07/06/2026: The good atmosphere among the employees affected the experience: the food was wonderfully fresh and the fries crispy, and we got it very quickly and with a smile.

04/06/2026: I ordered a "brioche double cheese". In every other burger place, "double" means two patties, and that's what I was expecting. Here, it means two slices of cheese - congrats - you fooled me! I give them one star for the good atmosphere and nothing for the rest of the overpriced and disappointing experience. There are several two-patties competitors in the area.

06/10/2025: Misleading marketing of your food – and hey, that’s not okay! At least be honest about the food you actually serve, so people don’t turn up their noses at something completely different. And when people wonder about it on the spot and mention it to you, you – God help me – get offended by it. Maybe you should just be honest about what you’re selling instead of cheating with it. I order what I think is a super delicious potato dish for 75 or 85 kr (it doesn’t really matter). The potato dish is beautifully displayed in a nice glass case – freshly made, I assume, since it looks so nice and inviting. Of course, I think that’s the kind of one I’m going to have. But no – it’s just for display, I’m told. The display food has fresh cucumber, chives, red onion, large crispy lettuce (no tomatoes) and plenty of potatoes, so it looks big and filling – exactly as a potato dish should be. 50 seconds pass, and then you come out with the smallest and saddest potato dish I have ever seen. It doesn’t look at all like the one you are displaying. I go into shock and end up paying anyway – but you could clearly see that you knew very well that it was nothing to be proud of. When I sit down, I ask the people I am with to go up and see the display food. They laugh and say: “Oh, they can’t mean that – it’s not even close to the one you got!” No red onion. No chives. No cucumber. A tired salad, almost no potatoes – and two sad tomato slices on top. If that food had cost 35 kr., I might have just eaten it without saying anything. But when you put a sumptuous, fresh potato dish on display and then serve something completely different, that is misleading marketing – and that is not okay. You could have taken it with a smile and said: “Yes, we know it doesn’t look exactly like the food on display – we need to change that.” There is no shame in making simple food. But don’t make guests think they are getting something that you are not delivering at all. I hope that one day I can come back and actually get a potato dish that looks like the one you so want to appear to be serving. I did get my money back – but not without an angry look and a clear insult. Excuse me for wanting what I thought I paid for. I deeply regret that. I am attaching pictures. In the first picture is the food I got. And in the other two the food in the cupboard is a little hard to see because there is food film around it. But you can clearly see all the things that are on the food.

17/05/2026: Hi, I just went to this Lagkagehuset, where unfortunately I had a bad experience with the personnelles. I have ordered two sandwiches and ask kindly to the girl who was serving me to warm up both of them, where her answer was a straight no to one of the sandwiches, due to salad contained in it. It's not a very demanding request to warm up a sandwich and this shows very little custom orientation behavior and attention. Additionally, the colleague next to her, while serving an other client, had a broken glove and touched bare hands food. This is definitely not the kind of service expect from a place where you are supposed to eat.

23/03/2026: I order truffle pasta, the flavour is nice, but meat was really hard. The dish would be better without beef and just extra mushrooms or chicken instead. Beef was just to hard.

20/09/2025: Greasy sticky tables and menu, got drinks quickly, waited a long time for the food, which didn't come together for 4 people. We moved tables ourselves, as the noise level was unbearable. The food was okay, but in no way worthy of Politiken's 5 ☆. There was a mistake in the bill, so I would have paid more than 250 kr too much if I hadn't shouted. The wait staff consisted of 3 teenagers, who did their best 🩷. We definitely won't be back.

07/05/2026: Ordered too good to go from here, which came straight from their buffet before closing time. The sushi was dry and falling apart, and they had also packaged it so it might as well be a salad, as they had clearly thrown it into the boxes.

24/04/2026: The boss is an angel. My friends borrowed the toilet on the way home and he gave us a falafel in hand and a big smile. Some of the best falafel I've ever tasted. 10/10.

17/03/2026: have experienced that they SHAMELESSLY SMOKE INSIDE BEHIND THE COUNTER, in front of customers and it is the same room where food is prepared and eaten. It is very dirty and disrespectful
