09/08/2025: Came in with a huge bias and thought another generic bar/Cafe concept. I only got wine but a huge plus for Taylors LBV at 64 Kr. for a glass and free Danish water ❤️ the service is friendly, fast and with personality. 5/5

08/08/2025: We got a fish soup as a main course. The portion was very small and lukewarm. On the bottom of the plate was cheese (it looked like grated cheddar from a bag) and what was called chili mayo (it looked and tasted more like buko pikant). Then you got 3 small spoonfuls of fish stock with tomato and onion on top. I really had a hard time tasting the fish, the soup quickly mixed with the big lump of cheese and buko pinkant-like substance. It turned into a disgusting mass that separated and pulled threads. I ate about 1/4, but still left feeling slightly nauseous. They claim that it is Latin's fish soup, -I can't recognize that at all.

08/03/2026: We were four people - and had been looking forward to a good experience! It wasn't. There is no reasonable relationship between price and quality - not to mention quantity. ONLY visit Dauphine if you are NOT hungry. In particular, the main course was smaller than expected or a child's portion. with COLD small pieces of Jerusalem artichokes. The squash course tasted bad - to my taste. The dessert tasted good - but the lentil base was poor and probably bought in a supermarket. Dear Dauphine: I don't think you can be familiar with it. Not at all harmony between price, quantity and quality. Regretted we had driven almost 200 km - to visit you regards. peder kirkeby

21/02/2026: Had read the good reviews and chose Dauphine for our trip out to the Aarhus food scene in connection with Dining Week. Unfortunately, the evening was characterized by the need to rush through, and that the chosen menu should be easy to reheat and serve. The starter was not balanced - large temperature differences between the cold and the hot on the plate, the main ingredient, a "salmon terrine" of some kind, had not been out of the fridge long enough. The main course was unacceptably small, but otherwise tasty. The dessert was quite ok. But again, the feeling that it was just a matter of serving pre-cooked food prepared for the hordes permeated the experience. Unfortunately, the service was not good either. We were received by a man who was clearly not used to being in the restaurant (kitchen?), he barely said hello, did not point out a wardrobe in the somewhat narrow space, was not present and was in a hurry to move on, could not advise on a simple level regarding the choice of wine, "it was a white wine", no one ever asked if it tasted good or if it was satisfactory, no one came and asked if the drinks needed to be refilled, a woman suddenly came and cleared the table and reached over us without a single expression, no words, no one said what was going to happen next (pre-ordered 3-course menu). We approached the serious draft from the window facing the street, where we were sitting right up and down. The winter weather was really taking hold, but we asked nicely if it was possible to get another table, because it was raw cold for the legs to sit up against a leaky window at full height. It was swept away pretty quickly without making an impression. I don't usually write reviews, and am usually pretty generous as long as people make an effort and/or are nice and friendly, and the food is reasonable, but the whole experience just wasn't good and we couldn't finish fast enough. We won't be coming here again, although a regular a la carte evening is probably a different experience.

13/02/2026: I ordered via their website at 8:30 PM and they withdraw the money from my account shortly after it says they have rejected the words and call them and ask but it was because they had closed for delivery. Excuse me but what about getting a fucking website that makes it so that you can't order delivery from the website after a certain time because you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of your website to find your opening times I don't think you normally want to when you order online. Don't come here anymore. Really crappy service that they take the money but reject it so now I have to wait up to 6 banking days to get the money back. But doesn't help when you're hungry now. STAY AWAY.

08/02/2026: Today we have tried food from Laboheme again. In Dec. 2025 we ordered food for 8 people. Which was supposed to be delivered. Wrongly delivered menus 2 pieces were correct. But today Sunday we ordered Texas burger Menu 300gr steak, and Mexican Pizza no. 40. Burger is miserable and tasteless burger bun was like old thick roll. Salad dressing at the bottom, steak, salad dressing. completely tasteless and bad steak. Pizza tasted of nothing, neither chilly Greek steak or other totally tasteless. Pizza tray tasted better than all the food. However, the small French fries tray was ok. We have now thrown both our menu cards away and NEVER more food from there. However, we have always been satisfied with food and service in the past, but something has gone completely wrong since Summer 2025. First time we have ever not finished eating. And threw over half of our food in the trash.

