De bedste restauranter

10/05/2026: An unfortunately slightly overrated place, where the prices don't quite match what is served on the plate. However, praise for the cozy, unpretentious atmosphere. The restaurant has a slightly strange choice to serve and arrange the tartare at the table, which I have not encountered before, and which seems unnecessary, even a little pretentious. For the main course I had been looking forward to a beef wellington, but unfortunately the kitchen did not live up to this, as the steak was on the dry side; on the other hand, the baked crust was excellent. Things went wrong for the young man when dessert was to be served, where he happened to touch another plate with one plate, which spoiled an otherwise beautifully arranged piece of gateau marcel - mistakes can happen and the young man offered a new dish, which we declined. The drinks menu is murderously boring if you want an aperitif.

04/05/2026: I visited the restaurant on Saturday night around 10pm and had a ribeye with side dishes – and it was a really good experience. The food was incredibly tasty, the meat perfectly cooked and of high quality. Special praise must go to the young waiters, both the boy and the girl, who provided impressive service. The boy in particular had a remarkable knowledge of the meat they served – among other things, he spoke insightfully about their Kobe beef, which really lifted the experience. A small detail was that there was no salt and pepper on the table, but it was quickly and kindly brought when I asked. All in all, a really good experience with both delicious food and committed staff. Highly recommended.

25/06/2025: I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. My friend and I visited the Sydhavnen location for the first time, planning to join the crash course we’d seen online. From the start, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we asked about the course, the staff member pointed at the payment machine without greeting or explanation. After signing the waiver, we asked where to find the group and where to change, but the lack of basic courtesy and effort to guide us felt unprofessional. Only after returning did the staff inform us the crash course was cancelled for the summer. Instead, we got a brief, indifferent intro about the track levels. Even when we asked about the chalk powder lying around, they didn’t bother to explain. The unwelcoming atmosphere made us want to leave, but we stayed out of determination not to let the poor service ruin the day. Customer service needs real improvement here. We’ll be visiting a different location next time.

07/06/2026: Great place for a breakfast or late breakfast! Good variety of options (+options to modify), nice coffee and great vibe! (Also free tap water which is always nice) Breakfast will be below or around 100kr, but it will be 100-100kr if you order a drink with it.

29/05/2026: A super atmospheric café. Delicious coffee, food, drinks, wine, and beer. There's a garden, and the music is quiet, like jazz. And the girl who manages it all is fantastic.

18/10/2025: Really disappointing fish ‘n’ chips. Especially in a fishing village like Vorupør, you expect to get fresh fish. But our food consisted almost entirely of breading. It actually seemed like frozen food - Pfft!

14/10/2025: A nice self-service restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food, and a wide variety of beers on tap. The prices are very reasonable by Danish standards. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the beach. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, as the restaurant is always busy. There's an ice cream stand outside next to the entrance, where you can buy soft serve ice cream with a variety of toppings.

13/06/2026: Tried their harissa croissant and raisin swirl, both were good (andit's rare to find raisin swirls in Copenhagen in the first place), but not mindblowing. However, their müsli bun was honestly amazing, so flavourful, with a moist and spongy texture. I definitely want to come back to try some of their other bread to see if it's just as good!

02/05/2026: We came here almost every day during our stay in Copenhagen. The expresso was delicious, same level as the one I take at home with beans from a very good roaster. The spandauer was the best I had in the city, and the muesli bread and sourdough bread were delicious. We were served by different staff depending on the day, and they were all lovely.

24/05/2026: Really bad experience today. We came in for brunch. We were greeted with a sour answer that they can't do brunch because they're busy. Their solution: You can order a buttered roll. That's not the same as brunch in any way. If it's busy, put up a sign so people don't go in vain.

28/04/2026: Excellent coffee and pastries. Wide selection. Fast service. Terrace available as well. Ample parking.

01/06/2026: I like to come here on Saturday mornings when the city is just waking up.

07/02/2026: Nice place, but a bit expensive. If it's cold outside, DO NOT sit close to the entrance door.

21/12/2025: Excellent place.. nice swimming pool, Sauna, cold punch, jacuzzi.. all good!

14/12/2025: Opposite of train station, but further nothing to do nor any bar or restaurant (beside a good but small grill store) in the neighborhood on waking distance. Hotel comes with wellness and conference facilities. Rooms without complementary water. Hotel restaurant pretence to offer fancy food; at least it is pricy. But very good breakfast buffet.
