16/12/2025: They lost my order. Eventually when I did get it the acai berry special was frozen solid. Clearly made earlier and kept in the freezer. Terrible.

10/12/2025: It’s not as good as the other stores, the chicken or turkey inside the sandwiches is very cold and the tea is just a regular plastic teabag in hot water

01/03/2026: They got mad because I wanted my money back for a pizza I didn't get. I asked for contacts and was yelled at in a foreign language and told to never come back.

21/12/2025: Bought kebab/durum rolls here for the last time. Is a boring and neutral experience. The meat does not taste like kebab, too neutral, not spicy. Garlic dressing too weak, would rather call it cream fraise dressing. After this has happened 3-4 times, we will find another place that can make real durum/kebab with garlic dressing that tastes of something and not just the taste of salad/cucumber/dough.

03/10/2025: Ok taste, but lousy made. How hard can it be... It goes without saying that all the meat should not be on the bottom, it also goes without saying that all the salad should NOT be on the top, it ruins the whole experience, unfortunately can't give more than 2 stars.

27/08/2025: That can't be right?!? I've been to the bathroom at least 100 times since my visit to your place. I would NOT recommend it to my dog, neighbor or ex-boyfriend.

20/09/2025: The coffee was ok, the cake tasted fine, but it wasn't very pleasant to eat it at such dirty tables.

07/09/2025: Slow service despite the place is empty. Poor quality of approaching client. Dirty tables despite asked multiple times to come and clean. A pity since the location is nice. Need to better train people on How to manage a bar

29/03/2026: The food is nice enough but the service in there is terrible I've been there twice and both times they thought it was more important to sit on their phones and watch reels than to help someone

12/02/2026: Ate there 2 days in a row. I only do reviews if it's 1 or 5 stars. This is 5! 1st day was a bowl, I think there was about 1kg of food, and tasted fresh and delicious 2nd day I tried a chili cheddar bagel, it landed right in the onion bag. Wow, that was awesome

07/11/2025: I ate sushi with my girlfriends because after a few hours, almost all of us threw up. The sushi smelled of fish, which it shouldn't.

12/04/2026: Went in where there was someone in front of me in the queue. Where a woman behind the counter says "do you mind waiting, because they also have online orders", where I answer "what?" and the person answers "there's a long wait so you should find somewhere else". I have never experienced bad service, crazy that a boss hires people who don't want to make money. Go to Sisters Bagels instead on Østerbrogade

26/08/2025: Joe and the Juice’s sandwiches are usually pretty good and things are not different in this spot. I had one sandwich with ham, avocado and something else I don’t remember; anyway it was pretty tasty. Service though is impersonal and not very efficient: I’m pretty sure no one told my name (not loudly at least) but I saw a sandwich laying close to the counter, so eventually I asked, and it was mine. This little station spot is nice but the music volume is crazy. Osterport station itself is clean and generally ok. Overall, it is ok for a quick bite but I wouldn’t say the experience justifies the price.

14/08/2025: The coffee is good, but the service from the staff in the morning is very, very unpleasant. You're close to a hotel and the station, so they should be used to tourists. Instead, they give you dirty looks just as you walk in. Rude.

18/04/2026: Ordered filter coffee - received dirty water. Asked if it is normal to see through the coffee to the bottom of a huge cup. The leader told me, that it is totally normal for them. Tastes like a you would use 1 gram of coffee on 1 litre of coffee. Avoid this.

11/04/2026: Ordered a salmon sandwich and a log on a screen. Got a tuna sandwich and a wet log. And I've never tasted such a bad sandwich from a layer cake.

19/12/2025: The company advertises that they deliver and even though they are within the range in question, they reject your orders again and again and again 😡😡😡😡 totally fraudulent company

24/11/2025: Unfortunately a really bad experience. I visited the bar with some friends and was greeted by a bartender who seemed downright unpleasant when I asked what they had to offer, I got a straight up rude answer about that I had to find out for myself. Later in the evening I asked when they closed and got another negative sarcastic remark, “you can’t read a clock”. All in all an unprofessional and unpleasant service from the bartender, and not a place I will visit again.
