27/05/2026: Everything was delicious, the variety of the buffet, including salad, greens, and side dishes, was enormous. Anyone who can't find something they like there only has themselves to blame. The service staff was very attentive and friendly. The price was absolutely reasonable. We will definitely come back. It was a good thing we had reserved a table!

19/05/2026: Great place that deserves its name. The food is delicious and there is plenty of it. I had a herring dish and a large chicken salad. They mean BIG when they say BIG on the menu! The sweet waiter tried to warn me... I should have listened 🙂

11/05/2026: Nice location. But there was no salt or toothpicks on the table. The food seemed like they had forgotten, so we had to ask them to check on that as we had waited an hour and 10 minutes for it. All in all, it took an hour and a half before our food arrived, it was not hot but lukewarm. The 3 at the table who ordered steaks were also only lukewarm, and 2 of them were barely medium rare. The 3rd had ordered it as red as possible, and it didn't have a hint of red in it. Mega delicious shooting stars and a really good spicy burger. If you pushed the wide paper tablecloths that acted as tablecloths, there were some old and really dirty "White" cloth tablecloths underneath. Not a place we would visit again.. and certainly not with those prices. Not so much as one "We're sorry" or "Let's take 20 kroner off the bill as an apology". No thanks to Udsigten again. We were there on Saturday, May 9th at noon.

12/09/2025: Nice bakery and ice cream shop. Very nice location in the harbor area, close to the drawbridge. Quite a long queue one day, but almost none the next day.

26/05/2026: The chairs outside the restaurant are really bad and there is very little legroom, the pizza I got, chorizo, tasted weird and felt like a cheap fastfood pizza. My “grøn juice” tasted pretty well! It was definitely the star of the show just remember to whisk it before with a straw it tends to collect at the bottom. Pizza felt overly salted and tasted a bit sweet, inside there was better legroom! The fishes seem to have a blast (:

26/05/2026: Nice place in Sorø, where you can sit and enjoy the good weather on the terrace right by Sorø square. But the outdoor chairs were too low in relation to the table and the pizza had an off-flavor.

31/05/2026: Great atmosphere, great service, the trio of oysters was so delicious that we each had a second helping. Oysters aren't common on the Baltic Sea coast, and certainly not this tasty. Thank you!

24/05/2026: Good experience - lovely food, however the fish and chips were a bit disappointing as they served plain fried fish fillet instead of beer yeast. Lovely atmosphere in fantastic weather.
