04/08/2026: We visited the place yesterday. We arrived a little late in the evening but we were still shown a table and served by the sweetest waiter (Gitte). While the food was delicious, we got shrimp cocktail and old-fashioned roast beef. There was too little sauce, but as soon as we asked for more, a jug was brought to the table. We will definitely come again..

02/07/2026: I ordered an iced coffee. They gave me an iced coffee latte, a huge one. Then they asked me, "Did you order this?" You said, "No, I ordered an iced coffee." They said, "We only make iced coffee lattes." But even if you don't add milk, it's already an iced coffee. They look at me like I asked for something impossible 😊

26/06/2026: I paid for a product but did not receive what I had ordered. When I politely raised the issue, the staff acknowledged that the order had been made incorrectly. However, when I asked to receive the correct amount that I had paid for, I was given misleading information about the portion instead of having the mistake corrected. I was even asked to pay extra. This was very disappointing and highly unprofessional. I rarely leave complaints, but it is frustrating to pay for something and then be made to feel as though you are in the wrong because staff are unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistake. I simply expected to receive what I had already paid for and to be treated honestly and respectfully 😊

22/07/2026: Probably the driest croissant ever! 7/11 makes them much better - besides that thebirke's bread was dry without cream. Scones were okay. Sausage horn was also dry. Overpriced without ketchup. Like steak without sauce

17/07/2026: Got a shock. Was right nearby, went in to buy two artisan breakfast breads. A small rubber ball, not crispy. Inedible. Have thrown them out, and a price💩. 28 kr for two Inedible artisan. It's a dictatorship. We were so disappointed. Do they never reply back? No. Bad conscience.

25/07/2026: Stopped here for an ice cream. The ice cream was good and the prices were okay! Small place where there are not a lot of tourists. Which suits me. Very nice staff!

31/08/2026: ordered their nuggets and pasta bolognese, it’s uneatable and indigestible. I’m so disappointed, was looking forward for my night food and though I was pretty hungry I decided to skip this because of how bad it smelled and looked. I took one bite and instantly regretted it.

29/08/2026: I'm not exaggerating, but this is seriously some of the worst food I've ever tasted. I'm a 350-pound man, and I'd say I have a pretty relaxed relationship with food. I can eat pretty much anything. Fish soup? Sure. Dry cheese balls? Send them my way. Something that's been sitting in the fridge a little too long? I've survived worse. But here's where I draw the line. The food tasted like someone had taken all the ingredients that would normally be thrown away, mixed them together, left them in the sun, and then thought, "You know what? We're going to serve this to people for the hell of it." This isn't just bad food. It's an insult to the concept of food. In fact, I'd go so far as to say, If you're blind, have lost all your taste buds, and have already given up on life's little pleasures, feel free to eat here. This was the biggest pile of Roskilde Festival feces with dressing I've ever been served on a plate. And the worst part is that it almost looked like something that had a chance of becoming food. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Danish Food and Drug Administration had stopped by, taken a deep breath, looked at the kitchen, and then just quietly put down their clipboard and said: "We can't handle this." They may never have had time to write the report because they collapsed from food poisoning in the doorway. And if there is a god of food safety, I sincerely hope that he never discovers what's going on here. Even Lucifer would look at that plate, slowly shake his head, and say: "No thanks. We actually have standards in Hell too." I've eaten in a lot of strange places. I've eaten food I couldn't identify. I've eaten food I've regretted afterwards. But this? It wasn't a meal. It was an ordeal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for the courage of the person who dared to serve it.

24/06/2026: A fantastic experience. Friendly yet respectful staff, delicious food. I especially recommend the falafel wrap and the french fries.

12/06/2026: Unfortunately closed, very cold winter day. Could have had a cup of hot coffee, and also no coffee carts at Havfruen. But the area is nice to walk around. Visited the kiosk again on a summer day, and had a good cup of coffee. Nice large selection of delicacies, but a bit expensive. Sweet service.

06/06/2026: We were there yesterday and are still stunned by the staff's behavior. From the very beginning, we were treated rudely and condescendingly. When we tried to resolve the situation, one of the employees even became aggressive and banged on the window from the inside, right next to my boss. Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful. I have rarely experienced anything like it. No matter how hungry or thirsty you are, after this experience I would never buy anything there again. Anyone who values ​​respectful treatment should definitely find another place.

They gave monosyllabic answers, giving incorrect information about a typical dessert, which is very serious, especially if you have allergies or intolerances. They were very annoyed and annoyed, even though there weren't such a huge crowd. In fact, they didn't even respond to our greeting. Absolutely nothing, as far as I'm concerned! Luckily, Copenhagen has plenty of other 7 Elevens scattered around the city, so hopefully the staff will be a little more friendly and polite!

02/07/2026: We ordered food from parmas and received nothing of what we had ordered, a pork roast sandwich with fried pork instead of pork roast, without brown sauce and pork belly as stated in the description, a rice dish without sauce and with roasted chicken, a matador (half baked) which was just a pizza if I could give 0 stars I would have, parmas used to be an excellent pizzaria but this is definitely the last time we order from there

28/05/2026: I was at this club recently and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The atmosphere among the staff seemed professional, but one young guard with black curly hair in particular behaved in a way that I found unpleasant and unnecessarily confrontational. I honestly think the management should have a chat with him about how to treat guests properly. Of course, guards are expected to keep order, but they are also expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

So when you call the restaurant, the conversation is conducted in such a way that it is expected that you can get by in Chinese. But do not get the correct food despite this, nor the correct amount of money back. I am SO!! TIRED of the place and will not order from there again!!! 😡😡😤

12/02/2026: I ordered take away for 4 via Wolt and unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Chicken bowl was cold, dry and just not tasty… noone finished any of the food. Will not order again.

12/03/2026: Ordered a shawarma sandwich - A super boring meal with unbaked bread and the meat had nothing to do with shawarma :(

16/12/2025: Bought a panini sandwich there. The bread was warmed up but not the sandwich. Cold pizza topping. Yum
