14/08/2026: Burgers were good. Service and system needs a complete overhaul. I ordered, they said they would call out my name after 15-20 mins, I came back after 15 and had no way of knowing if they had already called out my name, and had no way of knowing how long it would take. It turned out they hadn’t called my name and I stood there waiting for another 15 mins together with 8 other people, while my own group had already enjoyed their meal. Seems silly that they don’t implement a better system and find a way to reduce the waiting time.

28/07/2026: Slow service, fries that had been left out by mistake, already cooked, were just mixed with new fries, experienced 25/7 2026

26/06/2025: ADD FOR THE SOUTHERN! I saw the program Kontant on DR, you have cheated with the date marking on Faroese chicken meat, etc. I will not eat at your place in the future.

15/08/2026: The staff member was polite and respectful, so I want to make that clear. However, I left feeling disappointed by the way the dress code was handled. I was asked to put on my jacket or leave because I was wearing a sleeveless shirt. I completely understand that a venue can have a dress code, and I’m happy to respect it. What bothered me was that someone I was with was wearing a different outfit that also seemed fairly casual, but wasn’t asked to leave. If there is a dress code, that’s completely fair — but I believe it should be applied consistently to everyone. Being singled out while others dressed similarly were allowed to stay made the situation feel like a double standard.

01/08/2026: I can't recommend this nightclub at all. The staff was very unprofessional and spoke rudely to the guests. The doormen, who certainly don't look like anyone, have a strong affinity for Denmark, seemed aggressive and treated people differently for no apparent reason. You didn't feel welcome or safe. The service at the bar was also poor. The drinks tasted like soda and the bar employee tried to charge 600 on my credit card instead of 120 kr for the 2 drinks we ordered. There are many better places to go in the city. My girlfriends and I won't be back.

06/08/2026: Had a delicious meal. Pizzas with generous toppings. Very friendly people. Highly recommended.

17/07/2026: We were told our food would be ready in 20 minutes. However, we ended up sitting and waiting for an hour before the food was ready.

19/03/2026: Very good food but equally bad service!! It says you are open everywhere online and accept our order online but the next day nothing comes?? Because you are probably closed as it apparently says on your door in front of the store but not anywhere else! And then you don't announce yourself on various social media that you also have! Really poor service!

31/07/2026: I have ordered there a few times and love their pizza, but today 31/8/2026 I ordered a pizza at 6 pm and now it is 8:50 pm and after 2 calls it still hasn't arrived!!! I said I had to get some compensation and he just said yes a delayed pizza. Just not ok

13/05/2026: Terrible service and total lack of responsibility. If you expect to get your food the same day, order somewhere else. Worst case scenario you will just get scammed and never receive your order. Waste of time and money.

21/07/2026: My milk frother breaks after only 6 months. I am asked to document that it has broken. I do this via a form that they themselves ask me to fill out. Subsequently, I hear nothing until I call myself. There I am told that because it is a “special product”, I have to send a new and different type of complaint (please print, fill out and send a new template), a video (which I have sent once before) and the invoice for the product (which they have, since it is a webshop). Again, I hear nothing and call myself to ask if I have been forgotten. Finally, it is decided that the milk frother must be returned, as the dealer will check it. Then it will have to be sent to the Netherlands (!!) Subsequently - now 21 days after the first inquiry - I am told that my complaint is rejected, as the milk has got into the chip on the machine, which is my own fault. It was obviously not clean enough on the outside. It is simply that far out. Both the poor customer service and the decision. Theft in broad daylight. Both of product and my time!