19/07/2026: It was a good thing we hadn't read all the bad reviews before we went in. We were lured in by the sign saying "Lunch buffet 80kr". And were very disappointed when we saw that the buffet was empty! But the little older gentleman, who was alone in the restaurant and kitchen, was hyper-efficient and kept refilling. The food was absolutely fresh, and he served the most delicious fresh fish fillets and warm meatballs, and many other things. The twenty or so other guests in the restaurant crowded around the dishes when they came in fresh from the kitchen, so it was important to be a little quick. And in the end you put the dishes out yourself - all in all a pleasant and genuine experience

14/07/2026: Quality food. (Get the Panenka Burger!) Quality Atmosphere. Live World Cup on massive TV’s. Even in the toilet! 😂 Cider and beers on draft. Would recommend.

08/08/2026: We ordered 2 durum and 1 pizza, the 2 durum had hair in them and the pizza was not fully baked and when we called to say what had happened we were met with negative service and then she said they were too busy to talk to us and when we called again to talk to the manager they ignored us.

08/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 – 135 kr. straight out the window Really disappointing experience at Joe & The Juice in Bruuns Galleri. Bought a Green Mile and a Hell of a Nerve, and already at the first sip both my daughter and I could taste that something was wrong. The juice was extremely thin and clearly tasted like there were missing ingredients. We are regular customers and have been drinking the same juices for about 5 years, so we know very well how they should taste. While we were still standing in the store, I brought it to the attention of the employee. I barely managed to explain the problem before she interrupted me with the statement that “it varies from place to place”. Excuse me, but since when does a fixed recipe vary so much that the avocado almost disappears? The worst thing was the employee's attitude. She didn't even take the juice to examine it or offer to remake it. We were just rejected. Mistakes can happen – it's how you handle them that makes the difference. Unfortunately, there was neither service nor interest in solving the problem. 135 kr. for two bad juices and even worse customer service. Really disappointing, especially when you are a regular customer.

27/06/2026: We ordered a carrot smoothie, iced oat latte, and 2 sandwiches (club and serano). Everything was super delicious, except the serano sandwich too salty. Also, the sandwich of 94 kr feels too overpriced. Overall, good café.

12/07/2026: Today we got 2 large menus. Had first tried to buy them via app but payment failed 3 times, after which we gave up and ordered and paid at the drive thru. Our 2 large cokes were 70% full, fries were about the same and no napkins. It was busy but it went very quickly.

09/07/2026: Service can be erratic. Technicians regularly mess up.

01/07/2026: We ordered a lot from the menu and all the food was great! Especially the fries where amazing, so crispy 🙂 they also had gluten free pizza option.

07/06/2026: Just picked up a pizza from them. It was really good. Thin, well-baked crust. Ordered size 23 + meat sauce. Uhm. Good with cheese. The only negative thing was that the filling could have been distributed a little better. But big kudos to you. Will definitely come again.

06/08/2026: We paid for the filth and disgusting experience! At least seven dirty tables littered with junk, and the barmaids looked unfriendly. Today it looked extremely dirty and unpleasant. The service and attention were terrible.

07/07/2026: When you order, order like you're talking to a small child. Order an iced blond roast with an extra shot and an iced mocha with an extra shot. For an iced mocha with a triple shot and an iced blond roast. Said that wasn't what I ordered and the woman who took my order gets really frustrated and says: "what do you want?" In the absolute most lame way. The woman who took my order was so disgusting, I've never experienced anything like it. I didn't get it changed because she didn't want to, but I got an extra shot in the other one....

01/10/2025: A quaint restaurant with surprising details. Endless flea market items. Childhood memories awakened. So many old toys.

30/09/2025: Unfortunately, the food isn't worth recommending. A quaint place with friendly service, but the food is truly terrible.

05/06/2026: Cozy atmosphere, good beers and nice courses. Really cozy place where we went with a group of colleagues.

23/05/2026: Stopped by for some games and wine and socializing. I recommend it if you're in the area.

27/04/2026: The best pizza man in town! 😍 Everywhere else in the city center, you can buy a slice that has been prepared all day. But your lunch pizzas are made right away, it can't be more perfect! 👌🏻 You can't get a better or fresher pizza than here! We can only recommend you, both the food and the service! 😍
