22/03/2026: Extremely disappointing experience at OZ Konya. We were a group of 8 and waited quite a while for our food, which we initially overlooked. However, the grill platter we received was clearly burnt and not acceptable. When we raised this politely, the situation got worse. Instead of addressing the issue, the chef became defensive, then openly hostile. He refused to replace the food, made inappropriate remarks, and ultimately told us to leave. This wasn’t just poor food quality but also it was outright unprofessional and disrespectful service. No accountability, no basic customer handling. Would not recommend. Danish Food Authority should make regular checks here.

31/08/2025: The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh, tasty and really well prepared. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

19/12/2025: My friend and I went to eat at frb restaurant and had a terrible experience. Extremely bad and tasteless sushi, probably the worst we have ever had. We enter the restaurant to a confused young female employee who does not seem very happy to work there. It is very dark at the tables and very small you sit squeezed in. The waiter has his hair down and when we are served our sushi her shirt hits our food which we do not choose to eat. Despite us telling that the food is not edible and that the chicken meatballs are still raw inside, she demands that we pay for extra sushi left behind. Stay far away from this restaurant!! If you could give 0 stars I would have. Bad service and bad food

13/04/2026: I was in Copenhagen and craving African food. So I checked on wolt and found this place. It was a Sunday so there weren’t many African restaurants opened but they were. So I went for it despite the bad reviews. Yup! Should’ve stayed in my lane. I ordered fufu and egusi stew. After 1hoir of waiting, it arrived. The fufu had huge hard lumps. It was literally shredding when you took a piece. How can fufu be that lumpy and dry. It’s not supposed to be. The egusi was bitter. And had a sharp after taste on the tongue. The food went straight to the trash and so did my money but that was my hard lesson to not buy from a badly rated restaurant. Definitely do not recommend.

10/10/2025: I ordered from OliOli through Wolt and am really disappointed. The avocados in my dish were rock hard and completely unripe, so they were inedible. In addition, the tuna was of such poor quality that I was downright uncomfortable eating it – both the color and taste seemed wrong and far from fresh. It ruined the whole meal, and at that price you expect much better ingredients. Definitely not an experience I want to repeat.

10/10/2025: We have just received food from OliOli in Hellerup. The tuna was bad and the avocado was completely hard, unripe and inedible. There were spring onions on one of the poke bowls even though it didn't say anything about it. Even though we removed the spring onions, everything tasted of onions. But the worst thing was that when we tried to call them, they didn't answer the phone. Not even after five calls. Now we just have to hope that others don't get a stomach ache from the bad tuna like we did.

16/04/2025: Unfortunately, it seemed as if several of the dishes/accessories were taken from a bucket and not made by themselves. But the service was friendly and the drinks good.

11/05/2026: I don't usually write reviews but on Friday I have to say it was a disappointment in addition to the quality. We had to get our steak cooked properly 3 times? Did it seem like there was no salad as usual on that menu? I don't know if it was a new chef but at that price I expect top quality, wasn't it? You're talking about quality though? What went wrong is not known but it's not ok?

09/05/2026: It's the strangest Bøf Béarnaise I've ever had. DKK 400,- for 250g steak and some fries. The menu says that all their steaks are cooked medium-rare but all 3 steaks were medium-well. I got some new ones that were better. There was some brown sauce on the steak. I asked what it was, since I had ordered béarnaise. It was just some juice from the meat, the waiter said... But it was clear to taste that it was a brown sauce. The béarnaise came on the side. Who the hell has both brown sauce and béarnaise for a steak. Boring experience... But on the other hand expensive. One might be tempted to call it a tourist trap.

11/12/2025: bad customer service they take 10 minutes to make a cup of coffee even though it is 2 staff. they take their time to do things. and they are rude. of coffee latte just tastes like milk, approx., 90 hot milk

07/03/2026: First time here yesterday - thats some pizza oven! Always good to see a real fire furnace cooking pizza! And it seems like there is a good attention to detail like every pizza is an art piece :) good energy from the guys too! 10/10

14/12/2025: I believe that there should be a change of concept. Expensive entry, expensive wardrobe, expensive drinks. For the price you'd expect a standard of quality, but the workers can't be bothered to care. I get it. Don't go here, it's a mess from top to bottom.

