08/12/2025: would give 0 stars if i could. not only did they forget to hand me my takeout order and had me waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes, but i also got extreme food poisoning from the sweet harvest bowl. absolutely awful. i would avoid this place.

04/12/2025: Not only have they made big mistakes and given me something different than what I ordered 2 out of the last 3 orders I made, this time what's supposed to be the vegan sandwich is filled to the brim with mozzarella. Could be the serrano sandwich. And you can't even call them. They also removed half the salads as options, including the vegan one. It's very disappointing.

02/05/2026: Very tasty! Fresh cod/kibbeling with fries and sauce, though you do have to pay extra for the sauce. Also, the fries were quite salty, though not too salty. The price was reasonable compared to other food in Copenhagen, especially considering how fresh it is and in a busy spot. I would definitely recommend eating here if you visit Broens!

18/04/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it. We wanted to try it because the price was reasonable, so we ordered calamari and fish and chips. Yes, the coatings were very crispy, but the calamari was very tasteless; it felt like we were eating rubber. The fish wasn't bad, but it was just typical coated fish, nothing special. Both cost 200 krona. On the day we went, there was a promotion: calamari and fish & chips for 170 krona with a free lemonade. We didn't notice this, and the cashier never told us. They clearly ripped us off on purpose. The atmosphere is generally pleasant in nice weather, as you sit at tables in the common area, but it gets very noisy.

20/10/2025: I ordered a Stracciatella Bowl with the option of extra chicken via Wolt. You forgot the chicken, and of course that's what can happen. But what I don't think is fair is that in such a case, only a paltry 29 kroons is given as compensation. It's not fair, because I'm left with a dish without much protein, and I have to order another one to feel full. So I almost end up paying double the price because you're making a mistake that you don't want to correct in fairness. I've already spent thousands of kronor at Grød, but it's definitely over now.

29/03/2026: This place looks very sweet and cute but don’t be fooled! First red flag: the menus dont have any prices and that’s always a bad sign that you’re about to get scammed (and you will🫶🏼🫶🏼). It’s such a weak and pathetic way of scamming your customers that I feel bad for whoever made this decision and how low they have to be. Second red flag: a TOAST is 75 kr. It was good but lets do an exercise together, take a deep breath and bring ourselves back to planet earth and realize that a 75kr toast the size of my palm is daylight robbery and this confirms that the decision making people are miserable and feel something only by scamming others

21/09/2025: I do not recommend this cafe. I ordered a sandwich and a beer which were both the worst quality of my 4 days of stay in Copenhagen. (I've had the same food and drink in other places, too.) My son had a burger, said it was ok.

17/06/2026: The food was so bad! I ordered a burger Bacon jam burger, and it tasted really bad. The whole burger was mashed together and tasted of something I don't quite know what it was, the turkey bacon was tough to chew. Mine and my daughter's poms were soft and cold. I am so disappointed.

19/12/2025: We tried it at Tivoli and were very pleased. The Mac & Cheese is definitely worth trying.

13/12/2025: Arriving in Reffen after the summer season but before winter hits meant it wasn't too busy, so I got my order in at Cheesy Dreams without queuing. I went for the duck confit sandwich with waffle fries, both with hot raclette cheese. The sandwich was fine, with a decent portion of duck inside a thick roll of bread, but the flavours were a little muted. The waffle fries were good, but tasted like they could have come from any decent frozen pack. Cooked perfectly though, and, of course, drowning in hot raclette cheese. It was all perfectly good, but stopped short of 'wow'. The price was a wow moment, though. There are no surprises, as the prices are very clearly laid out — I knew what I was getting into — and yes, Copenhagen is pricey, but £29 for the above stung a little!

28/05/2026: I was there with my 3 friends yesterday I was really satisfied with the food and service. The lamb curry was the best among the all and also they made fresh mango lassi which was also really tasty. Highly recommended and good value for money

08/06/2026: Me and my family love their family pizzas especially their kebab pizza we all think it's the best kebab pizza we've ever tasted we always order it. And the atmosphere is always very good and everyone is very nice. And of course we love when you get some lollipops with it🍭🥰 10/10

17/05/2026: I bought a durum with kebab, the bread was cold and dry, there was a lot of bread in relation to the content, not much meat :(

09/01/2026: Very bad food, cleaned with the same gloves he uses to touch food. Stacking/building a kebab is something he has never tried and eating his own from. The point is, it's a mix of food and not kebab greens, just 6 pieces of salad. God, how bad was it?

26/11/2025: Ordered durum with falafel, and got one with kebab. But it was perfectly fine, so I'll probably come again.

25/01/2026: Well I got far from what I had ordered and paid for. I order food online from the website and pay, after which I get a call saying that one of my orders cannot be chosen independently but must be purchased with a starter. Fair enough I ask for a soda instead and otherwise look forward to my food coming so we can have some dinner at home. When the food finally arrives I have to admit that even food at a crappy gas station outside Vojens would not disappoint me more than what we got. First of all, the soda that was supposed to replace a paid product was missing, the rice for one dish was missing and then the food was close to tasteless. Spring rolls, shrimp and chicken skewers tasted pretty much the same. All from bad frying oil. The spring rolls were chosen for a VEGETARIAN but packed in the same tray as the chicken and shrimp. For the missing items we had ordered and paid for we were offered a quote that could come with them later. So the dish I had in my hand, the accompanying rice could be delivered 30 minutes later :-) it was no thanks for soda, rice and ONE free dish next time. No gift certificate, no email saying so - just me standing there claiming I had a free dish to eat. It was also no thanks, not even for free can I get to eat such poor food again

14/03/2026: I have worked remotely from this cafe a few times as it is local for my kids’ schools. Service and coffee/food is ok but this place is very dirty and not well maintained. The floors and tables are not clean and the bathroom is filthy — plus scarily there was no water to wash hands in the bathroom on my last visit! This place needs management attention. It’s not up to standards of other Lagkagehusets.

26/10/2025: Coffee was almost ok, the staff was very rude and not helpful at all, my kid was locked in the bathroom and they didn’t help at all, I asked the code and they didn’t gave it to me , but they gave to someone else that spoke their language. I know the staff is young bit a little compassion will be great, I will never go there again.

18/08/2025: Great juices, sandwiches, bowls…love the protein shakes line the big matcha and the nutty👍💪🏼 And yes service was really friendly today🎈
