06/06/2026: This is exactly what you hope for when visiting a world class restaurant. KOAN delivers on every expectation its reputation creates. The food constantly surprises through flavor, texture, and thoughtful combinations. And the drinks Korean sool pairing is simply outstanding. Forget the wine pairing; this is the experience to have. For me, KOAN fully deserves its two Michelin stars. In fact, I would gladly steal the third star that was awarded elsewhere in 2026 to a Kadeau restaurant that, in my opinion, falls far behind what is happening here. A few details made the experience even more memorable… The solo dining table is shared and round, naturally encouraging interaction between strangers from around the world. The chairs are comfortable, the staff is warm, attentive, and completely free of pretension. The dessert closes the evening perfectly. But what impressed me most was the hospitality. The chef was present in the restaurant, welcoming guests and visiting tables throughout the evening. At one point, after returning from the restroom, it was the chef himself who pulled out my chair and helped me back to the table while the rest of the team was busy. Small gesture, big statement. That says everything about the culture of a restaurant. Go alone. Go with your partner. Go with friends. Just go.

03/06/2026: One is of best dining experiences in awhile!! To start off, VERY VERY professional service. Maybe one of the best one yet. The chef and all the staffs are very attentive in every step. For few times, the chef himself came to serve courses and explained all the food by himself The deco of the res is very aesthetic with an open kitchen. You can see the chef and all the staffs are working. For the food presentation, beautiful yet VERY delicated and detailed especially the rice dish. Food temperature is on point as well even the dessert. For the taste, I like it a lot. Flavorful dishes. Highlight dishes are tofu cavair, langoustine, oyster, and rice course If you are visiting copenhagen, def give this res a try. TOTALLY worth it

13/06/2026: Delicious Sicilian food, cozy atmosphere and good service 👌🏾 Really delicious food! The carpaccio was especially good! There could have been a little more of the main course, but the taste was not bad. The tiramisu was also good, but could have had a little more flavor. We will definitely come back 🤩

19/09/2025: We're from Germany and spent a week in Denmark. We visited the cable car park three times. The ride is very nice and the staff are incredibly friendly. Valdemar, in particular, was very friendly and personable. I recommend the ride to everyone, whether beginner or pro.

28/08/2025: Cool cable park. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I'm a fairly experienced wakeboarder and wasn't completely satisfied with the rental boards, which had overly soft open-toe bindings, the board selection itself, the depth of the setup, etc. But all in all, it's definitely a really cool place, and the reasons for my star deduction are probably less relevant to most visitors. Overall, definitely recommended. Friendly, helpful staff, and I had a great session there. I would go there again—but better with my own wakeboard. Parking right in front is great, and the EV charging station is also convenient. Thanks for the afternoon with you.

27/05/2026: I had a really good experience at Viet Kitchen in Esbjerg shopping center. The food tasted fresh and authentic, and you could clearly feel the focus on good fresh ingredients and taste. The service was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxed and perfect if you want a delicious meal while shopping. I would definitely recommend the place to others. All in all, 5 big stars from here.

26/05/2026: Great service first and foremost. Nice little clean and beautiful place. But the food is the star here. Both their bao buns and pho are on a whole other level. I've eaten my fair share of Vietnamese food in my time. But they are my favorite place to go! Can only recommend them to all lovers of Vietnamese and Thai food!

20/11/2025: It looks quite nice, but unfortunately we couldn't try it out; the opening hours until 5:30 pm are incorrect. We went twice, once at 4:15 pm and once at 2:30 pm, and both times found it closed. A shame.

23/09/2025: Having lived abroad for over three decades this place reminds me of an American diner. Basic goodness and milieu and food served with pride: I had the fish and I can’t wait to return. A limited menu - and do make reservations bc the chef honors the reservations in and that those customers are guaranteed a full choice from the menu. The place gives you the feeling of a home cooked dinner. I enjoyed the wines as well.

04/09/2025: It's not so often we get such friendly and warm staff at a restaurant. Menu is short, which is the best sign of freshness according to me. Veggie burger is astonishing with fresh vegetables and the best veggie patty I've tasted to far. I would come back regularly if I lived here :-)

22/02/2026: Beautiful oasis, where you are served according to all the rules of the art👌 We were served the most delicious tapas board, with a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, pate, duck rillette and other delicious things. A huge recommendation from here, if you want to have a few hours where you feel pampered 🙌

03/06/2026: If you want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tranquility of Funen, I can highly recommend Stella Maris. My wife and I were on a Whitsun trip and stopped by Stella Maris, it was the first time we were there, but it certainly won't be the last. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness and we felt very welcome. After we got to our room there was a personal greeting, and again you just felt like they were making an effort to add that finishing touch... we had a view of the sea and "wow" what a view, the garden with loungers, the terrace, the restaurant, in general all the surroundings were just perfect and delicious... I didn't get everyone's names but thank you for making our stay with you something very special, we will come again 100% for sure..

19/04/2026: The cafe has lovely decor and a comfortable atmosphere. The baristas carefully and meticulously prepare the coffee. The coffee is excellent, and it's a great place to relax and rest your legs. Highly recommended.

21/01/2026: We landed in Vejlne by mistake, taking the bus in the opposite direction. This place warmed us, very cozy and the hostess was very friendly and nice.
