01/08/2026: I have never had such a bad pizza/ordered a Pepperoni pizza with dressing that had 6 pieces of Pepperoni on it and again dressing Then I ordered a meat pizza that had several pieces of Pepperoni on it and on that fiery pizza the bacon was raw and then finally a salad pizza the dough was raw And the pizza cutter was not invented in that store either So I would advise EVERYONE not to buy pizza from there I would once give a homeless person a pizza from there because it would be a shame for him/her

23/06/2026: I saw a 4.3 rate and that’s why we ordered but the taste is very basic nothing special plus packaging is like they throw everything inside. Not ordering again

13/06/2026: Japanese original Sushi. Unsurpassed quality in today's Copenhagen. Back to the roots. Take Away with own orders enjoyed more than 20 times. Get flashbacks to Denmark's first Sushi place, Højbro Fiskehus, (near Christiansborg), where Keiko Henriksen - a classically trained (7 years of apprenticeship!) Sushi chef - held court for the Danish elite, who wrote tributes to Keiko hung on the walls. The same standard is Isamii Sushi in Valby!

10/08/2026: Really good service, good atmosphere and well-prepared food

08/08/2026: My sister and I ordered cafe latte and hot cocoa to-go from the cafe. We stood outside the cafe and waited for our order after paying. Our children, who had bought candied apples and one of the children had gotten an ice cream from the neighboring cafe, sat at one of the tables while we waited outside. The owner of the cafe came out and asked our children to leave the cafe with the argument that she herself sold ice cream. I tried to explain that we had not received our coffee yet and that I had ordered it to-go. But we simply had to stand with the children outside the cafe until the coffee was ready. Rude and miserable attitude towards both us and the children. I have never experienced anything like it.

03/09/2026: I ordered a decaf latte with almond milk. There was absolutely no coffee taste or aroma. It seems decaf is rarely ordered, so the beans are likely stored for a long time, causing the coffee aroma to fade. I wouldn't recommend getting the decaf.

07/09/2026: I was there on Saturday, August 29, 2026. A huge disappointment... a young crowd. 200 kr for a cocktail, 150 kr for watered-down drinks, no music, nothing special... a small place, everyone was crowded. I don't recommend it for people over 25. I don't recommend it.

06/09/2026: mmm...got denied in the entrance due to wearing sneakers by a bouncer without hair and earning minimum salary, tbh is a great place with great spaces the times i have been in... but well they prefer kids spending 500 dkr.

18/08/2026: The taste is amazing and the coffee is excellent if not one of the best combos I had in a long time.

13/08/2026: Iced blueberry matcha is great! Would give 5 star if the sweetness was reduced by 20%.

24/07/2026: Haven't been here yet! BUT! I have heard IRISH are not allowed???!SO, I am on my way, to see if it is so. If so, we'll? Why is it an Irish Bar? If they are profiting from OUR flag, then, THEY, are under scrutiny. And they either change their dress code or they remove their title and are banned from flying the tricolour! How Dare any pub proclaiming to be an Irish pub, REFUSE, Irish Patronage! SORRY, not, on my watch!

06/10/2025: The food is top quality, I had their delicious pizza sandwich, which tasted wonderful. The service is good and I was greeted with a smile and humor. There is a good selection of beers that sit well on the palate ;). All in all, a cozy place that I will return to :)

05/07/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give a minus. The most incompetent place in Denmark with the rudest people in the industry, arrogant on the phone, but it must be said that not all of them are there, but on Saturday night at 4:00 am on June 21. Have they AGAIN lost control of their ordering app via Wolt and when you call and ask why they are rejecting, the most condescending employee claims we will close in a little while DESPITE it being said on everything including Google Wolt etc that it is at 5:00 am, this is the second time I have ordered from them, it is quite grotesque, the first time they couldn't figure out how to bring hot food, even the wrong food, I am surprised that the place has some positive comments, but of course you can promise people free food or in return for positive reviews, I actually know two who have been "offered" but I wonder if the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration should stop by...🤨

01/07/2026: Got screwed over by their delivery guy because he can't read an address. Even my neighbor had to come out and ask if I needed help. And my address was spelled correctly. I tried several times to explain that there are periods and commas between the numbers. But in vain

07/12/2025: Disappointing. To start with they had lost our booking.. then they said we had to pay again, which we refused. The pool was broken, so you couldn't use it (it had obviously been there for a long time). The room: The toilet was black down in the basin and there was a hole under the very worn carpet so the glass table jumped every time we walked past. The TV could only receive DR1 and DR2 and restarted probably 25 times. At night there was a terrible spectacle because the owner was holding a wild party in one of the castle halls. In the morning we had to ask them to cover for us, as they had forgotten us again. And when we checked out they didn't think they had handed over our voucher... so we had to email it to them and wait for them to print it. Generally unprofessional!! Sidenote. They said it was fully booked, but we were only 2 tables down for breakfast and we didn't see a soul.

07/12/2025: We had booked a stay at Sauterhus Slotshotel for 2 nights, 3 rooms with both breakfast and dinner as part of the celebration of my mother's 70th birthday. The choice fell on this hotel because it had an indoor pool, so that both children and grandchildren could enjoy themselves during the day. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already upon arrival. When we asked where the pool was, we were told that it had been closed for several months and was still not working. We booked the stay already 4 months ago, and we had not received any kind of information that the pool would not be available. That part was extremely frustrating, as it was the main reason why we chose the hotel. As compensation, they offered a bottle of sparkling wine and some soda for the children, which certainly did not match the disappointment - and we therefore politely declined. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was far below acceptable. Maurice, who served us, was both arrogant and uninterested in helping. At no point did we experience any understanding, friendliness or attempt at a real solution from his side. This made the disappointing situation even worse. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations at all, and it was a disappointing experience on a day that should have been special and festive.

31/05/2026: Terrible service, they don't even look you in the eye and say "hello". It's good to hire young people, but please take the time to train them. I waited 15 minutes without being able to order, they are busy processing online customers. "Unprofessional"

12/04/2026: Apart from a nice employee, there is nothing good to say about the place. The food is disgusting, the salads seem old, and the sandwich bread is dry. The restaurant is filthy, the floor and door are completely destroyed, the windows are super dirty and so are the tables, even though there were no customers. Very disappointing experience

09/09/2026: Bought a vegetarian menu. Got the wrong thing and a lot of things were missing from my order. Contacted and said they had given me the wrong thing, while I thought it was just a mistake. Didn't get an exchange or refund and got a scolding just for even suggesting it. Don't know if it's changed ownership, but it used to be more reliable

30/06/2026: I ordered food today through Wolt and it was beyond reproach! The chicken and hot wings were burnt. The bun was old and the fries were crunchy dry. This was reported to Wolt immediately, but the store will refund money for a burger and claimed that all other items met the standard. What a low standard and poor service. Absolutely no recommendation from here.

28/06/2026: This was my worst experience with La Luna. I ordered five pizzas for delivery, but they were almost without kebab, chicken and cheese. The pizzas were basically just bread with very little toppings. The quality was very disappointing and did not meet expectations or the price at all. A very bad experience. I cannot recommend this place in any way and will not order from there again.

17/05/2026: Sitting here right now with the most flabby durum on the planet. Just got served, but the shit is cold and not cooked (the durum is not folded enough to even call it a durum). Not only that, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, even though I'm the only one in the restaurant. Never order from this pizzaria - it's straight up animal feed
