10/12/2025: As a Canadian here for work and who had his family visiting for a few days, we really appreciated this place. The atmosphere has a great vibe, cool music (70’s rock/pop), the food was novel and interesting (we got the 6 course option) and the service was the best I’ve experienced in Copenhagen. The server paired our courses with great wines. They also accommodated a 4 month old baby without issue. Highly recommend.

The foccacia bianca sandwich with kale and mushrooms was great, as well as their homemade Kombucha.
It was hard to find a place to seat and even tho I appreciate the rustic vibes, you could see some cleaning was needed in the tables and sitting area.
01/12/2025: Deserves all the hype it already has.
You need to take the bus to visit but trust me, it is so worth it.
Always packed but you can easily find a place to sit, especially in the upper area.
The coffee is not great and there’s only one kind but the delicacies are extraordinary.
Reasonably priced.

20/04/2026: Really nice weekend stay, with very good service and skilled and friendly staff. Bygholm is a beautiful building, and the rooms are nice and tidy. Good service and quality in the restaurant, both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were good. Can highly recommend a stay at Bygholm.

21/09/2025: Great, authentic Italian pizza. Owner was super nice, had a couple of different Italian beers to pair with the pizza. Definitely recommended. Beer and pizza, decent size, less than 110dkk. I’d tell you to get the “Molino” pizza. Will ong come back.

01/12/2025: Fantastically tasty and well-prepared food in reasonable portions at affordable prices. The restaurant clearly makes a living from take-away and although there is a place for diners, the interior of the place is more reminiscent of a warehouse than a restaurant.
Nevertheless, my favorite restaurant in Randers
