere and background music from the stage.

28/07/2026: Almost empty when we arrived, still had to wait 40 minutes for a fake ”Wagyu” burger. Food wasnt even warm, how that could happen I dont know.
