10/12/2025: Shahi Indian Restaurant is truly one of my favorite places! I love how every dish tastes so authentic and fresh – you can really feel the love for the food. The staff is always so welcoming and makes you feel welcome from the first moment. The atmosphere is cozy and it feels like a little piece of India in the middle of the city. It is my go-to place when I want to treat myself to delicious, spicy food in good quality. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food!

07/08/2026: I ordered takeaway from this amazing place! Not only did it taste phenomenal, but I got beyond great service. I ordered the takeaway when before I was even home. They arrived super quick in rush hour, and waited for me until I got home!! And once I got there, the driver was so calm and said “No worries, enjoy your night”. Please order here if you want amazing food and a great experience!

13/10/2025: I ordered a chicken pita sandwich and the chicken was cold, I politely asked the staff if they could heat it up, and the told me that it wasn’t possible to heat it up (because the sandwich couldn’t be heated up after the vegetables were added … I don’t follow this logic), I spotted another review which said the something similar about the cold chicken, poor form!

07/08/2026: We had the penned pasta with smoked salmon and cod w eggplant. Both were amazing. Served hot and delicious. One waitress it seems for the whole little restaurant. Highly recommend!
05/08/2026: Hi, we came 3 people to eat and had booked a table, ask if we can sit inside, it's ok but the table is not cleared, we say ok that you will clear it in a bit, but it takes between 5-10 minutes when the waiter comes, she clears the table without wiping it, so we have to contact the waiter, she then comes and wipes the table with a sour face, we have had a really bad experience with the place and the staff. As we could see, not all waiters ran at the same speed.

12/08/2026: We stayed in padborg for two nights before and after our wedding, they remember us from the night before and gave their celebrations as well as gifting us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The pizza was delicious, the kindness was amazing and I would highly recommend #14 the viking if you’re staying nearby!

24/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic place - the quality is top notch, both for the open sandwiches and the veal culottes, as well as the burger menu. Without a doubt the best dishes we have had on Samsø. Quality at reasonable prices - and free water for the table.

Delicious potato food with crispy, mayo and greens.. A delicious, flavorful roast beef with fried eggs, delicious fish fillets and shrimp dishes 👍
Really good options for delicious rhubarb or elderflower juice, cold beers and water 🇩🇰
