30/01/2026: The atmosphere is a bit “off” but otherwise it's the best pizza I've ever had

13/12/2025: I think the picture speaks for itself. The salad is almost gray. We have been here 3 times and each time it got worse. No taste and bad ingredients

28/03/2026: STAY AWAY! The worst restaurant experience I've had in years, topped only by the exceptionally poor ability to solve problems afterwards. We were there on a quiet evening, nice ladies took our order, and finally the food came. I had ordered Steak and fries, this steak was impossible to cut, and equally impossible to chew. I am a grown man with both good physical strength and willpower, but here I had to give in. I ate about 15% of the steak. The staff never came to the table, and when I called them to tell them that I couldn't eat the food, all I got was "that's sorry to hear". I tell them the same thing at the exit when paying, where I get back that it is company policy that the staff cannot refuse in any form, but I could get a free cup of coffee. With a policy like that, it seems that such food experiences are common there. STAY AWAY!

01/09/2026: Was invited out to eat at Spisehuz on 18/8-26. We were shown our table, I put my cane up against the table while I was seated and was immediately told sternly to remove the cane, as the waiter could fall over it! I had not intended for it to remain there. We were told that the "dish" of the day was fried pork ad libitum. We were asked if the pork was crispy, so 2 of us wanted it, to which the waiter replied, 2 times pork and I ordered the sirloin stew myself. We asked if we could have another table, as we were sitting right where waiters and guests were running back and forth, it was not possible, everything was taken (there were several empty tables where guests had not yet arrived). When the pork came, it was soft and not at all crispy, the only crispy part was the rind on, at best, half of the pork. My tenderloin casserole was lukewarm and contained 1 piece of tenderloin. When the waiter came by and asked if everything was as it should be, we complained that the pork was not crispy, to which we were told that there were different opinions about what was crispy and that it could also be so crispy that you could break your teeth. Before we left, I had to use the toilet, nice and clean, but it was very difficult to lock the door and I had to struggle for 10 minutes to get the door unlocked again, when I complained about it, I was completely ignored.

05/08/2026: Magical afternoon in the garden with lunch, a performance with the Operetta Company and tea and homemade cakes during the break. Definitely recommended ♥️

30/07/2026: Good if veltliner, good fish or panko fried fish fillet with hearty remoulade and avocado and shrimp as well as a good children's menu at a fair price. Not cheap but good value for the area. And super cozy garden...

07/12/2025: The pizza was unfortunately a bit dry and oversalted. The service wanted me to pay twice for my soda. That's one too many.

03/09/2026: The Lagkagehuset must simply be a product of hype. It tastes like frozen products and then it costs a fortune. Even Bilka's baker beats the taste of the Lagkagehuset. If it had been cheap I could understand why there were customers in the store. The girls behind the counter should be praised for good service and a smile, though.

29/06/2026: We had been for the first time to visit the center and needed a cup of coffee and a cake. The cake was to be eaten with your fingers, but there was NO way to wash your hands, which had been touched by anything around the center. Afterwards you stood with greasy cake fingers and had to try to get them fairly grease-free with a napkin before you could move on and touch other products. It didn't get any better than the fact that a large cup of coffee made a visit to the toilet necessary, but there was no customer toilet on site either. How can you have service without those facilities?

04/01/2026: The breakfast was tasty, but unfortunately not everything we wanted was available. The service was rather inattentive; we didn't feel welcome.

13/03/2026: Very boring and small breakfast was very spartan, very little butter, so there was only enough for 2 small slices of bread. Not so much as a piece of pepper for the cheese

10/03/2026: Poor hygiene, we have been there too many times now where the drinks have not been in order or properly cleaned. Will not buy coffee cards here again, it is ridiculous that you get a bad drink every 2nd time you order something. The last time we were here Monday 09/03/26 there was also broken glass on the floor under our table that we stepped on.

25/08/2026: two people working, one attending and not even saying a Word when u do your order. you are supposed to figure It out how their service is. once I asked some doubts, I just receive attitude from the other person working that is not even attending customers, she giving attitude at the same time she is giving me her back. a nice attitude towards customers would be nice, as I experienced in other lagkagehuset :)))))

11/08/2026: So the owner started asking a young lady if she wanted to go behind the scenes and have fun and all sorts of things, so everyone here who writes the owner is good is not him.

06/08/2026: Lovely place, time warp. Lived in Vanløse in 95, came here a lot back then. It's still super cozy here, lovely people😊🙏

15/08/2026: So I went to buy a crispy chicken burger and this kid named “wali” told me that I couldn’t order a burger and I then I asked why? He responded with I don’t want to serve you, I don’t feel like it right now. I was baffled then he called security and falsely accused me for hitting him TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

08/08/2026: Great burgers and lovely golden fries. Place can be a bit on the louder side tho. Overall would come again for food.
