02/05/2026: The food came so fast that I barely had time to sit down. The pizza dough was so good that even the crust was eaten, which is rare for me. When I entered the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the sweetest staff in the world. The feisty young man who served me took good care of me throughout my visit. He brought me ice-cold water, which was just what I needed in the heat. Not just another pizzaria. Big Ben Restaurant is a glimpse of the good life, located right in the middle of Glostrup. Would visit again.

01/05/2026: Best restaurant in Glostrup. Have been eating here regularly for almost 3 years. Good food, good service and fair price. Nothing bad to say. The menu is big enough that you can definitely find something you would like :)

02/10/2025: My Order List ① Pluma Rossini tapas — 130 DKK / each This dish was absolutely divine! Using Pluma cut of Iberian pork (cooked to about 6-7 minutes, the most tender and dreamy cut, often called "the Wagyu of pork"), paired with foie gras, the Iberian pork is incredibly tender and has a rich, fatty texture, but the perfect combination with the foie gras prevents it from being greasy. The foie gras has absolutely no fishy smell, and the interplay of fats is surprisingly balanced, not at all greasy—truly heavenly! Unfortunately, it's a bit pricey at 130 DKK per bite. With a little more budget, you could order a main course at a regular restaurant 🥲 But I really felt it was worth the money 🥰🥰 ⸻ ② Duck Confit Sandwich — 89 DKK This is one of their signature dishes. The portion is large, and the price is reasonable. The bread is chewy and very filling when paired with the duck. It also has good local reviews. However, I found the meat a bit dry, not as juicy and tender as I had imagined. Perhaps it's because Danes generally prefer a drier texture? (The duck confit I had at Bloom Vesterbro was also on the drier side.) While not my cup of tea, it's still worth a try overall. ⸻ Summary: If you're traveling to Copenhagen, Ma Poule is definitely a must-try! Especially the Pluma Rossini tapas—it's an unforgettable experience. A small tip: It's recommended to avoid the lunch rush and go around 2 PM to be on the safe side. Sometimes they sell out, so you might have to wait 30-40 minutes. The location is easy to find; it's a 2-3 minute walk from Norreport metro station, in the TorvehallerneKBH food court market—not a formal restaurant.

12/11/2025: We felt very comfortable in this restaurant. Friendly service. Varied menu. The food was delicious and plentiful. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the garlic naan, though. It was a bit dry, and the garlic was hard to find. But otherwise, highly recommended.

23/08/2025: His strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream is as thin as the rainbow one from Netto. Way too expensive for the quality, very disappointing.

30/05/2026: The staff were friendly. The pastries were delicious. We recommend. The street nearby is also very breathtaking.

02/04/2026: The salmon and basil sandwich was truly disappointing: it wasn't great, extremely cold, and seemed freshly refrigerated rather than freshly made, as the bread was hard. Considering the very small size, the price is definitely too high for what you get. We also wanted to sit at the tables inside, but they were still dirty from previous customers, so we had to eat at the counter.

21/11/2025: Best place in the area and maybe in the whole of greater Copenhagen, especially your shawarma meat!!! It has the right taste 🤤 and you can see it's 100% meat, not like the others in town, they don't know how shawarma should taste! always good service and friendly staff

28/08/2025: This is the worst kebab you can find in Denmark, only in Ballerup can a place like this achieve this rating. If you are into cooked unidentifiable meat with no taste and a lot of ready-made ingredients and poor kitchen hygiene, I can only recommend this kebab place

25/06/2025: During our last day in Copenhagen, we went into El Cava for one drink on our way back to the hotel. My wife and I ended up staying 2 hours talking with the bartenders Clara, Sophie, and a new HS graduate Mathildae. They were very inquisitive in the similarities and differences in our cultures. It was the highlight of my stay in Denmark. I was very impressed with the young adults in Denmark. Please support this bar. The beer was outstanding and my wife loved the mixed cocktails Clara prepared.

06/04/2026: Fantastic experience! The pizza was really delicious, crispy base, fresh filling and lots of flavor. The staff was incredibly nice, smiling and very helpful, so you feel really welcome from start to finish. 01/04/2026: Honestly, regular customers for several years, we have had to admit that the quality has dropped after the change of ownership and the price has had a quantum jump of 30kr for a durum menu, from 110 to 140kr! So we are now doing without and finding other options!

21/11/2025: Basement is truly a legendary bar in Copenhagen with an extremely rich history and if the walls could talk they would tell the wildest stories but they can't so you can only see a little of the history written on the wall. It is a bar where you can come to sit and drink a few beers and play dice or if you have come to dance or dance to come, Basement is the place.
