29/09/2025: Set 3 course menu that you do not know in advance. If you do not like that, do not go. Food ok to very good. Great starter, ok main, nice desert. Good wines, also by the glass. Kind but extremely busy service. Kitchen understaffed.

01/04/2026: Really good bread, both sourdough buns, hot cross buns and the cakes we also bought. A bit of an overlooked bakery compared to the many sourdough bakeries in the city center, but I actually think the quality and taste were super nice. Sweet lady to run the store and a dancing baker in the back of the bakery what’s not to like😉👌 We’ll be back👍

27/02/2026: Cozy little bakery. You are made to feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Their pastries were delicious. Their cardamom rolls with chocolate are definitely recommended ;)

26/05/2026: Super delicious tasty burger and absolutely amazing milkshakes, which were only made for pick-up. Definitely not the last time we pick up food there.

02/01/2026: We had the tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious. It offered a wide and wonderful range of flavors. The staff was super friendly and professional, making the whole experience top-notch. Highly recommend!

18/01/2026: SO good!!!!! We got 7 options each which may have been slight overkill but everything was so amazing that we almost finished it all. 10/10 would come back!

14/12/2025: Horrible place. We came to warm up, and it was cold because the door was open, when we went to close it, a man in glasses and a New Year's hat shouted at us, I tell us it's cold, and he said that "it's cold outside" 🤷‍♀️ Sorry, but it's winter outside, no respect! Also, the coffee smelled, it's impossible to drink... After that, my boyfriend leaned on the table for a minute, and this angry man ran up and shouted that he shouldn't sleep here!!! No courtesy ( Complete disappointment 😢

08/12/2025: I have been visiting the waffle bakery for many years and have always had the best experience, but here on Saturday at 10 pm, I ordered a waffle and as usual it is heated up before you get it served. A man with long hair was standing behind the counter and that is understandable if you are new and don't know how to serve a waffle, he simply refused to heat it up and thought that it was hot enough, I asked him twice, but he answered the same that it was hot enough. And the female employee who was sitting behind thought the same. They were simply irritated that I wanted it heated up. After I got it served and took it out to eat it, I could feel it was completely cold and I couldn't even chew on it because it was cold and ended up throwing it away.

23/10/2025: It's a really cozy place with good wine and fantastic guidance from Camilla.✨ Can also be rented for meetings and other events. I can highly recommend the wine laboratory 🍷🥂🍾

21/10/2025: There is no doubt that there is a lot of knowledge behind the talk when you shop at Laboratoriet in Nyborg. There is also a really cozy atmosphere.

26/11/2025: Incredible food and servers! The Christmas Menu (#1) would have been enough to feed 2 people! (I'm not sure if they allow you split it, as we didn't ask, but they do *not* allow leftovers to be taken, due to risks.) Beautifully decorated for the holiday season.

26/12/2025: An absolute must-visit when in Sønderho: a wide variety of shakes, sandwiches, and other delicious treats. Even under the busiest conditions, the staff are exceptionally friendly and cheerful. Prices are reasonable, and card payments are accepted without any problems. In summer, be sure to try the iced coffee. The sandwiches are also highly recommended.

18/12/2025: I'm thrilled with the "warm Hyldeblomstsaft" (a type of sweet rum). The boutique next door is definitely worth a visit (sweets, rum, hygge decor).

09/09/2025: When I walked in, I knew it was going to be cozy. This place has been around since 1797. There's no menu. You choose dishes from a table where they're presented, and then they're freshly made for you. Try the homemade dill snaps with a fish dish. The fish/meat dishes come on a white roll or rye bread. It's like stepping into a time machine. Dined: Smorrebrod with shrimp, salmon, various meats, and steak tartare.

01/09/2025: A bit small but very cozy. The very attentive owner speaks good German and told us a bit about the restaurant's history. There's no price list. It was expensive, but Copenhagen is quite expensive anyway. We spent about €229.

24/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Pirlo. Delicious food, friendly, relaxed service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: I had a very unpleasant personal experience at Restaurant Pirlo. I was there for dinner the other night and accidentally left my AirPods behind (I could see their location on my phone). The next day, I went back and asked the kitchen staff if they could help me look for them. They let me search, but I couldn’t find them anywhere. After I asked several times, they finally called the manager, who told me that no AirPods had been found the previous night. The location kept pointing to the bar area, so I asked the staff to help me check there. They refused and just said they’d contact me if they found them - even though I was literally showing them the live location. Then one of the chefs, Alex (I found his name on Instagram), came up to me aggressively. He stood very close, started swearing at me, and told me to leave. When I didn’t react immediately, he shoved me. I left the restaurant, and they shut the doors and windows, ignoring me completely when I knocked. Honestly, I don’t even know how to describe this situation. As a woman, I felt assaulted and deeply threatened, alone in a room with two men, being disrespected and pushed. And this wasn’t on the street, it was in a restaurant where I had simply come to retrieve my property. I even have proof that my AirPods are there. I’ve filed a police report and am following all the necessary steps, though it’s a slow and frustrating process, as we all know how little attention such cases often get. I don’t think anyone is perfect, I know people go through difficult things in life. But as a restaurant representative, basic human respect should still apply. As for the food it was nothing special. Not good, not bad. During dinner, the waiter made my friend feel uncomfortable when she asked about the wine - he corrected her (incorrectly), then later apologized when he realized his mistake. They also overcharged us on the bill, adding three glasses of wine instead of two, so double-check your bills there.

15/06/2026: Delicious open-faced sandwiches, but at Danish prices. Since it's quite small, reservations are recommended on weekends.

12/06/2026: Have been there a few times now and each time enjoyed a delicious lunch, consisting of freshly made open sandwiches, a delicious beer, coffee and a lovely cake at an absolutely reasonable price. All served by lovely dedicated staff. Will definitely be back 😍
