28/07/2025: After a long drive from Hamburg and the panicked search for a parking space, probably typical of German tourists, we were able to enjoy an excellent meal for a modest price at this small but fine restaurant. We can highly recommend this place to all lovers of spicy food.

11/04/2026: There is a dedication from the owner and staff, which is very clear. The coffee (e.g. cortado) is always wonderful and well made. And there are really well-composed dishes. Everything has been thought of, for a good experience, both aesthetically and for the taste buds.
And then there is a cozy, welcoming style, + clean and neat + always friendly and attentive staff.
Can highly recommend Tingvej 12 😊❤️
10/02/2026: Café Tingvej 12 is a really cozy place with a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was just right. It's a place where you want to stay a little longer - both alone and in good company. Can definitely be recommended if you are in the area and need a good café experience.

27/10/2025: Great food. Unfortunately we got bones in the yellow fin tuna. The waiters was fairly slow. A lot of kids that were running around which disturbed our dinner.
15/10/2025: We were guests at the Tivoli hotel and wanted to see the restaurant. Great food, champagne and caviar. Great view on the skyline of Copenhagen and the service is also beyond excellent. Thanks a lot.

20/05/2026: Art for the palate—there's no other way to describe this restaurant.
We had a six-course menu, four different wines to accompany it, a champagne to start, water, bread, and fantastic green butter, and paid €220 per person including tip.
That might sound like a lot at first, but when you consider the effort, the finesse, the fabulous taste of the food, and the lasting memory of such a perfect evening, then the price is more than justified.

22/05/2026: Lovely restaurant with an Italian atmosphere, the owner is here himself and makes the guests feel welcome. If you have a birthday, you have to remember to say so, then there are flags on the table and you get good cakes for the whole party with lights, sparklers and music. I'm a big fan of their pizzas, the pasta dishes are also really good.

18/09/2025: This café has truly beautiful candles and decorative items, and you can also buy clothes here, but the prices are quite high!
Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a visit.
16/09/2025: I've been going here for many years. I buy candles or make my own. You can always find something nice to take home in the shop. Then I can enjoy a cake in the café and relax.

17/05/2025: Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The atmosphere is carried through the entire hotel in a nice way. It feels luxurious but also very homely. Well done. Breakfast is also delicious. Super nice that our dog was also welcome! The only thing I found a pity is that the use of the sauna on the rooftop costs 30 euros. I did not think this completely fits in with the rest of the guest experience.
16/05/2025: Really bad experience. Tiny rooms, small bathroom, the shower closes with a curtain which means that the bathroom floods every time. The sauna has an additional cost. The room cleaning service is poor and often is done very late so you have to be out all day to let them work. The icing on the cake, coffee and cappuccino are paid even if the reservation includes breakfast and the costs are out of proportion. Absolutely to be avoided
