11/06/2026: Last week I had a poor experience about Agoda, which cencelled my room 1 night just before my stay. Mia and her team of Absalon hotel were really helpful. They cheer me up fighting with Agoda so I got full refund with compensation and they also provided me a room with discount (which is not easy during a long Denmark holiday). Highly recommended for this hotel ❤️.

11/06/2026: The bathroom washbasin is so small that I can barely wash my hands. The photos on the hotel website show a square basin, but in reality, it’s a small round one. I wish the hotel would post accurate photos of the actual facilities. The bathroom was also so cramped that the shower door and the bathroom entrance door actually bumped into each other—I was really disappointed.

29/07/2026: What a great atmosphere and food! Cozy backyard and French music in an authentically quiet setting. Highly recommend Burrata and a good glass of wine!

28/07/2026: Ordered expensive children's furniture and received a table with stains and a scratch. I have contacted customer service on several occasions and they promised different things but still after 6 months I have not received a replacement table, been able to make a return or received compensation. Unfortunately, I do not recommend e-commerce.

06/08/2026: Ordered a curry with chicken and got one with shrimp instead. Very disappointing when you get home and unpack the food. Very disappointing experience.

10/07/2026: Really good green curry with chicken which is my favorite but also their extra strong “pad gaprao moo” which is a large portion and super delicious.

05/09/2026: Really nice pool pub with a good selection of different things to do. We will definitely be back soon. The staff were amazing and you felt really welcome in the otherwise large premises, you get to be seen and all the times, it's really cool, so you don't have to spend all your time standing at the bar.

05/09/2026: Entertainment and food. We come here with colleagues once a year and have a pool tournament.

21/08/2026: Tonkuz ramen is the one. I had it twice already and will go there tomorrow, 8/21.

20/08/2026: Extremely rude “service”. The lady was so rude and impatient and condescending. Such a bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend!!

14/08/2026: I came in and had a delicious steak sandwich and I promise you it is both at an excellent price and tastes fantastic.

13/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Royal Bagel Tagensvej is honestly THE BEST bagel place in Copenhagen! 🥯❤️ I’ve tried many places, but this one is definitely my favourite. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. What I love most is that you can build your own bagel exactly the way you want. You can choose your bread, fillings, vegetables, dressing, and everything according to your own taste. Every time, you can create something different! The freshness, taste, quality, and customization make Royal Bagel Tagensvej stand out from the rest. For me, it’s simply the BEST BEST BEST in Copenhagen! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

17/08/2026: The service and sandwiches are a bit strange. You have to order your sandwiches and drinks at the counter and pay right away, just like if you were at a pizzaria, and then they make the sandwiches twisted from the original approaches, but not successfully for my taste. The service follows the same pattern.

03/08/2026: Overpriced and tasteless food. I ordered a Salmon Salad 🥗 and a smoothie - 200 kr. Salad didn’t taste of much: mostly consisted (50/60%) of cabbage, few edamame and peas, while salmon was salty, not fresh and had a disgusting taste and texture. The price doesn’t match the quality of the food. Really disappointed ☹️

15/06/2026: Unpleasant experience and surprisingly bad service!!! Tables are set up that actively invite you to sit and read or work here. However, you are thrown away after a couple of hours despite having ordered food and coffee several times. It was not at all full and there were still plenty of seats available for new customers. This is in no way acceptable and really bad service. Not a place we as regular customers would return to again.

27/08/2026: Best pizza place, always tries to do the best for you and goes the extra mile to provide the best service and food, they are always happy when you meet them, 100% max stars from me, used them for over a year, good prices and everything :)

15/07/2026: Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. The location is unbeatable. It's right next to the main train station and literally across from Tivoli Garden. I don't think there could be any hotel better situated than this one. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The bathroom is a little on the smaller side, especially the entry door to the shower cabin, but the water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice. I would recommend getting that. I particularly loved their elevator, which is an old style elevator but completely made out of glass. It's gorgeous.

12/07/2026: We did NOT get the rooms we reserved and they are not addressing this appropriately. I do not recommend this property.
