24/07/2025: Small rooms, small very soft bed in the bad way. Could hear the elevator going up and down all night.

22/07/2025: The breakfast is good. But the rooms need to be looked after a little more. And then the cleaning staff should probably take a course, got a room with long hairs all over the floor. The shower had black grout until the hot water came on, then the dirt came out. I've been happy to stay here, but last time was a bad experience

02/08/2026: Really bad service and nothing left in the counter and they won’t make new sandwiches. Duck taped signs. Really looks like no one cares about this chain anymore.

29/07/2026: Super nice food, but no consistency, if there is a biscuit with the coffee on Monday, then there should also be one on Tuesday, the staff needs to tighten up.

03/09/2026: Good selection of beverages and cakes. It was open super early which was nice whilst waiting for the train.

28/08/2026: Bought a chocolate cake, iced latte and cinnamon bun from here. Service was great and staff were lovely. The food and drink tasted great apart from the fact that I found a hair in the chocolate cake. But apart from that, everything was great.

02/09/2026: The chicken and fries were ok - my giant baked potato wasn't even done so it was thrown out - my coleslaw was lacking so all in all a tame experience

31/08/2026: 60 DKK for a cold chicken sandwich with chicken leftovers from yesterday. Didn‘t expect much but was still disappointed.

16/06/2026: A lovely, cozy place where you can sit really comfortably and have both hot and cold drinks.

18/05/2026: I usually come here once in a while and have usually been happy with the place. Today I accidentally ordered a chai latte instead of a matcha latte. The mistake was clearly my own and that is of course fair enough. I asked nicely if it was possible to change the order, the clerk seemed very cold and uninterested in helping. She mumbled something about hearing her colleagues if anyone wanted the drink, but when they said no, there was no real attempt to find a solution. I didn't expect to get anything for free, but a little more service or understanding would have been nice — maybe being able to buy a matcha latte at a reduced price. It was mostly the lack of friendliness that made the experience disappointing. A little flexibility would have been good service.

26/09/2025: We waited 45 minutes for our 4 burgers. The fries were soggy and the burger on the bland side as it lacked flavor. The burger bun was tasteless.

25/07/2026: The pizzas were absolutely amazing, and the service was excellent. The owner’s warm, personal attention made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

11/08/2025: As always super cozy and good service The staff is always smiling and welcoming. The food is good quality and there is a free salad bar included. Can recommend the Stjerneskud and the mapel chicken burger.

16/08/2026: Sat and ate a Danish steak on the couch 1 So if you want a colonial experience stay far away from this place. Bad service and bad food. Good luck.

14/07/2026: Nice place, don't expect anything magical but good food for reasonable money! Feels like very fresh food and knowledgeable service staff. Especially Bitte who was very welcoming.

07/03/2026: This unique institution of a bar, opened in 1953 in tribute to the legendary Galathea expedition, is now magnificently restored and reopened by a top management team as the most buzzing adult bar in Copenhagen, with stunning artifacts from every step of the expedition. We were in on a Friday evening for cocktails, Gammel Dansk, and cold beer on draught at fair prices, the whole evening settling somewhere around DKK 500, which is frankly an act of generosity. It looks precisely as it always did, which is to say like nowhere else on earth. If you have ever wanted a bar that feels like a cultured, well-traveled adult made it for other cultured, well-traveled adults, this is it. Copenhagen is blessed to have it back in an upgraded version.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

13/02/2026: I've been waiting for 2.5 years for Galathea Kroen to open. I've been walking back and forth while they renovated, watching the colors bubble up on the wall, the zebra rug take its original place, and wondering if they would have Black Bird beer on the menu again. After a long time, the day came when my friends and I were supposed to go to our favorite inn... But we weren't allowed to get a seat because it's now reserved for 35+. The group I went with was between 27 and 31. We were allowed to stay, but "no more of our kind were allowed to come." We were allowed to come by on a Tuesday, "when it's not that busy anyway," because they obviously want my money on a Tuesday with a poor population. I was looking forward to it, but now you're apparently not welcome unless you have structural defects, a summer house, and silver fillings in your teeth.

13/07/2026: We had a chicken rice box and it was great. Pretty cheap for a huge portion with quality ingredients. Everything you want from a good takeout restaurant 🙏 great parc nearby to eat your lunch after ordering and the cook was nice 🙂 also very quick to make order

14/05/2026: Incredible for a quick lunch. You can choose all of the ingredients yourself and the employees are really friendly and always prepare your dish fresh on the spot. The sauces are great as well, so I can just recommend this place 10/10

25/08/2026: Ordered a Caesar salad. I know it's not the most interesting thing to choose, but you made it worse somehow. The lettuce was in too big pieces and the chicken looked like strips from a freezer that had just been thawed and put on the pan. Would I recommend it? No.

02/07/2026: I've been waiting for 50 minutes for a shooting star and a potato dish and an avocado dish, the avocado was too old?! I got the drinks after 2 minutes but they managed to get warm before the food came, poor service
