26/07/2026: A breath of fresh air in Viborg's food scene We chose the 7-course menu, and the majority of the experience was really good. Unfortunately, it was the two extra dishes that separate the 7-course menu from the 5-course menu that dragged down the overall impression. The potato dish was actually quite successful, but the fried spring onions did the dish no favors, as they were so tough that they were almost impossible to cut through. The first of the two extra dishes was a stuffed pasta with lobster. Unfortunately, it was very anonymous – tasteless and without any real character. The last extra dish was yakitori-grilled pork, but the meat was so charred that the burnt taste completely drowned out the dish. The result was a dish that unfortunately disappointed. On the other hand, the other dishes were excellent and showed that the kitchen definitely has potential. We will definitely come back. The 3 stars are probably closer to a strong 3 or a small 4. All in all, it was a reasonable experience, but if you choose to offer an extended menu, the extra dishes should at least be of the same level as the rest – otherwise it might be better not to. The service was friendly and professional, and both wine and drinks were well chosen. Although the review may seem a bit lukewarm with 3 stars, it is still one of the better dining experiences you can have in Viborg.

19/06/2026: Terrible service at Burger King. We waited over an hour for our food and finally we couldn't wait any longer. So we decided to get our money back and eat somewhere else. The most annoying thing was that every time we asked the staff when our food would be ready, we just got the answer: “Soon.” After that, we still ended up waiting another 30 minutes without getting our food. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately not a place I want to visit again.

21/07/2026: Nice little place to spend a few hours as a family. Maze, mini golf, small rowboats and pet animals.

19/07/2026: We just wanted to see the map and move on. However, you can only buy a ticket for the playground and goat enclosures. It was a rainy day with few visitors. We didn't go inside. 75 euros for 2 adults and 3 kids wasn't worth it.

05/07/2026: A wonderful pub with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, located right by the lake with a beautiful view. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and very polite. They offer a great selection of beers and tasty snacks. Every time I visit, I feel right at home—it’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend Smedien Øl- og Vinstue to anyone looking for a great pub experience!

26/08/2026: Service is top notch, nice service-minded and accommodating employees. The atmosphere is good. The knives need replacing, a bit dull. Not much wine in the glass. Otherwise a nice place to be!

24/07/2026: I can't understand the two-star rating – given because the restaurant was closed during the pandemic... Anyway, it's open again now, they have delicious coffee and cake, and the salad is quite tasty too.

12/09/2026: The food was fantastic, however not having physical menus was really unexpected and frankly felt quite cheap. I was with my elderly grandmother who obviously needed quite an extensive explanation on how to look at it and though a small thing, genuinely took away from the experience.

17/08/2026: There is only one place in Holstebro where not only hunger is satisfied. Here both the taste buds and the visual experience are given, which is only available at Under Klippen. When you buy a wine menu, it is not just a single glass that is poured, often asking if you want a little more. Remember to book a table online.
