27/05/2026: Delicious food: monkfish fillet with lemon butter, roasted potatoes, and a side salad. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming – I'd love to come back anytime!

16/05/2026: A beautifully decorated restaurant. Small menu with fresh ingredients. Everything is prepared and served with great care. We had the fish soup, the fish platter, and the schnitzel. The fish soup is a must-try. We've rarely had such delicious fish soup. The fish platter was generous and very tasty with four different kinds of fish. We will definitely be back.

25/05/2026: Went in to get a 3 course menu, first asparagus with smoked cheese foam, it was very neutral in taste, then we got rockfish for the main course, it didn't taste very good either, so all in all a boring experience this time, have been here twice before where the food was ok

13/06/2026: Despite a slightly cold welcome from the patron the service and food was excellent. We ate herring, asparagus, and marvellous hake. A local amaro was interesting. A half litre of house style wine was €30 which I detracted from the overall experience. Expensive at €168 for two but nevertheless an enjoyable experience.

09/11/2025: We got turned away, she told us that there was no tables free despite there being multiple tables free inside and outside with the heaters on and no reserved signs on any, it was very strange.

06/11/2025: I visited Hooked Restaurant in May 2024. Tried the Mac and cheese appetizer and it was delicious. The lobster roll was pretty good too. The fish and chips was ok. 09/06/2026: Underwhelmed by allocated table size, we weren’t inspired to order much. So, we simply went with the cliche dishes. Freshness of seafood was delightful tho being one of many shops in an open carpark diluted any appeal. It was very reasonably priced and table service was fantastic.

22/08/2025: My friend and I ate 4 times at Røgeriet. We love fish and we had plenty of it. Everything we ate was fresh and well-cooked. The service was great and they asked if everything was ok, if we needed anything. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were fresh and nice. Definitely a place to recommend and we would like to come again and again and again. 10 stars and lots of hugs from Lena and Gitte to Røgeriet.

09/05/2026: Ordering 4 x the large menu. The good thing is clearly the location and what a view you can get from being there. It is nice and beautiful inside and nice to see the sunset. The service is also just top notch and super nice staff with smiles, humor and yes, it played I don't understand in any way that they have a Michelin star. Super many nice dishes that are actually tasted fine, but I almost want to be nice and just write that at least 50% of the dishes are almost indifferent. It's not new, it's not an explosion of taste in the mouth. Most dishes were very oily and some combinations were almost unpleasant in the mouth. It's always a matter of taste, but for 1500kr per person ONLY for the food, in my opinion it should play MAX, and unfortunately it just doesn't. I think they live on the fact that there is no good food in Lønstrup, and that's what can make them stay afloat. The price set for what you got for the money was completely off, unfortunately - try it yourself if you feel like throwing a good fight after a "maybe" good experience.

06/05/2026: We had the pleasure of enjoying an exceptional dinner at Villa Vest this evening. From the first bite to the last, it was a truly delightful experience. Every element felt perfectly balanced, with high-quality regional ingredients prepared with great care and finesse. The service was attentive, warm and professional, creating a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening. To top it all off, the front-row view of the golden sunset made the experience even more memorable. Many thanks to the entire team for their great work and for such a wonderful evening. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would be happy to return.

12/11/2025: Great restaurant that really stands out from the other smokehouses on the island. We were there one evening during the autumn holidays and had a buffet, which had a large selection. Not everything tasted equally good, for example the shrimp which is also mentioned in other posts.

06/06/2026: Super nice Father's Day buffet 👌 the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and the surroundings were super neat. We sat outside, but went inside the restaurant itself to get dessert. Everything was nice and clean and the food was really good 👍 and we were well full before we left 😉

06/06/2026: My husband and I had lunch, I had open sandwiches, my husband had a steak with side dishes, both dishes were very tasty and plentiful, both were polite and the area outside was nice, if it weren't for the fact that it is very far from where we live, we would love to come back.

09/05/2026: A nice little café with an ice cream stand. There is a cozy corner outside where you can enjoy your food or ice cream. In the spring season there are blankets outside and if you find the right angle there is also a little water view from one corner. We would love to come back and eat one sometime.

18/11/2025: Perfect cafe with good snacks and food. I had a fresh mulled wine with homemade apple slices it was so good. Looking forward to coming over again soon
