22/02/2026: Really nicely located restaurant. Large, nice room with white tablecloths and good furniture. The service is really good. The friendliest employees. The buffet is also good and with a nice variety. We enjoyed it all. The only small minus is the coffee. Not so good. But everything else makes up for it. Nice parking. We would love to come back.

15/04/2026: ​Good pizzas, but inedible steak and strange service ​My wife and I usually order pizza from here, which is always excellent. This time, however, we chose to eat in the restaurant and try their steak. It was a huge disappointment. ​The food was definitely inedible. The mashed potatoes clearly tasted like powdered mash, and the meat was inedible. My wife took two bites of her steak, and I ate half, before we simply had to give up and leave the rest. ​When the waiter asked about the food afterwards, we honestly told him that we couldn't eat it. He apologized, but his next move was very strange: He took our plates into the kitchen to taste the food we had just eaten. ​Even though we sent back two almost untouched portions, the restaurant only offered us to get rid of one dish. We protested and of course only meant that we should pay for our drinks, since the food was inedible, but unfortunately we ended up having to pay for the one plank steak anyway. Stick to their pizzas, they are fine – but avoid the plank steak for all you know.

04/01/2026: Really good food! But 11 servings in 1.5 hours was simply out of place... The next course came before we had finished the last course, the waiter started clearing my plate while I was still eating, and I ended up with three desserts in a row (3 separate servings) that arrived before I had finished the last of the wine from the main courses. And then it was so cold that those of us who didn't have warm sweaters had to keep our jackets on.

18/05/2026: Terrible brunch. The eggs. Tasted like flour and were completely dry, plus the "juice" was more lemonade than juice. The only good thing was the bacon, everything else was garbage. And it was expensive. Maybe other food is good, but not the brunch - not worth the money at all

02/05/2026: I am really disappointed with my experience at Café Phønix in Valby. I ordered their beef dish for 189 kr., but the amount of meat was completely unreasonably small. It honestly felt like you got the same portion of meat that is usually put in one pita bread – and only with half a pita on the side. For that price you expect a much more substantial and satisfying dish. Unfortunately, it seemed very stingy and not worth the money at all. I hope they take the criticism to heart and adjust the portions, because as it is now, I cannot recommend the dish.

09/03/2026: A small café with a few tables. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fast service. Reasonable prices and more than tasty and filling food – we ordered shawarma and dürüm. Highly recommended.

03/12/2025: Comfortable spot to get some work done. The BMO and cappuccino were good (very decent prices too). I came specifically to work on my laptop, and I was able to get a lot done. It started to fill up around midday so it got a little loud, but it has such a cozy atmosphere and plenty of seating options. Nice place to settle in for a bit!

14/03/2026: Nice little place, really cozy Chinese barbecue with the right music and atmosphere throughout. The food experience was nice, nothing lavish but nice and clean on tables, chairs and service. Generally good food, nice ingredients but missing a few things like bamboo shoots, water chestnuts etc. There were a lot of fried parts where some were homemade but they were a bit boring. Not the best food but nothing to put on it. All in all a really good experience

15/12/2025: You can fill up here, and it usually works fine, but! That thing that holds the handle never works, and I've mentioned it in the store a few times and they of course say they're sorry and they report the error and put a bag over the handle, but the next time I'm at the same pump it's exactly the same... minor detail but super annoying. The buckets with water for washing windows are often not there, or have old dirty water and pretty worn washers. The compressor to fill the tires doesn't work when it's cold (this is often the case in Denmark) There's a sign that says sorry and it's the compressor that's not working, but I guess many other gas stations and compressors can figure it out? The last 4 times I've wanted to wash my car, the car wash has been out of order. And it must be friends with the one in Nivå because if I drive there, it will also be broken at the same time 🤷‍♂️ I have never experienced any hassle from the staff, they seem nice and helpful, so it must definitely be a higher priority to spend the money on other things instead of a well-functioning service station :) I thought it was super annoying because I have otherwise been quite satisfied with circle K.
