16/05/2026: If you try to serve something that everyone likes, it can quickly turn into liver pâté. That was in no way, if not absolutely no way, the case at @Alimentum. It was 16 exquisite and absolutely fantastic dishes with a wine menu that was right in the cupboard. The atmosphere and the service were world class. The one question the staff couldn't answer was investigated and returned with a top professional answer. I really hope Alimentum gets its 2nd star in June. They deserve it so much⭐️⭐️

01/12/2025: We had the special of the day, beef fillet with side dishes and a glass of beer. It tasted really good with gas-grilled meat and fries. Lovely warm room and friendly service put the finishing touch after a cold walk down Hovedgaden on top of a theatre visit at Kulturhotellet. It all couldn't be better!

28/11/2025: Super cool experience, in restaurant Tullio Rønde. Today's dish, The most juicy and delicious flame-grilled beef fillet, and side dishes. Truly a taste experience of the best quality, in a super cozy environment, with good service and smiling staff. The room is furnished, with small tables and sofas, which makes it extremely cozy to enjoy your food with atmospheric country music.

23/05/2026: May 2026. The interior is full of Aarhus Festuge posters. We were 6 people for a birthday dinner. 2 had a 3-course meal, 2 had roast pork, 1 had a shooting star and one had several tartlets. Everything was delicious and very tasty. The roast pork came with home-pickled beets and cucumber. The shooting star was so delicious, but the dressing could have been all over the place and not just on one side. The fries were good and salty. 3 things they need to be better for to get 5 stars. 25 kr. for water per person rather than being able to choose a pitcher price when it comes in a carafe anyway. Also, it's a shame that you can't choose roast pork a libitum unless the whole table orders it. The toilets are okay, but the toilet paper is single-layered, which is embarrassing.
