01/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Viva and could not be happier that we chose this place for our special day. We started with our wedding ceremony on the deck, which was magical and very cozy. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu. The chef ensured that all dietary requirements were met, and everyone was absolutely speechless about the food. The lovely team at Viva took great care of our guests, it truly felt like they were part of our party. Our host, Buster, was very easy to communicate and plan with, and he made sure we felt in good hands throughout the entire planning process.

06/04/2026: Beautiful restaurant in a cozy town. The Old Warehouse exudes atmosphere in the buildings / premises that once housed a clothing factory. It's been a long time now, but fortunately there is now a restaurant where the food and service are top priority. I have eaten many meals in this restaurant and I have never left disappointed. The last time I ate there was Friday, April 3rd with my daughter. I ordered a beautifully prepared lamb shank with delicious side dishes and it tasted fantastic. Plus a jug of red wine that we shared. I can definitely recommend the place, don't miss out on a good experience in Restaurant "The Old Warehouse"👍🌞

11/04/2026: As a group of 8 people we easily got a table and good service, all 8 people got a large amount of good food at reasonable prices. Drinks are cheap and with the different types of food, there is a good opportunity for a cozy and tasty experience for the whole family. We will definitely come again!

18/04/2026: The food was oversalted, the pork was only partially tender, and the steak was ice cold in the middle. Not a place I would recommend.

13/06/2026: The atmosphere at Nyhavn is simply unbeatable. Just soak up the flair and lifestyle of Copenhageners. The food and service are excellent. Of course, the location and high quality come at a price.

10/06/2026: The rip-off shop charged €35 ​​for two 0.1-liter glasses of wine. The owner's comment, with a grin, was: "Serves you right."

23/10/2025: Had booked dinner at Hummer via a deal. All in all a good evening and we left the restaurant very full after more than two hours. Relatively few guests on a Wednesday evening so easy to get a seat and the noise level very low. The food was generally good with pasta orzo as the absolute highlight. The Tataki dish apparently contained sun-dried tomatoes which were absolutely inedible (tough) so they were left on the plate. The dessert was a bit messy and nothing to write home about. All in all an okay experience - but not 5 stars in some categories.

14/04/2026: Wonderfull experience. ⭐️ Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. The menu is constantly changing. The day we were visiting, there was no vegetarian option, but without a problem they offered to cook something similar to the dish from their menu. It was very tasty. My husband had a fish and was impressed as well.

16/06/2026: Seaside Toldboden left a very pleasant impression, first of all, with its atmosphere. The establishment is located by the water in one of the most interesting areas of Copenhagen, and the modern interior with high ceilings and open space creates a special mood for relaxation. We ordered a dish with shrimp and poached egg, cocktails and a mango dessert. Everything was beautifully presented, the products were fresh, and the dessert was a great end to the evening. I especially liked the atmosphere and the general concept of the establishment, where you can try different cuisines in one place. At the same time, I understand why the restaurant's rating is not the highest. The prices are quite high, and the service and quality of the dishes, judging by the experience of different guests, can be uneven. In our case, everything was good, but it was the atmosphere that was remembered more than the food itself. For dinner, cocktails and a pleasant evening by the water, this is a very good choice. For gastronomic discoveries - rather good than exceptional.

12/06/2026: Gourmet and expensive, something that trying once will be enough, the view, but the view is something gorgeous. One fun fact: even though it's a luxurious restaurant experience on the terrace, it is a food court styled, but the waitress is bringing the food to you. You can order from a single menu which will communicate through the restaurants, and you can just freely choose which restaurant's food you want to order from. The options are very wide, and the experience is just worth going once if you just have the money and are willing to spend it on this kind of experience. For us, definitely just once and never again, or maybe back again, but definitely not going to eat this much.

21/05/2026: During our stay in Aalborg in 2024, we went to Grenen and had lunch in the restaurant section of "2 Have". My dog ​​was welcome on the terrace, which was much appreciated. It wasn't very crowded because many tourists had picnics or were eating in the "Bistro" section. The service was pleasant, the atmosphere was calm, and the food was delicious! A wonderful time with a beautiful view of the sea!

14/05/2026: You have to order and pick up your own things at the counter, pay high prices, wait forever, and don't even get a spoon or sugar with your coffee. Just a typical tourist trap. For that kind of money, I expect at least a minimum of service.

27/12/2025: Excellent service and excellent food. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the house burger and the chicken burger. Because of our dog, we sat outside. In December, we were sheltered on the terrace and enjoyed fantastic sunshine with a view of the small harbor. Highly recommended :-)

10/12/2025: I got a house burger with an extra steak. Even though the steaks were well-done, they were good and juicy. The dressing, which was homemade, tasted great on the burger. Good thick and crispy cucumber slices and fresh salad. The fries could have been fried a little more, at least for my taste, but they were big and beautiful, and the homemade dill dressing that comes with them tasted absolutely fantastic. A good portion. I definitely didn't leave hungry. It's a fish shop and bistro in one, with a view of the harbor. Nice clean surroundings. Nothing flashy, but it works and is proper, and the service was really good. All in all, a super nice experience.

16/09/2025: We ordered herring hoping for a truly Danish culinary experience. We were served very sweet, industrially-tasting herring with a caper, a few slices of red onion, and three thin slices of bread, all for 159 DKK each!! And we had to pay 35 DKK for tap water! TAP WATER!!! Don't go there under any circumstances; it's a tourist trap!

16/09/2025: Delicious shooting star with pan-fried fresh plaice, steamed as well and lots of shrimp. We asked for rye bread with it and got it deliciously warm toasted. Super sweet and friendly service. For dessert we bought ice cream from the same place's ice cream parlor - yummy. So from us, a big THANK YOU for a cozy and good experience. We'll be back!

23/11/2025: Lovely evening at NerD. We had their Christmas lunch with 8 courses and four glasses of wine. Everything was first class. Good atmosphere, sweet and skilled service, tasty wine and incredibly good and exciting food. We would love to come back.

31/10/2025: First of all, we sat and froze! Ordered 3 courses. Sat and waited an hour for the starter, without any snacks or bread. The Frederikshavn toast tasted like the tasteless virgin lobster bisque, just thickened. Waited half an hour more for the next course, the fish was full of bones (which the waitress did make us aware of in advance….-but that didn't make the experience any better!!! They had run out of one dessert and the other - the panna cotta had a nasty sour taste. The waitress apologized for the wait after we complained and said that the chefs had a big business elsewhere in town. We should have at least been given AN extra glass of wine for the long wait!

30/09/2025: Unfortunately it was closed. We had been looking forward to eating there in the nice weather.

23/05/2026: We went as a larger group of around 40. Despite circumstances causing us to be over an hour delayed, the restaurant gave excellent service, didn't rush anything, and provided a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Even with such a large party of people, they managed to serve everyone at the same time, so no one had to sit and wait while other dined. The food itself was good, and portion sizes very fitting. Can recommend if you are in the area.

15/12/2025: Christmas lunch on December 13, 2025. Reserved table for 6:30 p.m., 9 people. The only drinks available were soda and non-alcoholic bottled beer, as the draft beer system was apparently not working. Beer on the table at about 6:25 p.m., food at about 6:30 p.m. - 1 hour after arrival! They save on food - for example, 2 pieces of herring/person. Small fish fillet of an indeterminate type. The mains: rib roast, meatballs really good, the side dishes looked like potatoes from a jar and just warmed up, less than a small spoonful of sauce/person. The only highlight - risalamande, perfect.

14/12/2025: Really good food, unfortunately there were too few waiters for the many guests, so there was a long wait and no service.
