06/10/2025: Great experience! Exceptional food: tasty nachos and excellent salsas, especially the guacamole! The tacos were also really good; surprisingly, even the vegetarian one was anything but flat and boring, but rather flavorful and enjoyable. The hibiscus drink, prepared by the staff, was also delicious. Warm and friendly staff, the perfect touch to make a simple solo dinner memorable! Highly recommended. DC

30/04/2026: I've been really excited about this place, but I think they're slacking off a bit. This time I ordered a menu for one person, it seems like it's usually fresher and the wasabi was decidedly dry. Practice, practice, tighten your buttocks and get back to the good and varied quality.

12/04/2026: Overcooked sushi rice and cold, soft, breaded shrimp inside. Very disappointing, but this is the second time I've experienced this at takeaway. In my world, cream cheese doesn't belong in sushi, but unfortunately Umi disagrees. = lots of varieties with cream cheese. - overcooked rice, soft, breaded shrimp and cream cheese = tasteless mush.

I order Kentucky Chicken as take away 360 g 141kr yeah okay food is better for free but then you pack like that once… I mince words….. 2 dry chickens from some assorted supermarket and overturned salad and soft fries that I hadn’t had enough of and then served in a pizza tray for a UFO pizza I even checked your website first regarding the chicken and sure enough it says breaded chicken fillet…. Yes that’s good

08/06/2025: The food was excellent – not quite five stars, as the selection is limited and prices are on the higher side. Service and atmosphere were both great. Just be aware that the seating is very tight – but that also adds to the cosy charm of the place.

27/09/2025: Just an average hotel. Almost newly renovated and looks nice and clean. Good rooms. Good breakfast, not lavish, but there was what was needed. One minus is the noise from the main street in the rooms facing that side. However, I don't understand how it is supposed to be a "luxurious 4-star" hotel according to their website. No minibar in the rooms and the reception was not staffed very much when we were there, as there is only one member of staff who is responsible for everything (but kudos to her. Great job!!!).

04/09/2025: Nice rooms. Was on the craftsman package. Dinner was at the pizzaria across the street, breakfast was great, lunch boxes were far below average. standard. So the price does not match what you get in terms of food. The TV package was the absolute minimum.

05/09/2025: We just wanted to have a drink. Card payments are not possible (in Denmark???). They were happy to accept euros. The conversion resulted in a much too high amount. After we calculated on our mobile phone that this amount couldn't be right (conversion factor 4 instead of 7.5), they apologised. This leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, considering how many holidaymakers are subjected to this ‘practice’ who may not yet have a feel for the conversion at the beginning of their trip. 21/11/2025: Excellent pastries, workers here are friendly and helpful. We’ve been twice so far and will be back again soon. Tables are kept clean and there are more than many bakeries in Copenhagen. Really like their cinnamon roll and a chocolate roll (can’t recall the Danish name but it starts with a d). Honestly I like their cinnamon roll more than Skt. Peders Bageri’s!

29/08/2025: Tourist trap. Expensive fast food fish and chips with factory remoulade sauce (too expensive dish for them to use this) and a waiter. At least they were open when the restaurant next door was closed. If you choose to go here you should have a reservation, otherwise you can only get way too overpriced fast food fish and chips. This is not a fancy restaurant but it is priced that way, beware.

15/11/2025: 188 for a buffet is actually ok if there is a lot more to choose from. It just isn't here. I didn't try the sushi. Oh well. And the buffet should be hot too. I won't be back.

25/10/2025: I waited 15 minutes for my ordered takeaway - even though the time had been accepted in their system. The burger was made first, I could see while I was standing there, so it was clearly quite cold when we got home. The other hot items were hot, but were put together with salad in the bag, which was changed when I asked for it. Otherwise the food was really nice - but the salad had been sitting for a long time, so the nachos on top were soft. So food as always nice, but don't order takeaway, would be my best advice - because they really don't have a handle on that. And yes there were a lot of customers, but they were also a lot at work - and the takeaway order before mine, they also messed up.
