05/07/2026: Got two crab tail sandwiches, which are probably the smallest sandwiches we've had in a long time. Tasted good, but at 155 kr. you have to expect it to count as a meal. We also got a chicken club sandwich and a burger with fries, which were definitely nothing special. Super nice serving staff.

22/09/2025: Amazing Breakfast Spot in Copenhagen! We had the avocado toast and the eggs Benedict, and both were absolutely outstanding. The bread was perfectly toasted, the avocado creamy and flavorful, and the eggs Benedict were simply divine. The coffee was rich and smooth, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Easily one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in Copenhagen - highly recommended!

13/01/2026: It was a freezing day, and we were walking toward our next destination. We passed this inspiring café, entered, and a beautiful world opened up. The friendly and professional owners made our lunch break a pleasure, offering good, traditional food at reasonable prices in a city setting where restaurants are expensive. We felt immersed in a typical local atmosphere, and we were very pleased.

20/12/2025: The best place to get open sandwiches. On a scale of 10 it gets 100. Beautiful place, beautiful and lively service, super cozy place.

25/04/2026: We were at Isværket for lunch. Three people. Fast and efficient service. The food is good, invitingly prepared and served. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Can only be recommended.

10/05/2026: Received this response from the owner after the review below of the restaurant. It is under all criticism. They have subsequently deleted the response again. Their response: Look at the uploaded picture. My review: The food does not live up to the description at all. Their "waffles" are apple slices pressed in a waffle maker without jam. The "Greek yogurt with fruit compote and coconut crunch" is vanilla yogurt with blackcurrant jam and coconut flour. Their "pineapple with mint and pine nuts" were old pineapple pieces and completely soft old mint with bell pepper pieces in between (evidence of old pineapple from another dish?). The bread was tasteless. The service was sweet but terribly slow. The place is nicely decorated with good acoustics. All in all, a terrible experience and we will NOT be back.

26/04/2026: Went to a confirmation party here and it was fantastic. Really good food, helpful service and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back

23/05/2026: Staff is quite kind and accommodating. Rooms themselves are showing a bit of their age and looking a bit "old-school," but the bed was very comfy and the sheets were puffy. The breakfast is quite varied with many good options, food were all tasty. All in all, a heartfelt recommended stay in Billund, Denmark.

18/05/2026: Nice hotel with large rooms we had and everything was clean and nice with parking outside the door and close to Legoland and Lalandia. What we were missing is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and preferably a shelf in the bathroom to put the bag on. Very friendly staff and a good nice bar. The restaurant was nice with a good breakfast. What I was missing on the buffet was a small sign what food was on the buffet table even though there was a note on the table it was not enough. Then it was good that you could choose cleaning every day if you want. But if you have eaten the buffet once you want it the next day a little more mixed
