30/08/2026: We had our wedding reception here. Outstanding food, wine, service, table setting, flowers, and surroundings. Simply just a perfect perfect place. Not a single bad thing to say about this place

10/08/2026: We were 100 wedding guests for dinner. It was absolutely fantastic. Lovely staff and not least the owner Rikke. Despite the many guests, the food was hot and absolutely perfect. 1000 stars from us.

02/09/2026: An amazing kebab place! Definitely worth trying if you’re nearby and looking for an easy, filling meal. Atmosphere: The place is really small, so there isn’t much space to create a proper atmosphere. However, they clearly care about the appearance and have put personality and effort into the place. You can see that as soon as you walk in, A+ for that! That said, the limited space is understandable given the size of the restaurant. I wouldn’t expect to dine in for long, so I’d recommend getting your food to go and finding somewhere nice to sit and enjoy it Food: The kebab is really good, with crispy bread, well-prepared meat, and fresh salad. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves pita bread kebab or simply wants an easy and filling meal Service: The service is good and quick, which adds to the overall experience Cleanliness: You can see the food being prepared in front of you, including the meat being cut, and I didn’t notice any red flags. Everything seemed well-handled and transparent. That said, wearing disposable gloves while cutting the meat could be a small improvement Price: The price is on the higher end, but I think it’s worth every penny. The kebab and bread are really good, and they prepare everything quickly and efficiently while you wait and take in the personality of the restaurant Feedback to the Restaurant: My main suggestion would be to eventually find a larger location where you can continue doing exactly what you’re doing now. The current place is very small and can get crowded quickly. The prices are also on the higher side, and of course, cheaper prices are always welcome, but considering the location, experience, and quality of the food, I think it’s worth the price

18/05/2026: I've ordered food delivery before and was very pleased with the way it was prepared and packaged. This time, we decided to eat in the restaurant, as we were visiting Lyngby. The service and food were excellent, but the cleanliness of the guest area remained questionable: the floors throughout the dining room were so dirty that a trail of someone's footprints remained. The sink and faucet in the restroom hadn't been descaled in a while, but the restroom itself was clean.

14/04/2026: Delicious Thai food, although the portions have become smaller and a little more expensive the last time we were there. 4 different Thai beers, which are very similar to each other at 39 kr. Many types of soda. 2 rather high steps that wheelchair users can climb backwards with help from the staff, and a smaller step inside the restaurant itself. Usually not many people eat there, the vast majority (constant flow of customers) use take away and partly food delivery.

04/09/2026: Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Det Sunde Køkken. It was my first time eating there, and I was actually looking forward to trying their food. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to my expectations at all. The food really lacked flavor and spice, and the chicken was very dry and bland. I had expected that a place with a focus on healthy cuisine would still be able to cook food that is both healthy and tasty. Unfortunately, I found the dish to be very tasteless, and that made the whole meal a disappointing experience.

The bowls are definitely the highlight and are worth trying if you’re nearby Atmosphere: The interior has a very fancy, kitchen-like design, which fits the concept and gives the place a unique look Food: The food variations are really good! Everything is freshly prepared and served in a cute bowl, depending on what you order. The portions are also very generous, and you’ll probably struggle to finish a bowl in one sitting Service: The service is pretty standard, but compared with the food and interior, it feels like the weakest part of the experience. The service could definitely improve and catch up with the rest of what the restaurant offers Cleanliness: The cleanliness is superb! Everything is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff use gloves when preparing and mixing the food. Applause for that! Price: It’s pretty expensive for what you’re getting, but once you actually eat the food and see how much you get, it feels much more reasonable. I’ve been here multiple times because of the food, variety, and generous portions. Highly recommend! Feedback to the Restaurant: One thing I would definitely recommend improving is the menu. It feels a very messy and isn’t always very clear, so I’d suggest making it easier to understand and navigate. Adding some photos could also help customers get a better idea of what they’re ordering. It’s worth reading the menu carefully before ordering so you know exactly what you’re getting

I recently brought a group of Danish colleagues here; they arrived with the typical skepticism of those who think they’ve tried it all, but after just one bite, they pledged their undying loyalty. That is the power of pizza that speaks its own delicious language. The base achieves that elusive alchemy: thin enough to be crisp and structurally sound, yet pliable and light. The cornicione (the crust) is a study in contrast—airy and cloud-like within, blistered and wonderfully crunchy on the exterior, bearing the hallmark of a masterfully hot oven. 10/08/2026: We were at a wedding here recently and I would say the place is very cozy, but well worn out and needs a loving hand and maybe some gardening 🙏🤗 The food tastes good enough, but it would have tasted even better if it was hot when you got it. The portions are also somewhat smaller than we are used to here in the countryside. The staff was super nice and helpful. The parking facilities are really poor out there, so come well in advance before your visit.

10/08/2026: We had our wedding at Kongekilden on August 1, 2026, and everything was simply perfect and magical! There is no doubt for a second that the team has everything under control. The food, the beautiful surroundings, the service and the whole atmosphere have subsequently been praised to the skies by our guests. As a bride and groom, it means everything to be able to let go of your worries, sit back and just enjoy the day. We can highly recommend Kongekilden to anyone who is having a special celebration. Thank you so much for making our big day unforgettable!
