They left a bottle of tap water on our table without any explanation. It turns out the menu states "Ice water ad libitum per person" is free only if you order another drink. To our shock, they charged us 90 kr for tap water! For context, a 1L bottle of premium Evian water costs around 20 kr in a regular supermarket. The waiter's silence on this felt intentional and dishonest. Additionally, the restaurant forces every guest to order at least 3 dishes. Even if you can't finish it, you are forced to order, leading to unnecessary waste and taking leftovers home. Advice to visitors: Check the menu carefully yourself and watch out for hidden tap water fees. In the end, we had to get our food packed up – a complete waste of food and an unnecessary requirement. Tip for visitors: Look at the menu carefully and don't blindly follow the service. As good as the food is, these hidden charges for tap water and the strict order requirement are unacceptable.

26/04/2026: Me and 3 others have just been on a weekend in Jutland. We stopped by Mezza last night. Never been there before. But the food was really delicious. A feast for the eyes and taste buds. Very sad that Mezza is not available on Zealand!!!

23/08/2026: We have been to KÖD many times, but have never written a review before. The food is always really good, the meat is cooked perfectly, and the service is friendly and welcoming. This time we had our daughter with us, and even though she wasn't completely quiet the whole time, we still felt very welcome. The staff took it all in a relaxed manner and made us feel at ease. Another really good experience – we will definitely be back 😊

22/08/2026: I thought the table for two was too small; we ordered so much there was hardly any space. The steak dish was too big. The food was good, but the cocktails weren't to my liking as a Thai person.

30/07/2026: We came on a day with a heat wave, and here they had the grill in the garden lit. There were only 2 things to choose from, but it was really delicious and tasty 👌🏻 The price was not higher than you could buy 2 portions if you weren't really full, but we did now 🫶🏻

05/08/2026: Great ice cream shop! The ice cream is incredibly delicious, fresh and there is a large selection of flavors. The staff is friendly and provides good service. Cozy atmosphere and definitely a place I will visit again. Highly recommended!

02/08/2026: You could tell it was during the SMUK festival. The place was completely full of diners, even outside it was busy. I had a steak sandwich, one of the restaurant's famous dishes, good and big.

10/08/2026: A very wide selection. Excellent baked goods, reasonably priced and fresh. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The owner speaks excellent German and is always ready to assist. I went there every morning, and it always brightened my day. I'd gladly go back anytime.

06/09/2026: Nice local place we had a nice breakfast we had local breakfast and some local pastries that were tasty. The cheese and butter are good quality and probably from a local supplier. The lady was very nice and smiling . It's a family place ❤️

21/08/2026: Lovely bakery with a warm interior and plenty of choice. The sourdough bread is good but on the stronger and chewier side ; almost a bit too "sourdoughy" for my taste. Most pastries were great, a few on the sweeter side, but overall an excellent selection. A place I'd happily return to when I'm in Viborg !