11/09/2025: Better than expected, the club has gotten a really bad reputation lately. So I went in there last week to check it out if it was really as bad as people make it out to be. A bit slow queue, but really cool with an “all you can drink” concept❤️

23/07/2025: Stay away if you don't want the worst food you can imagine!!! An evening with a 70th birthday was ruined by Pakhuset Svaneke and their totally indifferent petty “chef” and his inedible food!!! My mother turned 70 and what was supposed to be an unforgettable evening, with good food and coziness was completely and utterly RUINED by the chef at Pakhuset Svaneke. Our food was RUINED!!! We ordered, among other things, Ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce, fried medium red, - but which was so ruined and cooked through, and the sauce was foamy and without tarragon. Seriously I (we) have NEVER had such a bad “food experience” ever in my (our) life. The steak was overcooked and completely ruined, and the fries were cold and soft, and the gravy was foamy and without tarragon - we complained about the quality, and the otherwise nice waiters tried to create a good atmosphere, but it didn't matter, because when we got our replacement steak, the quality was exactly the same. Even the replacement steak was also cold and completely overcooked (despite the request for medium rare) and the fries were even the same as before, which had only now become colder and indifferent, and despite another complaint about the steak and fries, and that we were missing the gravy, there was never a new gravy, - which was also unnecessary, since several from our party chose to go out of town and find another place to eat…. Thanks to Pakhuset Svaneke for completely ruining a 70th birthday! Unless you are starving or planning to serve the food to your dog (if it wants to eat it), do not eat at Svaneke Pakhus. To top off the experience, a visit from one of the guests to the toilet was the highlight of the experience, as the toilets are damp and unclean, with wet floors from God knows what, no toilet paper, and clear signs of mold and lack of cleaning. Eat from the toilet or from a trash can - all things being equal, it is a better and more rewarding "experience" than at Pakhus Svaneke.

20/07/2025: The food was a disaster. Two years ago, the salad buffet was included in the price. Now it costs an extra €4. The ribs, which were available back then and actually always were, were removed from the menu. I then opted for a hamburger, but I couldn't get that rubbery patty down. A real disgrace for the price of €30!

10/04/2026: I ordered food online from this restaurant and it was honestly quite a frustrating experience. The food arrived after a long time and seemed like it had been sitting out for far too long. The taste was flat and bland – not at all what you expect from Indian food, which should normally be full of spice and character. It is really disappointing to pay for something that is neither fresh nor tasty. I simply don't understand how they can send something like this out to customers. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. 🤮

08/12/2025: would give 0 stars if i could. not only did they forget to hand me my takeout order and had me waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes, but i also got extreme food poisoning from the sweet harvest bowl. absolutely awful. i would avoid this place.

04/12/2025: Not only have they made big mistakes and given me something different than what I ordered 2 out of the last 3 orders I made, this time what's supposed to be the vegan sandwich is filled to the brim with mozzarella. Could be the serrano sandwich. And you can't even call them. They also removed half the salads as options, including the vegan one. It's very disappointing.

19/12/2025: We tried it at Tivoli and were very pleased. The Mac & Cheese is definitely worth trying.

13/12/2025: Arriving in Reffen after the summer season but before winter hits meant it wasn't too busy, so I got my order in at Cheesy Dreams without queuing. I went for the duck confit sandwich with waffle fries, both with hot raclette cheese. The sandwich was fine, with a decent portion of duck inside a thick roll of bread, but the flavours were a little muted. The waffle fries were good, but tasted like they could have come from any decent frozen pack. Cooked perfectly though, and, of course, drowning in hot raclette cheese. It was all perfectly good, but stopped short of 'wow'. The price was a wow moment, though. There are no surprises, as the prices are very clearly laid out — I knew what I was getting into — and yes, Copenhagen is pricey, but £29 for the above stung a little!
