13/06/2026: This place(Pause) has become our favorite spot and somewhere my husband and I love spending time together. Whether we’re enjoying a delicious meal, sharing a glass of wine, having a beer, or warming up with their amazing Irish coffee, every visit is always a pleasure.

23/05/2026: Fantastic place in the middel of Roskilde. Food is great and affordable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There is also a good choice of various international and local beers from nearby breweries. Highly recommended.

24/02/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but rather ate in the café. The food was excellent the staff were incredibly friendly. They were so helpful and attentive. They spoke perfect English and helped us to choose some food. There is a lovely area for children in the café too!

23/06/2026: We were two couples who visited the place on a Saturday evening for a 5 course menu. The food is exquisite, excitingly composed of local delicious ingredients where possible, and the wine menu was perfectly matched to the dishes. Definitely a place we can highly recommend. A small note that you must book a table in advance. Follow the restaurant on FB, Instagram or website.

20/08/2026: Very cool, you have to see it! So many old things – cars, motorcycles, and some replicas of what it was like back then – in such a small space and on three floors. Very interesting!

14/07/2026: Absolutely recommended! We found Bogart Café by chance through Google, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The unique combination of a cosy café and a charming second-hand bookstore creates a truly special atmosphere. A wonderful place to relax, browse through books, and enjoy a great coffee. If you're in Holbæk, don't miss it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/06/2026: We spent one night at Hørby Færgekro in a junior suite with a terrace and sea view. We especially loved the unique location right on the water. The view across the fjord to the town opposite is beautiful, and the gentle sound of the water creates a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The room was generally pleasant, however, the building is quite noisy. We could clearly hear noises from the neighboring rooms, especially in the bathroom. The bed, described as "queen-size," was smaller than we expected, but quite cozy. Breakfast was decent and offered a good selection of cold cuts and other breakfast items. The restaurant also impressed us. The menu offers a variety of dishes, and the quality of the food was good. It's easy to enjoy a meal there in the evening. Overall, Hørby Færgekro is a good choice for a short stay. The fantastic location right on the fjord more than makes up for any shortcomings. Anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with a nice view can stay here without hesitation. However, don't expect luxury.

27/05/2026: We held our confirmation ceremony there. Everything was in order. The food and wines were excellent and the staff had everything under control. We could completely relax and enjoy the party. It was a lovely day.

29/07/2026: What a gem! OK, they have high ratings but the place still surprised positively. That West Coast IPA is definitely a hit. On the other hand, the dark IPA "sweet 'n' dandy" disappointed, which was sour (and not at all sweet). Check if it was mis-fermented? But Røde Port Bistro is 100% forgiven because of a divine pork roast sandwich 💪 As you may have seen, Jens replied immediately, and I'm now going to visit Røde Port Bistro to try the dark IPA again. Oh, how excited I am! And I'm looking forward to celebrating a birthday there - please note that they also handle parties and that you can request dishes that are not on the menu. However, the chef is the boss and makes the final decision.

03/08/2026: Fantastic café with really good coffee and incredibly sweet and welcoming staff. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and the service is always top notch. The coffee is made with care and tastes really good – definitely some of the best I've had. Cozy atmosphere and a place you want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

22/06/2026: Sorry for showing up 44 minutes before closing and asking whether food is still beeing served, and the reply is a rude .. that the kitchen is closed with an undertone of what i dare to ask. … unfriendly, dont recommend

12/05/2026: A very nice restaurant with incredibly delicious food. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Whenever we're on holiday there, we eat there at least twice. We highly recommend this restaurant. It's a must-visit if you're vacationing in Hummingen. We'll be back soon!
